Expensive cages, not worth the price, they are of POOR quality. The black powder coat is cheap and flakey. Really high shipping cost. Be sure you are keeping your online order because they DO NOT refund shipping. Plus, they make you pay for shipping back, and do not refund any pay pal fees. In their words, "we don't think it's fair for us to pay any of that."

Well I paid for it on Thursday adding over $20.00 to UPS it in one day and received it Tuesday --5 days later not until 7 that night, so if you can possibly drive there to shop then by all means do so.

I got WAY over charged for shipping. They said the weight of the product was 42lbs, so I paid a premium for shipping. The actual weight on the fedex scale was 10lbs. VERY UPSET!

Best cages ever. We won't buy any other kind. 4 stars though because I feel the shipping is grossly miscalculated. 50-75 pounds, when the item arrives it shows 15 to 20 pounds on the label. I get it's just an estimate, but paying 50.00 for shipping is really high. Then again, we keep paying it because the cages are great.

Martin's Cages are the best, quality chinchilla cages out there, and I'm confident their other animal cages are just as incredible! I always refer anyone looking for a nice cage to Martin's and use only their cages, myself. Small, family-owned, and fair.
