I love having BNB come to the house and groom our dogs! They do a fabulous job! Our Cav's haircut is always superb. Getting the undercoat under control on our big dogs is always tough-but our groomer takes the time to get as much off as she can. My dogs love going right out the front door and into the van for their spa day! Super convenient! I'm so grateful for BNB!

We had an appointment and had a dog sitter come and sit with our dogs because we had to go out of town and we had to pay that dog sitter. Apparently the groomer was sick, and they "text" me to cancel. I never received a text. I think the right thing to do when your clients doesn't answer a text would be to call your client to make sure they. receive the message so you don't waste their time and resources.
That would be good customer service. I understand people get sick and things happen, but we spent $60 on a dog sitter for no one to show up and to get no warning. you would at least think you would compensate us for what we lost waiting on you and take the $60 off our next grooming, but all we received is an "I'm sorry, she was sick". I run a business and if I cost my clients money because I couldn't pick up the phone and call them to cancel I sure would be compensating them for that.

First time customer and already requesting to go on a regular schedule! Rachel did an excellent job grooming our hound mix as well as our basset hound. Excellent nail trims, wash/fluff, ear cleaning, and hair cuts! My dogs weren't anxious and Rachel was great with them! Highly recommend Bubbles-N-Biscuits!

I will not be using them anymore. I booked an appointment and was told I would have to wait over 30 days to get a certain groomer. That was fine at the time but then I changed my mind and decided to cancel the appointment promptly. The owner grilled me far more than she should have and was very unprofessional. She stated; "You are going to a different groomer aren't you?" I stated I couldn't wait because my pup needed a grooming sooner.
She made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and uneasy to ever schedule any future appointments with their services. Plus I refuse to be treated that way. Instead of parking in front of the townhouse unit of the person who is using their service they park their noisy van elsewhere before 9am on a Saturday. I am happy using a more professional service elsewhere thank you.

The owner is unprofessional and rude. She acts like she is doing her customers a favor instead of providing them with a service. My appointments have been cancelled or changed with no notice. There is one good groomer that has extremely limited availability. Other groomer we had cut our Bichon down to the skin and owner never apologized or offered refund.
