I almost don't want to leave a hood review because I don't want it to get too popular here but they definitely earn their status! You'll probably want to create an account and book in advance for your pup as everytime I've been there they've been really busy or full. The workers are great with the dogs and keep a vigilant eye out. Looking forward to more daycares and boardings.

Our Ellie loves her friends at the Dog Lodge! She always has such a great time and comes home so tired after playing all day. We love sending her here for daycare or boarding. You can tell the staff really care about the dogs, and the dogs are all so happy to be there. We appreciate getting pictures and videos of our dog s when she's there. We love you, Dog Lodge!

We were recommended to stop by for a nail trim by a friend, and I am so glad we were! My doggo, BamBam, absolutely LOVED the staff, and they were so quick and efficient. The young lady at the desk (I didn't catch her name, sorry!) was amazing, and answered all my questions and loved on Bam despite her hyperness, which was wonderful! We will definitely be back :)

Last week I spoke with an employee who confirmed availability and told me I was booked for the dates I requested. She then told me to go online where I could upload my dog's vaccination records, which I did immediately. Today, when I called to check in bringing my dog in for a getting-to-know-you visit & make sure all of the records had been received, I was told there was no booking and no availability.

This miscommunication has cost them my business. I was never told that the booking was not set & that I had to do it online - in fact, I provided info about my dog that wouldn't have been necessary if I had known I needed to go online for all of it. They may be a great place to care for your dog but their method of bringing in a new client leaves a lot of room for mistakes!

Took my two fur babies to stay here a few weeks ago & they loved it. The staff are so friendly, it's not hard to see why they're always so booked!

A tired pup is a well-behaved pup! There is no more tired pup than after a long day at the Dog Lodge. Plenty of other dogs to play with, all shapes and sizes. Great facility with plenty of room for your furry friend to play or unwind. The staff is extremely polite and great with the dogs. We've left our Ellie for both daycare and lodging visits, and she's loved every time.

Her first visit she was a pup and still learning how to play other dogs so they kindly let us know she had a small mark on her ear. It is a smaller facility so if you know you have a specific date you need just book ASAP. Book ASAP anyways because this is by far the best doggie daycare around!

The dog lodge is one of the best jobs i've ever had. I can assure you that your dog will have the time of their life, while also being well cared for. Christine, the owner has doggie daycare nailed down! The staff is hardworking and very loving. They truly get to know your dog and what they need. If you're looking to support a good business, & get dog care that is unmatched to any other place, bring your dog to the dog lodge!

We have had 2 dogs who have attended Dog Lodge, when we go away on vacation. We have great trust in the staff and our Hadassah and now Hava, have always come home well and happy.

Our dogs absolutely love going here. The staff is always friendly and we know they will take good care of our boys.

My dog loves going to The Dog Lodge! I have tried out several boarding places in the area, and The Dog Lodge is my favorite. My dog absolutely loves going, they give him individual attention when he is there, and they send him home with a report card. They even give him a free bath when he is there for more than a couple of nights! I just wish they were closer to my house so I could send him there for daycare more often!

We just had our first stay at The Dog Lodge and our pup loved it! The care he received was top notch. The rates and policies are all fair and transparent and they're happy to show you the operation so you can be comfortable leaving your furry family with them. We got video updates, could call to check in as needed and due to the length of stay we got a report card and a freshly bathed dog, which we really appreciated since they always get a bit funky and bathing the dog first thing upon arriving home after a trip is never fun.

We really appreciate the flexible pickup and drop-off times, our old facility had very narrow open lobby hours which made travel planning tricky. Being away from home and his family is always a little hard on our dog, but he came back exhausted (as expected) and happy. We'll definitely continue boarding here in the future!

I have been sending my dog to the dog lodge for over 3 years now. One of my colleagues recommended this place and I am always thankful for her. They always took great care and all dogs are super friendly here. Recently I had to go out of country for a family vacation and due to Covid travel restrictions I could not come back for 6 months. They had my dog here for all 6 months, even took him out for walks every once in a while with my approval.

They even refused to take full payment from me for the whole stay considering the circumstances and my situation. If you are looking for boarding/daycare just take your dog here and trust me you will not regret it later.

I've been taking Bodhi to the dog lodge for awhile now. When I take him in the front door, he doesn't even look back! Runs to the back with the great staff to go play with his friends. I know he's well taken care of and safe! Highly recommend

Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent conditions for our Great Dane for her two day/night stay; roomy, clean, fun times with the other dogs, and well supervised. Great experience overall.

Been a lifelong patron for 12-13 years now.still have not a bad thing to say. Christine the owner, and her haram of pup loving beauties is a well oiled machine!

We are "those people" who are obsessed with their dogs/ call their dogs their children. I was so nervous as we did not have friends to watch our cute pups for a few days. I found this place while searching for a boarding place and they are AMAZING! I left with zero anxiety. I knew my babies would be in good hands! They had so much fun and they love playing with other pups. We will be back!

The Dog Lodge is great, very friendly staff, clean facility, and helped me out tremendously by finding the room to watch my dog for several days, on very short notice, when another dog sitter fell through. I like that they provided a report card upon pickup that detailed my dog's behavior while I was away, along with how much he played with the other dogs. Overall, my dog was very happy and tired after several days of play time. They also gave my dog a bath prior to pickup which is a major plus when compared to the other boarding places I have used in the past.

I found this little gem by word-of-mouth! I'm not even sure if they're taking new dogs at this time. they are so good that they can't take too many dogs because they treat their customers very well! My dog is always well cared for and loves her time at the dog Lodge! They know every dog by name. The dogs get tons of playtime inside and out.

The facility is clean and the people are nice. They even print out a report card of how your dog did during their stay. I do believe this place is for larger well mannered dogs only.;-

I live in the Bay Area and when I bring my 90lb bernadoodle to SLC I only go to The Dog Lodge. They welcome her like she's family and the staff is fantastic. My boys and I watched all of the dogs through their window and they all looked happy, relaxed, content and at home.

I came in with my dog and her papers last December and they said they didn't have room for any new dogs, nothing on their website said that so that was the first waste of my time. They said call back close to spring that's when they start taking new dogs. I called in January and February and they said try back in March. I called in March and asked if they had room for a dog at day care and the woman on the phone said oh yeah definitely.

When I clarified it would be a new dog she said oh no, try calling in the FALL. That's ridiculous, I've been calling every month after being told room would open up in the spring and now somehow they are booked through the spring and summer? Even though you said you had room for a dog at daycare that day? Waste of my time, really wish I could take her here because it's such a convenient location and seems like a nice facility but apparently you have to be in some inner circle to get a spot.

This place is fabulous! I've been sending my dog here since about 2012 and she loves it! The employees take great care of her (even have nicknames for her) and are truly happy to see her when she arrives in the morning (which always has me leaving with a smile). Their hours are some of the best I've seen and the location right off the freeway is super convenient.

I think their day care prices are fair, they are upfront about posting important notices, and although I'm sure I have had a few of negative experiences over the years I cannot recall a single one. I absolutely recommend The Dog Lodge.

I am so happy that I found the dog lodge! Radar and Stella get so excited to come play here, and they are always nice and worn out when I pick them up. The staff is the best also! They make it so convenient when I bring the dogs in! I will never take my dogs any where else!

I have a very happy and hyper Silver Lab and The Dog Lodge is our go to for daycare. Lucian comes home soooo happy and tired! They take amazing care of our pooch and unlike other places I've been I know all the dogs are highly monitored as Lucian has never come home with any scraps or cuts. He's a very active and playful dog and I love the Dog Lodge! Price is a bit in the high range but the packages help bring it down. Thanks for all you guys do!

While traveling, I needed a safe place to watch over my beagle pup. The Dog Lodge was convenient, safe, and friendly. I noticed there were quite a few large dogs but they were all friendly ans supervised. It was a great experience :

My dog loves it here! They let the dogs just hang out instead of like other boarding place which kennel the dog a lot. He always lost his voice at other boarding places but never here. He definitely leaves happy. The staff is friendly and quick with drop offs and pick ups. I highly recommend this place. Make sure to book early for the holidays because they are busy.

I've been bringing my 15 year-old golden retriever to The Dog Lodge for over ten years. I bring him to daycare every weekday and also board him several times per year. Teddy ***loves*** going to The Dog Lodge, and I never worry for a moment when he's in their care. It's evident that the staff are crazy about dogs. They've always treated Teddy like one of their own. Even after all this time, my dog starts barking with excitement when we're a few blocks away. The Dog Lodge has my highest recommendation possible.

I, and my two dogs, LOVE the Dog Lodge. The staff is friendly, knows the names of my dogs, and pay attention to each and every dog personality that comes through their door. My dogs leave tired after a day or doggie daycare, and I am guilt free because I didn't leave them alone all day. One day my dog had sustained an injury prior to coming to doggie daycare, they saw he had blood in his urine and called me immediately--proof the awesome staff care, pay attention, and are on top if it.

The facility is kept clean, which I can't imagine how they do it with so many dogs! I also appreciate how they are selective with the dogs they let in--if there is a dog that is aggressive, they won't let it ruin the time for everyone else. The Dog Lodge is on top of making sure the dogs they take are current on vaccinations as well. I can't recommend them enough!

My sweet girl loves coming here. When we get close she gets so excited. The staff always knows her name when she comes in even if it's been awhile. Thank you for taking care of Shelby!

Very friendly staff who actually cares about knowing your dog. They remembered ours after the first visit. Really cool area for the dogs too!

Reasonable hourly rates. Not mandated to minimum half day for first 5 hours. No hassle dog drop off even without an appointment. Quiet location strategically located to jump on/off freeway. Staff obviously loves the dogs and I get a friendly greeting also. But the kicker, Milo's tail never stops wagging.

Thee best dog boarding and doggy daycare facility around! Look no further. My husband and I don't have children, so our dogs are our babies. Since my husband is a firefighter, he's away from the house for 48 hours at a time. On his first day back to work, he drops our pups off early in the morning around 7am. Then I pick them up on my way home from work sometimes as late as 7:30.

They have excellent hours (and have even been accommodating with me if I'm running a couple minutes late). I love their hours on the weekends, too. Plus, they're conveniently located right off the 7200 South exit of I-15. Dog Lodge also participates in numerous local community events. I've seen their booth at Walk, Wag & Swim and several other dog-friendly events.

Their care for the canine community is very apparent. What I find most important is that they know my dogs by name - and it's pretty clear that they love my dogs almost as much as I do. It's also fun to follow them on Instagram and Facebook for fun action shots of my dogs. I simply can't say enough good things about this place - except maybe one more thing: "thank you."

We were in town from California for a high school graduation, and the Dog Lodge ended up being a Godsend for our 7 month old puppy. We stayed at the La Quinta about a quarter mile away, and being able to drop our dog off here while we attended family obligations was a wonderful option for us, as opposed to leaving our dog in his crate, alone in the hotel room for hours. It's air-conditioned, as well, so our high energy pup got to run around and play with other dogs during the heat of the day in June. I'm extremely grateful for the wonderful ladies at the Dog Lodge, as Koopa's time in Utah would have been pretty miserable without them!

After extensive searching in the salt lake area to find a suitable place to entrust the care of my dogs when I have to travel, I'm so happy to find the dog lodge! The group of dogs that were there when I went to check the facility out were happy, content, free to play or just hang out. I'm feeling quite confident that this is the highest quality care I'm going to find in this area for my dogs! Didn't end up using this facility as my small do was too small for their comfort.

I was comfortable with it since my little guy is used to mixing with large dogs. I respect the fact that they error on the safe side though. Would absolutely give them a chance!
