16yr cat kid was treated lovingly and their lobby was large enough that my feline wasn't subjected to dogs right on top of him. Thank you for your professional staff and doctors.

I have been taking my pets to New Haven Pet Hospital for over ten years. ALL of their Vets are amazing, courteous and respectful. They don't push non-essential treatments but offer them and explain the benefits. 100% LOVE the service from the techs and the vets.

I brought my 17 year old cat to them to be put down. They had never seen any of my animals, yet the Dr. reassured me that it was in fact time and I WAS doing the right thing for her. They were very kind, comforted me, they even offered to let me stay as long as I needed after she passed. Definitely the most compassionate veterinarian I've been to.

I switch all my animals after this. My dogs have all been so much more calm going here than they have ever been at any other veterinarian office. Large waiting room which helps with animals that need space. Awesome place to take your animals.

We started going to New Haven Pet Hospital after service/experience at our previous vet declined. We experienced long wait times and were not allowed to be with our pet during appointments. I was not okay with that. Since moving to New Haven Pet, we've had nothing but good visits every time. The doctors are kind, efficient and yet they take time to answer any questions or concerns I have. The staff is very kind and courteous and the establishment is clean and up to date. I highly recommend them for your pet.

Took a recent adoptee who was a prior "patient/client" and all went better than I expected based on what prior owner's wife gave me a heads-up about. The staff was great and right to the point(An extra plus for me!)and the cost was well within what I expected for all that was done. I look forward to taking other packmates there because of the convenience of location, and scheduling wasn't too far out. No wonder their parking lot is always full!

I took my 7 month old tiger kitty Luci to to be declawed when I picked her up I was so happy to see her she was in excellent health and recovered quickly! Thank you for giving her loving care

I have taken my dog and cat here from day one and have always had a pleasant experience. Dr. Patrick is knowledgeable, kind, and shows true care for your pet. The entire staff is always very friendly and welcoming, and the overall environment is comfortable. We also use their boarding services and have never been disappointed. I would recommend New Haven Pet Hospital to anyone!

I called early in the morning because my dog was having some diarrhea and vomiting over night and they were able to get me an appointment the same day. When I arrived for the appointment all of the staff was inviting and friendly. Dr. Patrick was thorough with my dog's examination and explained what she believed to be going on very well. She suggested what we should do without pressuring me into any expensive unnecessary treatment.

She offered for someone to go over pricing before the treatments also which avoided me having to ask how much everything cost. They got us in very quickly also. The whole appointment with X-rays and examination took only about an hour. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

They took such good care of my cats during our visit. They responded within 24 hours on my cats lab work! Would recommend!

I love this vet! My dog musket was feeling under the weather with nausea and wouldn't eat and sleeping all of the time. New Haven got her in quickly, diagnosed her and started an immediate plan of action. I am happy to say that within hours Musket was feeling better.

The staff was extremely understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment. The vet and vet assistant were both very professional and quick. My cat got his checkup and 2 shots, which went extremely smooth. Very personable staff, and they genuinely care about your pet. I was in and out in no time. My cat is nice and healthy!

Had our dog go in for a teeth cleaning and remove a lump around the neck. Price I felt was high, yet it had to be done. Did a BUTCHER job on stitches, tied like I've never seen or google hasn't. Then they forgot to take one out that was done under the skin! On hold for 15 minutes and called back was told when I called back Quickly explained why and then the person on the phone said we are busy and hung up! Reporting to as many places as I can and DO NOT EVER GO. Taking her to another vet to get the original stitches out since they are to busy to fix their own mistake or call back.

I have been taking my Girls to see Dr. Patrick for over 20 years now. She and her staff have always given my Girls the utmost care. I would not want anyone else to help me through the euthanasia of my Girls. Thank you Dr. Patrick and your awesome staff! You truly are angels on this earth! God Bless!

Amazing vet skills and diagnostics, also other technicians who help vets care for your animal have superior processes in place keeping them fast and priced fair without losing quality. Give them a chance to become your favorite pet care provider. Im a long time customer with a 22year old cat.

I have brought my pets to New Haven Pet Hospital for 13 years. They are the most professional, caring, thoughtful group anyone could ever ask for! They have always been phenomenal at getting my pets in when need be. They do not overcharge, they do not provide unnecessary treatments. All of their staff go above and beyond to take care of your pets and any issues you may have (I had issues with my insurance, they went beyond to help). I just can't say enough good. I feel truly blessed to have such amazing people taking care of my fur babies.

I have just had my first appointment here with my Bearded Dragon, Velma. I was impressed with the kindness of all staff and felt very welcomed right away. I have been to many vets in this area over the years living here, and although none have been horrible, this one stands out for sure. Dr. Fausett was knowledgeable and was willing to chat with me about Velma without rushing away, which really stood out to me. I will most definitely be returning with all of my pets in the future.

This is the best vet hospital I have ever used, and over my lifetime I have been to many. They are so busy but they always take great care of the pet and the owners concerns. Friendly, caring and quality care. Thank you especially to Dr. Patrick!
