Have raised fish for 47 years. Prior pet store ownership and chain pet store dept manager. Fish are top notch here. Birds and reptiles well cared for. Staff could be a little better on saying hello and greeting I was in for 20 minutes. No contact by staff to ask if I needed anything on a Sunday. I will return.

Just had my 2 senior dogs groomed up there, we were happy with the results. My babies were not as upset as they usually are when they get groomed. Will be a return customer. Good job taking care of my babies

Very friendly staff and well versed in their puppy knowledge! Store was very clean and well organized and customer service was amazing, plus of you've ever been in a pet store, it usually smells like the pets they have but the store was nice smelling with no extreme pet odors! 100% plan to make make the drive to do business there again for all my pet needs!

There's nothing I love more than going here. I love the fact that they allow me to come in and love on the babies without being ugly or trying to prohibit you from doing so they care about the well-being of the animals and their happiness above All Else they have good variety of products that most other pet stores in the area do not offer more higher in products and they have more exotic animals selection then anyone else. All the staff is friendly and willing to help and point you in the right direction

Yvette is the most compassionate, best groomer there is. I have been turned away by others who did not have the patience to groom my very scared baby. She truly loves the babies. I could not be more grateful for her and her excellent service!

Our experience with Bert's has always been excellent! The whole staff is Super nice and helpful. Yvette is an amazing groomer and wonderful with our Bailey on spa day!

Brought our big baby, Colt in for a full groom. He was only 10 months old and had never been to a groomer before. He is a Great Dane and weighed 110lbs. Yvette, the groomer at Bert's did a wonderful job! He looked and smelt so good. She even got his nails trimmed and ears cleaned. I highly recommend them!

Mainly for those looking for cage and aquarium type pets, they do have an assortment of birds, lots of fish (freshwater and saltwater) lizards etc. not really meant for the cat and dog shoppers though. However, This location is Decently stocked on Accessories and supplies for most all pets.

I have never been to a pet store in which the workers and the store manager have been any better and more helpful. We have shopped with Bert's for about 5-6 years now and have never had a single bad experience. We have a salt water fish tank and any time we have questions, need help, or want to make new additions to our tank, they're the place we turn to.

They have been very supportive, helpful, and we love the beautiful salt water fish and coral we buy from them. We recently bought a sea hair, some snails, and a piece of coral and never had to think twice about any questions or concerns we had. It's very easy to get help, and I would recommend this store to anyone! Here's some random photos of their beautiful fish!

What a wonderful place. Had my dogs groomed there. Yvette is super. Very nice and great with the dogs. The staff for the store were always helpful while we waited for our dogs. Thier prices were so good. You have to check them out.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Let me start by saying this is the worst pet center I have ever been to on top of it all their employees are rude with lack of knowledge about what is going on you have lost my buisness as a customer and I will be sure to tell everyone I know.

The only pet store I will shop at. If they don't have it they will order it. I have Been a customer for many years and look forward to the many years to come.

Went in yesterday with my six year old son just to look at pets for his upcoming birthday and the staff were so exceptionally nice! They were patient and extremely knowledgeable. The prices were also very reasonable and their selection (especially with fish) was great. They offered to order anything we want that they don't have. I was especially pleased that they informed us of an upcoming sale instead of pressuring us to buy now. I will definitely be back and recommend this locally owned store to all!
