We have taken our Gracie here a few times now. It has been a awsome experience each time. The staff really goes the extra mile for you. Our Gracie had a rough week from missing us and the staff went above and beyond to help make sure they kept her happy and calm everyday of her stay.

If you're looking for quality care, this is the place for you. They specialize in one on one care with your pets. They are always up front and honest with you on how your dogs and cats are doing. Their prices are extremely fair and the rooms are super spacious.

These people are professional, thorough, and have been taking the pandemic very seriously with rigorous safety protocols. We boarded our two very high maintenance huskies with them for 10 days. Both of them came back happy, relaxed, and smelling nicer than when we dropped them off. I missed my girls a lot, but am happy they were so well cared for while I was away.

Critical: Quality First time using them and will not return. My dog came back shaking and acting weird and also his legs were yellow as if he had been laying in his pee.

I've used Baronwood off and on over the years, both for Kennel and grooming services. The prices are great, but the location is a bit far out. Grooming has been pretty good, I've had them do a dog and a cat, occasionally a little spot missed in the trimming but overall great for the price!

We have used them for both of our dogs when we go out of town. Their pricing is the best by far. The dogs are well cared for and seem to enjoy their stay. During the last visit, we requested that they try to cut our hound's nails. So far, we could not find anyone able to cut them. Other groomers said no and the vet wouldn't do it unless he was put under.

When we came back into town, we were so surprised that they were able to get his nails trimmed down! Now that we finally found someone willing to cut his nails, we will be back soon for another trim! His nails are black, he won't let us cut more than 2 or 3 nails at a time. They grow SO fast that you can't even tell we try to trim them. Thank you so much for helping out our big, stinky, very loud hound!

Had a very last minute trip out of town and they really helped me out. Beautiful setting. The employees I met were so nice and helpful. I will be using them again and I would definitely recommend.

Our morkie has been going to Baronwood for several years now and we've always felt great about leaving him there when we go out of town. Our favorite person to work with is JJ! It's SO obvious that she was born to work with animals.she loves them! She is knowledgeable, kind, attentive and takes very good care of our dog. She returns every single call and answers any questions to make you feel comfortable about leaving your pet with them. I never worry because I know our morkie is in great hands with JJ!

Excellent service and superb grooming expertise. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Treated my dog like family and made her feel very comfortable. Grooming is done with great attention to detail. Great doing business with people who are compassionate and have a true desire to serve animals and their human handlers.
