I've taken my dogs here a few times so far when we have gone away and they take great care of them! They are so nice when I'm being a crazy dog mom and call to check on my dogs. They both get extra stuff in their food and my one dog has medication twice a day and they do it all! It's so nice to be able to go away and know that they are taken care of. Thank you!

My wife and I took our Golden Doodle there for grooming. When we got there the staff was very helpful and friendly. When we were called to pick up our pup we were met with the same great attitude and loved it. However, we did encounter a small issue with the grooming. After mentioning the issue the owner or manager (Jessica) got involved and went above and beyond addressing the situation.

When it comes to customer experience they really have outdone themselves! Great support and great example for other businesses to follow. We will be coming back because of their customer experience and how they stand with their team members. Much respect and if you are looking for a groomer. This is the place to trust.

The one thing I don't have to do is worry about my dogs when I go away! They treat my pets like their own. They have a fantastic grooming facility and my veterinarian is right next door! I would recommend Town and Country to everyone who needs to board their pets. They also have a great daycare!

They took my Faith in to clip her nails at the last minute! I appreciated that very much. Sweet and caring. Definitely will bring my cats back for claw trimming!

I decided to take our golden doodle for a grooming here because of their reviews and I was looking for a closer place to go. Sadly, my doodle came home with his collar ripped & razor burn around his private area that was red for days. After 2 weeks, he developed what seems like a skin infection. I had to call our vet who recommended chlorhexidine wipes.

The wipes made it worse and now today, a mere month later after his groom, we have to go to the vet and pay a physical exam visit fee. However, after mentioning the issue, this was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had thus far when it comes to addressing matters and concerns right away. Thank you to Jessica for speaking with me and making adjustments to better my experience moving forward with my doodle. It's a learning curve always. Appreciate your help!

I just boarded my two toy yorkies at Town and Country. They were there 11-23-2021 thru 12-5-2021. The first thing I was not happy with was I requested a picture be sent to me of how they were doing as I explained this was the very first time I have ever boarded them. I did not think this was an unreasonable request. But I never received a picture via text nor was one posted on their pet parent page on FB.

When I would call with one exception I was told they were fine nothing to report. My one had a bad potty day one day. They were supposedly Groomed Saturday 12-4-2021. I think it was a horrible job. When we picked them up everytime they shook hair went flying and they smelled of urine. My conclusion is they were cut dry and never bathed. Their eyes are also wet and runny.

Funny how less than twenty four hours after being groomed their eyes looked like they were never cleaned. Also my Coco Chanel has a cut on top of her head from a bow that was put in way to tight and it took us all day for her to let us take it out. I sent a private message when we got home along with a picture of the cut but no response. Which is why I'm leaving this review.

I prefer to take care of things privately but if noone reached out within twenty four hours that tells me my pups are just another number and to look elsewhere for boarding needs if i ever decide to board them again. My pups are my family and I expect them to be treated as such wherever they are. I paid quite a bit of money for the length of time they were boarded so I expected much more in return than my pups being sick and shell shocked from the experience.

My Coco Chanel cried all the way home and shook uncontrolably when we tried to hold her. It took them most of the day for them to even start to relax. I'd love to know how they were treated, from their actions when we got home it had to be rough in my opinion. So please please please do your research before sending your Pup here for boarding purposes.

We just picked up a very happy dog after a 5 day stay at Town and Country. I was so impressed with everything at this place - pricing was fair, staff was wonderful and, most importantly, my puppy was happy, healthy and well cared for. We had her groomed on her last day and we were extremely happy with that as well. We will definitely bring her back for regular grooming and if we plan another trip, she'll have her own vacation at Town and Country!

Town & Country is the best. We would not leave our pup anywhere else. She goes to Town & County for boarding when we go on vacation. They are so caring & dedicated to giving these dogs the best home away from home possible. They have different packages too based on your dogs needs and activity. Barb is the absolute BEST. We are so at ease when we leave our dog with them. Plus, our girl always comes home looking beautiful after an appointment with their groomer.

So grateful to Town and Country Pet Care for taking care of our boys! This is our second time bringing our cats here for overnight stays and they always come back well fed and so relaxed. You can tell the people here genuinely care about the animals. They have amazing prices and their space is clean and in a great quiet area. The receptionists are always very nice and informative, too. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to leave their dogs or cats overnight. Five stars.

I love this place, they are very friendly and communicated well about the experience. They even give you a repot card for your dog during check out. I highly recommend this place for sure. Both my dogs stays for a 5 days and they loved it. Thanks again.

Akways an outstanding pet care facility. Our Dog Angel is our 2nd dog to stay here. We alo use their grooming service. The staff are outstanding, always friendly and they take excellent care of our dog for any length stay. They genuinely care about animals. Very highly recommended kennel and groomer.

Unfortunately will not be taking my pup back to Town and Country. She got a very bad case of kennel cough and almost had to be hospitalized. When I called to inform them so they could let other daycare dogs know, I didn't receive a call back nor did anyone ask how she was doing. I don't think they let other clients know though, because I didn't get a heads up.

I've spent several thousands of dollars between daycare, boarding, and grooming the 1.5 years prior, so my dog and I were not strangers there. I was sad that no one cared to follow up with us about her well-being or to apologize that she got sick while staying there after being a very loyal and frequent client. I'm giving them two stars instead of one because the staff was great in all interactions I had with them, and I feel like it's more of a management issue here. Kennel cough is always a risk at kennels, but feel like it's more prevalent at T&C than others after reading similar reviews. A simple apology, some compassion, and/or overall better customer service at the management level would've gone a long way.

I don't think any dog truly loves the full groomer experience but town and country will try to do it all in the best way for your pup. My two are completely different in personality and they treat them per the difference. They also are kind to the owner which is just as important. I waited too long on one of our visits and my Ed was a mess, including an ear fur cut that I botched trying to clip out a knot. No judgment just a promise to fix it. For me its worth the drive.

We have used T & C for many years, previously with our senior dog and now with our puppy. We would recommend them to anyone for boarding, grooming or daycare. Their staff is amazing and the owners are wonderful. They all just generally care about making sure our dog is happy and well cared for. Great job!
