Our services include fluff drying, expert scissoring, and we groom to the AKC breed standards or the desires of the pet owner. No tranquilizers are ever used in grooming. We accept pets of all ages and even those with special needs.

Springbrook Kennels is family-owned and operated. 45 dogs can be boarded in our 1,600 square-foot "Upper Kennel" building, which is open from the late spring through the early fall.
At no additional charge, we will serve the food that you provide based on your pet's feeding schedule. Please bring properly labeled oral or topical medications including your pet's name and dosage you wish us to administer. Group training classes are held in our training room at the kennel or outside when weather permits. Offsite training usually takes place at Covington Park located at 307 Windship rd. I had to leave my Fur babies here for 9 days while on vacation. It's about 40 minutes away from my house but it's one of the only places I could find that would take dogs who are not "fixed." When I arrived I asked unexpectedly if I could see where they would be staying. The kennels were very clean and I was pleased to see that. I called a few times to check on them and if there was no answer, my calls were promptly returned. Pick up was easy but they forgot to give me my blankets back, which means I have to drive back at some point to get them.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability I tried this pet boarding for the first time and my dog came back sick, bitten, with so many tick marks in his lower body and with a horrible smell. He's usually very clean, and we have never had an issue with ticks or fleas. We gave them his blanket and his bed and they returned wet and smelly. Never again.

They always have openings for my 4 dogs (Chihuahua, Shih Tzu, Cairn Terrier, and American Staffordshire). They're very professional and very accommodating. My Staffordshire has anxiety and needs meds twice a day, in addition to my Cairn Terrier who needs ear infection antibiotics. There are zero problems when I drop them off. It's always quick & easy. Pick-ups and payments are seamless also.
I always get everything returned to me, regardless of what shape it's in after my dogs realize I'm not returning the next day. I've even received calls when one of my girls went into heat. They checked all of them to identify who was bleeding and where. Not to mention, if I run out of food during extended stays, they'll call to inform me and I'll have Chewy's deliver it directly to the kennel. I love this place so much that I picked up 4 "Las Vegas, Nevada" shorts just to thank them for my 11 day visit.

Springbrook Kennels came highly recommended to me, as I was in need of kenneling my two 1.5 year old German Shepherds. I called to see if there was availability and received an answering machine. I left a message and within an hour, Springbrook Kennels were already calling me back! Talk about exceptional customer service! They had availability, for the dates, which I needed.
On a daily basis, I called to see how they were (yes, I'm a nervous ninny). They spoke with me at length each time and not once were they indicative that they were annoyed with my calls. They definitely put my mind at ease, and I knew that they were in excellent hands. When we picked them up, I was anxious to see how they would be once they were home, and they didn't miss a beat! Totally adjusted! Based upon my experience, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPRINGBROOK KENNELS! THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!

My pup, Buddy, has been re-homed three times in his first 2-1/2 years of life. Needless to say he has serious trust issues and is on edge anytime he's away from his, now permanent, Mom and Dad. Spring Brook Kennels handles his grooming needs and his groomer, Susan, is phenomenal! She noticed his anxiety and made recommendations so Buddy would be more comfortable, not to mention she does a WONDERFUL grooming job. Could not be MORE pleased with the care provided here. Highly recommend this facility!

This place is absolutely amazing! They took care of my kitty Luna like she was there own. Clean facilities, wonderful staff, customer service 5 stars. My baby Luna loved it so much she tried to ran back inside to them when I came to pick her up. I highly recommend this place for you and your furry babys.

The staff was very responsive via social media and were able to fit my cat in for a grooming the very next day. The groomer was very nice and explained what she did and gave me recommendations for the future. I would definitely recommend them. Only complaint I have is that cat grooming is EXPENSIVE! Short-haired starts at $50 (long haired at $70).
