Update to original review below. Arrived back at 5 to pick up my dog to find a huge line up of people picking up. Chaos. It's a very short window to pick up a lot of dogs, and with the inflexibility of their pick up times that is to be expected. Gave me a chance to chat with some others in line. Phone calls to check in on boarding dogs are never answered, and voicemails are not returned is the consensus of my pick up line neighbors.

They also mentioned that the staff admittedly said to them that if you press 5 as instructed no one will answer and to press 2. Either way, no one answers. They did not tell me the behavior of my dog (did he eat? Who knows.) but to be fair I also did not ask because after all this, and traveling all day, I just wanted to get my dog and go home. Updated to three stars because he seemed happy and healthy when he came out.

I will try day care here, but on the fence about boarding especially if I know that I will not be able to check in. It looks like their interaction with the dogs is fine but definitely lacking in human customer service. New to town and this place was highly recommended. I brought my dog for boarding as a first time customer and they specifically asked what time I was picking up on Sunday.

I told them between 3-6. No one ever mentioned they don't open until 5. So after a long drive, can't pick up doggo for another couple hours because they are physically unable to turn on the computer. It's his first time boarding anywhere and when I called to check twice, no answer. (press 5 to check in on your pet). Would I be this upset had I known the Sunday pick up deal in advance?

Absolutely not. But standing there talking to a manager while my dog is inside the facility and they won't rectify the error they made for the convenience of the customer is infuriating. Im not asking or expecting anything for free I would just like my dog and some common sense customer service. I'll happily change my rating and update the post after I receive my dog who seems to be held hostage.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. I scheduled boarding here two weeks in advance of a trip because a few of my Vera Bradley coworkers had recommended this place to me. I had a call and wrote down a detailed list of everything in my planner concerning what I could bring for her, scheduled pick up time, etc. The day before my trip was her drop off day- a Saturday.

I got a call at 12:50pm asking if I was coming to drop her off. I said that I would be coming between 6:00 and 7:00pm as discussed (I had asked for the latest possible time when scheduling). She then tells me that they would be closing at 1:00pm. Shocked, I tell her that I would try to get her to them immediately as I live ten minutes away and I already had her things packed.

Then she tells me since it was after hours, I would be charged an extra $50. I tell her I had the time I was told written down, and she said that the lady I spoke with had written down a 12:30pm drop off time, that they closed at 7:00 Mon-Fri and that she would still have to charge me $50 because her supervisor wasn't there and wouldn't be until Monday. Needless to say, this was beyond frustrating and stressful the day before a long-awaited trip.

I also by some miracle managed to find someone else to board with. I found it interesting that while google searching other boarding places, I saw that there closing time was falsely advertised as 5:00pm. Also needless to say I will NOT be boarding with Pampered Pets in the future and I will be sure to let everyone else know the stressful experience I had with them.

Love this place for our dogs! This is the nicest place for daycare and boarding for your pups in Fort Wayne. They have nice big runs and rooms to stay that are temperature controlled, the daycare is well managed and payed for new comers and sizes. To top it off, the staff is all very capable and nice to interact with, highly recommend!

We called right before Spring Break after not being able to find any other place last minute. They made it happen. They were so friendly, our two cats were taken care of perfectly and the drop off and pick up process was easy. The price was good and we'll definitely be boarding our fur babies there again!

I highly recommend this place for pets. My fur baby is not use to being away from home and is not a fan of being boarded, but when I do have to board I bring here to PPandB. I can call and check on her through the day and when the worker asked me what they could do to make her more comfy I knew I would continue to be a customer!

Do not bring your fur baby here. Neglect and poor treatment to dogs unless your fur baby is a staff members favorite. I have heard some horrible stories since we have left three weeks ago from more then a hand full of people. I wish I would of taken my dog out sooner. Do not waste your time or money. Communication is poor, cleanliness is not of concern to them, proper training to staff is not a priority, and your dog will be mistreated.

We use the daycare services at Pampered Pets, and our two goldens LOVE It. They take such good care of them, and the boys are always so tired when we pick them up! The hours are great 7am to 7pm, and really work well for those of us in retail jobs. I love all the add on services like enrichment time where the boys can get one on one play with a daycare attendant.

They always have great holiday events, and we love our holiday photos! The staff is amazing there, especially Sherry at the front desk! She knows my puppies so well and is always trying to accommodate them into the schedule. It's so nice to just have a place to take your full energy puppy to while you work, and know they will be so loved and played with by the time you pick them up! We love Pampered Pets, and they are definitely worth the price!

Our dog has always received great care at PPB&B. Now that he's an old dog, it's that much more important. We feel confident leaving him there, and it's great that we can upgrade to an enclosed room for him to lessen the stress of his stay.

Went a couple times here for doggy daycare when necessary with my girlfriend and I have long working hours. 1. Employees are incredibly disorganized. I told them I was there to pick up my dog and gave them my dogs name. A few minutes later a young kid whispered to the desk attendant "where's Charlie." To which I immediately snapped up and made them go find her.

She was in a completely different "zone" then they had written down. After about a 15 minute delay they brought my dog back out. 2. The second time I went to pick her up, again, I asked the attendant to get my dog Charlie. And she responded "wait. You're Kevin right, with the Doberman" WRONG. different name. Different dog. They don't keep track of who drops what dogs off.

Just the dogs name. 3. When I asked about what type of security they do as far as who can pick what dog up, they just said "well we kind of remember faces". meaning. anyone could walk in and say a dogs name and steal your dog no questions asked. Plus they also blast your dogs name and photo all over social media. So that means With the disorganization of the staff I'm sure there could easily be someone to take your dog without authorization. 4. On top of all of the above, our dog now has Kennel Cough. Will NOT return

Pampered Pets always does an excellent job with our Corgi Ebert! He's been going to daycare three times a week for years now and I know he's always well cared for during his time there. The staff is always friendly and professional, the facilities are impressive and the events that they have (birthday parties, photo shoots, etc.) are an added bonus :)

My wife passed when we had our 6 month old Yorkshire Terrier. I was still working. PamperedPets became his home 9 hours a day. He loves it there. The staff is awesome (special shout out to Amber who became Buster's mom ), Although I am retired I still take Buster there to see the staff and play with his friends. He gets so excited when I pull in the lot. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

Bailey's (aka Bailey Bailey) been going to Pampered Pets since May when he was 3 months old and if it was up to him he'd play there daily. We've also done lodging in addition to daycare and can't say enough about how wonderful they are. When your dog drags you to the door you know they love it. I highly recommend!

Our 1st time there, check in was easy and staff was very nice! Our cat had a road accident, staff was happy to clean him up with us there. Our bloodhound was treated very nicely. We hate leaving our pets at kennels/vets, but have that EXTRA peace of mind with this place. We'll see how it goes!

Absolutely love this place for our pup! He's been going there 1-2x a week for almost a year now and he's so excited every time. We have boarded our pup there for a few different occasions and he does so well. He seems so very well taken care of. We can really tell he's comfortable there. We love giving him the play time weekly there with all his dog friends!

We take Bella to Pampered Pets every Tuesday and Thursday. Not because she would be home alone, but because she loves her two days there. Has lots of good puppy pals, and loves the people that take care of her. We feel it has helped to make her very social towards other dogs and people. Can't say enough good about Pampered Pets.

The morning staff were incredible when I dropped off my dog. The late morning secretaries weren't as welcoming, I was barely acknowledged. But the groomers did a fantastic job!

I can't say enough great about pampered pet and their staff. my Zoe loves this place and the staff and I couldn't be more thankful for the support and friendship from everyone their. Zoe loves her Monday and Fridays more than anything!

My dog loves to go play with other dogs to get exercise and have fun. The people take good care of the dogs and are very friendly. Highly recommend Pampered Pets &Biscuit.

We love taking our dog to daycare! He gets so excited to play with his friends! Staff is very professional. Facility is clean. We've only had wonderful experiences at Pampered Pets Bed & Biscuit.

Amazing, caring staff! I take my dog here for daycare twice a week and she LOVES it. I get to see updates on their social media of her having a fun time which I always greatly appreciate. they offer fun extras like special treats and activities and fun photo ops. and it's all reasonably priced! I am very grateful for pampered pets and the dedication they have for their animals, and I know my pug, Beans, appreciates them too!
