Had our 6 month old puppy here for a week while we were on vacation. This was the first time we ever spent time apart from him but the girls at Kind Hearted made the process as painless as possible. When we pick him up a week later he didn't want to leave! I can tell he got plenty of love. It's good knowing we can trust Kind Hearted in the future.

I really wish I could give this place 5 stars because last summer when they had my boyfriend's bull terrier for a week and a half while we were on vacation, they were nothing short of amazing with him and raved about him! However, fast forward to May 24th of this year. My boyfriend called Becky's cell phone to leave her a message but was instructed by her voicemail to call the business to get in contact with her, so he left a message.
No response or returned call. June 9th, my boyfriend called the business line again and left a message for them to call him back. Again, no response or returned call. Sometime between June 9th- June 16th, I decided to go onto their website and fill out a "Contact Us" form to try and get into contact with them, hoping to maybe hear back with an email. Nothing. June 17th, I decided to give it one last attempt to try and get into contact with Becky.
I sent a FB message to the business. At last, Becky finally answered and had instructed me to text her cell phone, which I did immediately! We exchanged some information in regards to the dates we were going on vacation, (this time for 2 weeks straight) and how we wanted to secure our dog's boarding before we purchased our airfare. She stated she would get back to me shortly with her availability. June 19th, I reached out for my last time on FB messenger to see if she had an update on the availability of boarding our dog since I hadn't heard from her yet.
She had read the message but never responded. I also sent a text to her cell phone in case my service at the time didn't send my message, and again no response or returned call. June 21st, my boyfriend calls her cell one last time and can't leave a message for her because her mailbox is full, so he calls the business line and leaves a message, asking to please call him back either way if she can board our dog.
No response or call was ever returned. It's a real shame that it had to come to this, and I hope nobody else ever has to waste their time like we did trying to get into contact with this business.

10 stars! "Aunt" Becky is just the best here. She treats your animal the best. Maybe even better than you do. Lol. I highly recommend this kennel, but call soon. She fills up fast, and for the best care, she limits the number animals at the kennel. But seriously there are not enough good things I can say about this place. Board your pet here, go on vacation, and don't worry about a thing!
