C-PUP Pet Walks

I have had such a great experience with C-Pup. They take such great care for my dogs that they feel like part of the family! My dogs are so happy to see their walker when she comes.

This was our first time leaving our cat alone for more than a couple nights with friends she's familiar with coming by to check on her. It went great! She was very well cared for and we received sweet photos of her playing and cuddling with Loretta every day. They give total peace of mind while you're away from your pet!

Shannon and Doug have taken care of two generations of cats in our family. They were kind and caring with our aging cats and our new kittens. I love to travel and feel secure knowing they are there for our pets. Shannon is highly detail-oriented and checks carefully to make sure she is familiar with all aspects of the cats' care. Shannon's emails with photos give us a smile and reassurance that all is well.

She is quick to respond to emails and accommodating to our requests. The best testimonial comes from our shy Bengal boy cat, who typically avoids visitors, but begs Doug to pet him.

Over the years, all of our cats have been well taken care of by C-Pup. They are a pleasure to work with, trustworthy, and they always keep us posted (text msg and e-mail) on how things are going with our fur babies. Also, for us what is very important is that they are a local neighborhood business. Being local means being able to provide their services quickly.

We've been using C-PUP to look after our cats for several years, and we've always had an outstanding experience. We get email updates once or twice while we're away. We arrive home to find a written daily log of feeding, meds, visits, etc. I can recommend them without hesitation.

C-PUP is great! We used to rely on neighbors to check in on our cat when we traveled, but decided we wanted someone more reliable and accountable. Shannon to the rescue! Not only do they give a daily report at the end, but Shannon always emails to make sure we got home safe and the house is in order. The best part is how spoiled our cat is with them - litter box cleaning and a fresh water dish every day. Highly recommend!

C-PUP has been walking our two dogs for over 2 years and they both still run to the door to great C-PUP's walkers every time they come to the house. They've been very easy to work with for both their dog walking services and their pet sitting services. C-PUP is super responsive, and incredibly flexible when plans change at the last minute. The team at C-PUP has been taking care of my Golden Retriever, Breeze since we brought her home 4 years ago. While my husband and I worked in full-time jobs during the day, we had multiple scheduled walks for her energy level. During that time, Breeze was so well cared for and loved, just as we would have done if we were there. As I transitioned to full-time work from home, I now call on C-PUP for our overnight sitting needs.

When we go out of town, whoever stays with Breeze loves her just as much as we do. They provide detailed notes, pictures/updates and take care of any worries we have while we're away. I would recommend any of their services if you wish for your pet to receive the highest quality of care when you can't do it yourself!

I LOVE C-PUP! We have used them over the past few years and they are fantastic! Shannon (owner) is very professional, thorough in interviewing dog(s) owner(s), getting detailed information on what the needs and desires are of owners and pets! She is incredibly organized and meticulous in ensuring that pets and owners may leave each other with an easy mind.

All of her staff have been generous, patient, lovely people who treat us (humans and pets) with great care! A detailed report card is left at each visit outlining the activities our dogs performed, their affect, and notes on the overall visit. We have traveled and used C-PUP for home stays and also as a dog walking service. Our dogs have become so familiar with C-PUP staff that it's as if another family member is with them. Wonderful, wonderful people and service. I can't say enough good things about Shannon and C-PUP! I recommend them to anyone and everyone expressing an interest in pet services. This was our first time using a pet sitting service for our cat, and my husband and I were extremely happy with the level of care and attention C-PUP gave to our furry friend while we were out of town. As mentioned by other reviewers, the owners of C-PUP took a thorough, in-person assessment of our cat's living style and food habits, as well as our method of daily care.

Usually our cat is freaked out when we go out of town, but when we came home, he acted as if we had never left! The owner sent us cute photos of George to give us updates on his well-being while we were away, and the team left our home very tidy, too. Overall, this is a great company and your pet will be in wonderful hands - highly recommend.

We have been using C-PUP for daily walks for the last 4 months and we couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism. Before becoming official clients, Shannon and Doug came over to our house to meet us and learn about our dog, Patti. We felt they were very attentive and cared a lot about adapting themselves to Patti's routine.

As we were new to the area, they also provided us with great advice about local vets and pet parks. Since we started with C-PUP, Patti has been walked by only two different people, which is comforting, because we know who is in our home when we are gone and we know the walkers know Patti. The personalized notes left for us are humorous and also show the walkers are attuned to Patti's needs. We highly recommend C-PUP for dog walking services!

We have been clients of C-PUP Pet Sitting & Dog Walking for over 7 months and have been consistently pleased with the service provided. Shannon is responsive and professional. Our dog walker, Emily, is terrific. Our dog is always delighted when she arrives for his daily walks and play. We have also used C-PUP at least three times for pet sitting and have no hesitation to continue to do so. Shannon asks for details, such as when we will depart and when we are expected to return.

She makes sure we have returned when expected, so our dog is not alone or missing dinner. Shannon's attention to detail gives us peace of mind. I have used C-PUP for several years now, and I am pleased and thankful that I can really count on them to provide great care to my pets when I'm out of town! The owner is responsive, the prices are very reasonable and the staff that care for my guys provide a full report upon return, with some personalized notes so you know they are not just in and out, but truly care for your pet, which is priceless. C-Pup is fantastic! We had someone stay overnight with our pets while we were gone and she did a great job. Typically when I go away I worry about our pets, but with C-Pup we got frequent updates and I knew they were in good hands. When we arrived home our cats and dogs were well-adjusted and excited to see us. I can't imagine going on vacation and having anyone else stay with our pets. I highly recommend C-Pup.

I have been using C-Pup for over a year, every since we got our Luna. I've been there when the walkers have come and Luna is always happy to see them. I can pay through paypal which is awesome and they have been available to let her out for a walk even during emergencies. I recommend.
