Been going for years with the fur babies. Always kind, caring, and talented care.

Our 7-month old west highland white terrier had his first haircut here, which is right next to his veterinarian clinic. We found the service excellent. We particularly appreciated the informative report card and the neat red bow. Our dog did not look traumatized afterwards. The cost was better than that of the chain stores and it was easy to schedule an appointment.

The staff is so pleasant. I went to get info on the services and they made me feel right at home. I didn't even they were here until a friend told me. Great job.

They kept shaving my dog and there were bald spots. Not necessary. I switched her to Janneths and no issues! She was never happy when she left Highland. She is happy and smiling when she leaves Janneths! I wouldn't take another animal to Highland.

There are oh so gentle with my 16 old dog. They really are sweet and she always looks so good. They really know what looks good on your particular dog and always remember it without having to explain it each time. They even throw in a bandana if I ask. It really is no hassle to get my dog groomed since they are so organized.

Today was our golden retriever's first visit to Highland Groomery. The staff was pleasant and well organized. The turnaround time was better than our previous good groomer, and the result was a happy, beautiful, no-scent-added dog. We'll be back!

Love this place so much! I was real apprehensive considering my experience with another grooming location and how far this is from my home, but this is well worth the drive! The staff is professional, the prices are reasonable, and Cassandra (my dog's groomer) does exceptionally every time we bring our pup in. I love the incentive to rebook with the discount, love the little bandana the pup comes home with, and the little Pet Report Cards that give me an idea of how our pup did. I grateful for the family member that gave us the recommendation, and if you're looking at this facility for your own pet's grooming needs, you should go for it!

Highland always takes such good care of our little mixed terrier, Gimli. He's now eager to run inside when we pull into the parking lot and always so cute when they finish. They even give him, what we call, a "superman curl" on the top of his head!

Highland is the best groomer around. My dogs love them! I have to watch what I say- due to the fact that the word "bath" has them all running to the car! The Mason family of Bear, Chu, Squirt & Patch give it a 5 stars!

Our experience with Highland Groomery has been very positive. Our dog isn't traumatized by it. He doesn't want to leave us but he will and the staff is very good at redirecting him. Staff is very professional, he looks great and they give out "repot cards". at the end so you have feedback. Excellent but higher than more generic places i.e. Petco, but well worth it!

Another great grooming at Highland Groomery! My 11 year old schnoodle was a bit of a mess. He hasn't been the best boy at home with brushing and in-home grooming. Sara got him all cleaned up! He looks great! Thanks guys!

Hands down THE BEST GROOMERY ever! They listen to their customers and always do an excellent job. I was very particular about the type of cut I wanted for my dog. in fact I micro managed them quite a bit the first time I went there. But after the first visit I give them free reign. Hat's off to my stylist - Caitlyn. She is AMAZING.

They are consistent with every visit. Our pups look, feel and smell wonderful when we pick them up, the dogs (and me) are happy with the care given them, and the folks there are friendly and build a rapport/relationship with the pets that makes them feel at ease. The groomers are skilled in the needs of all breeds, and can turn out styles to match nearly every request. Best groomer in Howard County in our opinion.

Our two little dogs always come back looking beautiful. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Unlike growing options at the large pet stores, there is more care taken with each animal and there is generally less stress on the pets due to noise, barking and crowds. Service is prompt, prices are a little on the higher side of average, but well worth it considering the quality and overall service.

Horrible job of grooming my Great Pyrenees. The cut was lopsided - shaved on one side but left long on the other side. Also had plugs of hair cut out in several areas where hair is long. Groomer says she talked to me several times about him being matted, but my phone shows only one call from them. I would have been fine with cutting hair short in rear and underbelly. Told them specifically NOT to shave him and they did anyway. Charged a lot of money for very unprofessional and substandard job.

He also came back with a limp and will not bear weight on one leg. When I complained, the Groomery blamed me for him being matted. I have taken him to 2 other groomers in the same condition and they have never had a problem getting him brushed out. I will not be returning.

Due to health issues, it's been a while since our dog was professionally groomed. Our vet recommended Highland and we couldn't be happier. The care they provided our nervous dog was wonderful (as well as the nervous mom!). It was worth the drive. We have found our new groomer!

Not only is Wanda and her staff awesome at what they do but Wanda has helped countless pets/kitties in our rescue! Love Highland Groomery!

It was a long drive for us, but so worth it. I didn't want to take Billy just anywhere. He is 15 and wasn't sure how he would react. He was so soft, neat, clean, and smelled delicious. He wasn't even mad at me so I know we took him to the right place! Thank you Wanda for the 5 star job you did on my handsome boy!

Want to thank Wanda and her wonderful staff for doing such a great job on Buster. He was a major matted mess from BCAS.

Had our two Bernese Mountain Dogs groomed there today for the first time. Very impressed with the way they look. Will definitely be taking them back there. Would definitely recommend them.
