Awesome place. They really took time to discuss dog food with me. Had a good selection of treats and toys. Soon the new location will even have indoor agility and dog training!

How many times is one small business going to move. at least the first time when they moved from next to the grocery outlet they gave their customers a fair warning. This time I had no warning and had been in there just a week before. So I walk into the place when their 'moving' again from next to the chuck-e-cheese to who knows where and some older woman barks "can I help you?!".because they were closed.

No you cannot. I'm already frustrated from having to come in, nearly weekly, avoiding all the kids, speed bumps, and narrow parking spots, trying new foods for my pets with allergies, with constant lack of stock, and you couldn't be bothered to let me know about your week-long store closure?! But instead bark at me like I'm bothering you? No, thank you.

The set up was just not appealing and the staff said "yes we do military discount but I don't want to bother my manager for a 10% off discount does it matter if you get it?" I said "no but I have other places to be, I'm going to go" I left my items there and left peacefully I felt pushed out by this comment and a few others after words. If the employee would have said we do but I don't have the code and my manager is currently busy, Or I'm new and I'm just not sure how to input that.

I'd be fine but to say I don't want to bother my manager for a just a small discount . well I felt other prejudices were hidden in this person's tone. Basically you have good products and I hear great training, But I'd rather buy something online the come back in for just a product. 4 stars is because I hear you have good trainers but your employees at the register are deplorable.

The best groomers in town. Very happy! I have tried others and my dog comes out smelling like dirty dish water!

I bring my boys for haircuts here and Lindsey is great with them. They both have neurological problems and she is the only groomer that I found that would groom them.

Great selection. My cats and dog are well supplied here with many healthy choices. Pet pantry is produced locally and a favorite of our companions. I wrote previously the prices here were high, but I have noticed they have brought some down. Even in the face of inflation, you can still find reasonable prices on many items here. The wet food cans are in low supply so that's why some suppliers of wet food are having issues.

I'm not sure why that impacts Pet Pantry though. They have increased their prices by quite a lot recently. But if you compare many of their products to other places, they are very competitive. This is our 1st choice for our pets.

Fantastic store! Great selection of healthy foods and great customer service. They even have some stuff for smaller critters as well.

New location is a bit more space than they seem to need, selection seems less than before. Staff is nice.

Store yes! Love the staff. Training staff, we had an awful experience. I was so disappointed in the way we were treated. We had a private session. The trainer was late, frustrated, and we felt it--all of us. When our dog was called aggressive after he barked once because he was nervous --we recognized the trainer was not willing to understand the dog or our needs.

Much later we went into shop at the new store and while waiting for others to join us, I was watching a training when the same trainer snapped at us asking what were we looking at. To the point another group walked in and said, wow that's rude. Well, we simply were observing and waiting on our party. The training is now when we walked in and if she didn't want to be observed, maybe have a sign saying so.

Naturally for paws is a wonderful store and I'm sure plenty of people who have had positive training experiences. However, this person has created a negative experience which impacts us even just going to the store to shop.

Their selection is smaller than the big box store down the street but they put more thought into their inventory selection and the staff are willing and helpful to navigate products. They occasionally have really good promotions too that saved me a lot on essentials.

They have an amazing selection of whole protein and grain free food and treats. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The trainers are wonderful.

This is so exciting! Of course the prices are a little higher than "big box pet stores" but quality and options are superior! Future plans for their store are something to look forward to as well.

The 1 on 1 training is great for getting solid obedience, along with the group classes as well. It was a great jump start to my service dogs training to make sure we were on the right track and get any questions sorted, and solved out early on. Noelle is great! The grooming is also very good. Lots of long term professional, We've been with Lindsey for about a year and she's never dissapointed.

She's also always been very clear that if we don't like how something turned out, she would go back in and fix it . The store has good supplies and friendly, helpful staff. Overall a very amazing company. (In a new bigger building as well!)

I have been going to this place for about 10 years now. I always loved them for their advice, food and toys for my pets. However things have changed. We were using the same groomer for years. She moved on and we got assigned another groomer. The last 3 times we saw her our dog did not want to go. Each time he has came back with raze burn, ears were not done and he was traumatized.

We talked to the groomer and she didn't seem to care and ignored our complaints. The last time we picked up our dog the groomer told me that she could not groom our dog anymore because he would not stand up for her while she shampoo him. This was never a problem with our old groomer. Later I got an email from them canceling my appointment for grooming without advanced notice.

I don't know what has changed but I have been very disappointed over the last few months and truly expected better from them. I will not be returning, and will take my business elsewhere.

My pit mix suffers from horrible allergies which I initially though were seasonal, turns out it was her treats. While on the hunt for better options we headed to Naturally 4 Paws. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in making suggestions and recommendations. They have a wonderful selection of quality brands for a wide range of dietary needs including prepackaged raw diet options plus an expansive offering of grooming and training services.

They offer rewards and discounts after purchasing consecutive quantities of the same item and a slew of samples if you're unsure where to start. Final Bonus - they recently started offering free local delivery for eligible addresses on orders over $100. #shoplocal

Horrible customer service. I initially started buying puppy food and supplies from here, and they said all of their products were guaranteed. I spend $90 on my bags of food there as well as other treats, toys and supplies. I have spent hundreds of dollars there over the past few months, and when I tried to exchange a $15 bag of treats, they gave me a hard time. JP, the manager came up with all the reasons refusing to return the treats, even if it meant him losing a loyal customer who just wants a good treat for her puppy. I'll never set foot in there again.

My puppy's exact food is much cheaper at Petco, and they'd gladly exchange treats. Pay attention to the quality and prices of their products, they're inflated tremendously compared to Petco because of the title "Naturally 4 Paws". I will not be bringing any business to this place again. I referred "Naturally 4 Paws" to my friends who have bought from the same litter, and I will no longer be recommending this place to anyone.

When I walk into a Petco I get depressed. The employees look unhappy with their jobs and don't know where to find items like dog supplements. Naturally 4 Paws is locally owned and focuses on animal nutrition. The healthier the pet the less visits to the vet. My dog and I miss walking into the store and being greeted by knowledgable fellow animal lovers. According to their website they are offering curbside, home delivery service, AND you can shop online.

Store is always organized and clean. Employees are nice and helpful. My dog loves stopping by here!

Did someone say all natural? Naturally 4 Paws is amazing. The store is well kept and the customer service that I received is top notch. Once walking in, my husky and I were promptly greeted with smiles and to see if we had any questions. As I've never been into a natural pet store before, I had plenty. My dog, or so I thought, doesn't like treats. Doesn't like much hahah.

We just got him from the humane society and have been feeding him that food since he has been home. My dog doesn't seem to like it. I think it was called scientifically proven or something to that effect. They also gave us some treats and we picked up some from Petco on the way home. My family and I try to eat an organic whole diet as much as possible and I want to the same for our new member of the pack.

She took us around the entire store answering any questions that I had. If there were something that could be tasted (as my husky is very picky, it seemed) and my dog loved it. I never saw him so excited for treats before. They were not trying to upsale us on things but more made recommendations based off of my dogs breed in different price categories.

I haven't tried the grooming or other services offered here. If you're on the fence about coming here, don't just take my word for it. Naturally 4 Paws has a 4 1/2 star rating. You'll probably see me and my white Siberian Husky there too.

Great store! So much selection! The staff are very knowledgeable. There is a huge training room that is lovely to be in. There's also Therapy Dog testing that happens once every six months. I am currently trying to train my dog to pass the test. I am always happy to be here no matter what the occasion.

I used to take my dog here all the time. It was great and they did a great job until I criticized the groomer for cutting my dog's whiskers off. Her response was "oh I did?" After that, my dog became fearful when I brought her in and that was unusual because she loved going there. The service was really bad, not cutting the nails properly, cutting the bangs (eyebrows) when I told her not to, but the worse thing was when the gal came out to meet my dog, my dog was fearful and peed on the floor.

I felt that she had done something to my dog that made her scared of this person. When I contacted management, they acted as though my dog needed training and offered some free classes. They totally disregarded the fact that their groomer had done anything wrong because they were highly trained professionals and put the blame on my dog. Because of this, they lost my business.

Nice place overall! I love what they have in stock. Got my dog groomed here once and the groomer did a good job, but it was sooooo much more expensive than it needed to be I think, and I got charged a lot extra for my dog's bad behavior. He gets anxious and barks and squirms a lot, so I definitely understand having a fee. I have serious empathy for the groomers who have to deal with it, but at petsmart the extra fee for that is lower and more reasonable, and the groomers at petsmart in my experience have always actually been a bit cooler about how crazy he was.

Maybe it was just a bad day? I know grooming isn't always an easy job so I'm definitely not upset about it, more so just surprised by the differences in fees between the locations! Like I said the grooming was good and they did a good job with what I was looking for!

If you are looking for a natural and healthy pet store, this is it! We went in looking for bones for our dog and found the largest selection and variety of bones that we have ever seen! Employees were all very helpful and knowledgeable on the products they sell, they gave lots of options and great service. Definitely recommend giving this place a try

This is the only place my fur baby gets all excited when we drive up. He loves coming here to pick out his Froom food. The sales people are always so helpful and knowledgeable. He likes the bakery display and always wants a treat, which the sales staff always more than happy to give him one. I love the fact they carry top of the line products! I never have to worry if it's made cheaply or if it is going to fall apart. I would highly recommend this company to make sure you get the best quality of service and brands. Jake said "woof woof" (see you there) in boxer language.

My favorite place for all my dogs needs! We did training with our pup and buy all our food and treats here. Always friendly staff and awesome selection of healthy treats

I haven't written a Yelp review in ages but my experience with Noel the dog trainer at Naturally 4 Paws has changed that. I adopted a rescue dog 5 weeks ago. She's a year old and was found with her first owner who had passed away. She definitely had a traumatic start to life. Right from the start I could tell my new fur baby wasn't good with other dogs.

It broke my heart because she's full of life and love. She was afraid of other dogs and reacted out of fear. After meeting with Noel once a week for private lessons I'm relieved. My pup is still a work in progress but today we were able to join a intermediate class with other dogs. It was surreal to have my dog with me and not acting out of control because we were around other dogs. Noel takes an honest approach.

You must be open to what she has to offer for advice. It's up to you to follow through when you leave the lesson or not. Noel cares - she genuinely wants to train your dog, but more importantly you the owner. She provides the tools, along with feedback and encouragement. She's very patient and trustworthy when introducing an unsocialized dog to others. I'm confident now with my dog interacting with other dogs. I'm in control of the situation and know how to recognize and correct behavior if need be.

I can't thank Noel enough for her loving and supportive way of training both dog and owner! Seriously life changing for both my dog and I. Also nail trimming services for dogs and cats are wonderful! They take their time to come out and greet your pet and talk to you, so both you and your pet are comfortable. My cats would never let me trim their nails - let the professionals here at Naturally 4 Paws do it for you. So happy I found this place!

I just love this place! I've had super helpful people every time I've been here. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They recommended a type of food for my Boston Terrier that helps with his gas, and a cat food that is specifically for male indoor cats. They are my go to now for all things pets.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I used the self service bathing station for my dog and loved it. They give you the grooming supplies in a little basket and then send you back to your private station. Very clean and easy to use. They have directions posted for your reference.
