Dirty Dog Do It Yourself Pet

Been going here for years and have never been let down. My dogs have always smelled great and their fur is extremely soft after a groom. It is hard to book so always book months in advance. The only complaint is they don't always answer the phone on the first try (small things).

My dog and I went to a dog park where she was laying down in the mud! I saw a flyer for this place and took my dog right there. I found out you need an appointment but the staff was so kind and understanding and worked me in! I had 0 expectations and I was just happy to be able to clean my dog off but they have gone above and beyond for service. As a self wash place $15 for amazing products that left my dog smelling professionally groomed.

If you're more of a diy person then this is the best spot to go. They provided shampoo, conditioner, face wash, ear cleaning and teeth cleaning and they also have blow dryers and brushes! All for $15 that is such a good price I have paid $60 for my dog to get groomed and not even leave satisfied. They also gave Katsuki a treat for her first visit!

I also bought her a new collar and leash because they were so pretty and very well priced Katsuki and I will definitely be regulars here everyone was kind and the prices and services are unbeatable (my dog looks sad all the time in pictures but her fur is super soft the next day)

Pleasant staff and clean facilities. They have a great selection of toys and treats, shampoos and accessories. My dog gets a easy nail trim after his bath!

Great place. Has stuff to clean the dogs ears and brush teeth included. Drying is in a separate ara after the wash. Highly recommend this place for diy.

The staff at Dirty Dog DIY Pet Wash & Pawstry Shop was beyond amazing on our first visit. I called to see if we could bring our two schnauzers, giant and mini, in for a diy dog wash about an hour before they closed. Our house caught on fire on Easter Sunday and our boys were trapped in the house but made it out unharmed but covered in smoke and soot.

The ladies here were so super sweet, patient and understanding with their baths and offering assistance throughout the process. We seriously can't thank them enough for their kindness and help and understanding. We will definitely be returning, especially with our big cry baby. Thank you for being amazing.

Absolutely amazing facility for all your pet washing needs and a very cute little supply store and bakery! Brought my dog here for the first time and I was impressed! They supplied everything we needed to give our Sid a grade A bath. The owner and other employee (I forgot her name ) were wonderful and super helpful! They did an amazing job on Sids nails and were very understanding that sometimes he doesn't handle things well. He remained calm and let them even dremel his nails. I absolutely will be back and cannot thank them enough!

We LOVE dirty dog for our dogs grooming and nail trims. Janet and her staff are so patient with our corgi who can be quite difficult at times. We recommend Dirty Dog to all of our friends.

I love coming here for the DIY pet wash. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. My dog hates getting groomed and he runs into the store. Love the environment and all the workers!

Great local do-it-yourself dog wash in Berlin! We were recommended by a friend after we had a very muddy doggy playdate. The two dogs were covered in mud and needed a bath ASAP. It was a Sunday afternoon and they were closing at 1 but able to accommodate us as the last appointment of the day. You can book online or call ahead. Shop is very clean and staff is incredibly helpful!

Would recommend to anyone that needs to wash their dog themselves with the whole package rather than doing it at home or going to the groomers. They provide everything you need from shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, towels, etc.

I took my dog here for the first time today - it was awesome! Very clean, friendly staff, lots of treats/toys for my pup to choose from. I have a 65lb dog who is bathtub shy-- I did the self wash option. It went very smoothly and he smells amazing and is so clean! We will definitely be going back

Love it! The customer services was fabulous and the place was amazing. It was my first visit with my 3 year old, 92 pound Golden Max. The best part was that I didn't feel rushed we took your time using the great products provided correctly. The price is amazing and it comes with great options base on your dog needs. The establishment have great treats and they also have the product you use for your dog bath for sell.

The room are very spacious me and my Neff had enough space to move around to ensure Max was comfortable and we were able to give him a great bath. The fragrance the front desk associate recommended was amazing it smell great and Max didn't mind because when we got home he didn't roll around in the grass trying to get the scent off!

Seriously the cutest place! I dropped by on vacation when my puppy needed a bath and had a fantastic experience. Lots of yummy shampoo smells, private place to wash and dry your dog, plus a little bakery on the way out

So happy with this place! I took my golden doodle here to get a bath and a trim. He is still a puppy and gets pretty anxious when I leave him. The lady who does the grooming came around the counter, knelt down, and pet him/played with him for a minute before taking him. This made me so comfortable with leaving. Before, I took my puppy to Petsmart, and when I arrived to pick him up, I could literally hear him crying through the walls.

He was so sad and nervous the rest of the day and wouldn't leave my side. But this time, after taking him to Dirty Dog, he was happy and normal. It was also a plus to be able to buy him a little doggy donut from the "pawstry shop" as a reward! I also loved that they sell quality toys, treats, and products that are HEALTHY and good for your dog. Their staff answered all of my questions and were really knowledgeable about what is good and healthy too.

I had a great experience and my dog looks as cute as ever. They called me back to make an appointment that was available within the week, and they were prompt in receiving him and understanding what I wanted for him. They even threw in a cute bandana and cookie for his first full service grooming. I will definitely be coming back again!

Great customer service! Very clean place! Today we washed our dog Brutus. It makes it easier to wash your dog because of the higher tubs. It's nice to be able to have different choices with shampoo or bring your own. The price is reasonable. Will be back again soon.

Brought our pup, Loki, for the first time and it was more than I expected. The staff was so friendly and helpful, got us set up with everything we needed from shampoo/conditioner, to face wash and ear cleaner. They clipped his nails for me, and gave tips on how to get him used to the water which was helpful. There is everything you need to get your dog fresh and clean!

He even got a new collar while he was there. In addition to toys and other supplies, they have homemade dog cookies, so brought some home for our other dogs and all loved them!

Based on the other reviews I figured this place was going to be great and it certainly didn't disappoint! The staff is super friendly! They made sure to walk me through everything and check in periodically to make sure I didn't need anything. My dog was very grateful for his cookie he got for being a first timer. We will definitely make this our regular bathing stop! Can't wait for our next time back.

Great place! We came to Dirty Dog for the DIY washing stations. This was the best place I've been to for that. You get a dedicated "bath stall" and a dedicated "drying stall" and you're away from any other dogs that might be there at the same time. The staff was friendly and very helpful & accomodating. You get a choice of shampoos and are provided conditioner, dental wiping pads, ear cleaner & face wash. Our Beagle Carla loves Dirty Dog! We will definitely be coming back!

This review is for their DIY bath and I wish I came here sooner. I have two highly anxious and fearful dogs that do not do well with strangers. That means they're not the type of dogs that go willingly through the door or would sit peacefully for a groomer. This past weekend my husband and I brought our boy in for the first time and the staff was incredibly helpful.

They checked in on us throughout the process, gave us a first time discount and our nervous boy walked away with goodies and a toy. Washing and drying our double coated dog took about an hour and all the supplies needed were provided including grooming loops, towels, aprons, and brushes! We're scheduled next week to bring our girl in and we're sure over time they'll come to love the experience! I can't forget to mention that they're also picky but went crazy for the cookie and cupcake we took home. Thanks so much Dirty Dog!

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. I highly recommend this place. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and hands on! Everything is super clean and very well ran. There are multiple tubs! And they are spotless and they provide you with everything you need and more! Doggy face wash, dog teeth wipes, ear cleaner, many selections of shampoos and conditioners & brushes!

I love so much that a brush was provided in the wash area so I could scrub my dog! There's even a help device button inside the wash too! Towels and dryers are provided! Staff are so helpful and walk you through the steps! They also have really cool treats and biscuits and togs! It was a reasonable price as well! I won't go anywhere else! Lucy loved her visit! She smells like coconuts and the cookies came full my dog just couldn't wait so took a nibble out of it!

Couldn't be more impressed or grateful! So convenient and affordable, best nail trim we have ever received! We made it a family event for our two dogs and child, highly recommend. Won't ever attempt a bath at home again. I don't know how they can keep the area so clean. Owner and staff were courteous, attentive and informative. I rarely write reviews (most likely because life catches up with me and I forget!) but this was one I just had to do. We recently had the opportunity (on two separate occasions) to use the grooming services and the self-serve area at Dirty Dog. The entire staff at Dirty Dog was welcoming, pleasant and professional. Rebecca, our groomer, was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do for our dog.

She gave her an amazing puppy cut - the groom was impeccable and Sandi looked so cute when she was through! Between grooms we wanted to try the self-serve wash area but I had absolutely no idea what to expect or, quite frankly, what to do. What a great surprise to find that EVERYTHING you need is provided for you. You can choose from a variety of products for your pup, the staff is readily available to help you and maybe the best of all is they take care of all the clean-up!

We got our girl a treat from their "pawstry" shop and she loved it! So happy we found this gold mine. If you have a dog you love visit Dirty Dog and let them spoil your pup too!

Came in here to check out the dog treats. I asked if a cupcake was available. The nice older woman asked a guy walking around. He said for this afternoon? I said no now if possible. The person shook his head like I was out of my mind asking such a question. A word of advice to you if you are the owner. I wouldn't take any question from a customer as being outrageous. You should learn some tact. The woman behind the counter was very nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They were really great with my dog. You can tell they truly love animals. For the first time, I tried the bathing facilities. My dog actually loved it. It made his bath so much easier for both of us. The staff kept checking in on us and seeing if we needed help. They gave us a basket with shampoo, conditioner, earwipes, toothwipes and towels.

My dog seemed to enjoy the nice bath. We then headed over to the drying station. Afterwards, we shopped for dog treats. Definitely a great place to give your dog a bath. Super clean. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Best groomers around. I've tried several different groomers for my Mini Schnauzer in the past. Some good, some ok, and some outright horrendous. I am so glad to have found Dirty Dog. Patton comes out looking and smelling great every time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also sell pet items, which is very convenient.

Dirty dog was fantastic today! We have a sometime temperamental dog who can get very anxious around other animals. Dirty dog staff helped us completely avoid other dogs and got our pup out within 10 minutes for a much needed nail trim. They are very kind and accommodating! Thanks to dirty dog!

I happened to see this store when I went to the breakfast joint next door to here. This is a different pet store from what I have seen, you can bath and dry your pet here. They have 3 different packages to choose from; variety of shampoos suiting your pet. There are separate areas for showering and drying. Also, they have baked cookies and cakes too. I like this place and would recommend.

Dirty Dog is great! They have it all. Now, my dog does not allow me to take full advantage of their self service washes, because if I wash him, he cries like a baby and tries to leap from the tub (he weighs 65 pounds). So we do opt for full service grooming when it's time for his baths. But if your dog is agreeable, this is the best! You can pick out the shampoo and conditioner you want, and make a big mess that someone else cleans up for you!

We still frequent the shop for cookies and other treats. Whenever I'm passing by, I stop in for a few of the cutest dog cookies around. They also have a great selection of cute stuff like collars, and seasonal items like Halloween costumes. We also got my pup's first birthday "cake" there. We opted for the small size, but they also have a larger size if you're having a puppy party!
