Archer Road Pet Resort

Have used them for grooming and boarding and have been very happy. Will definitely continue to use them and recommend to friends! Grooming prices very comparable to others in the area.

Last two times my pet stayed there he pees his bedding which he never did before and when he got home he drank like he didn't get a drink of water for two days. We also asked them not to spray his bedding with fragrance and they did it anyway. Our dog breaks out from it and I am allergic to fragrance. So I will not use them again.

These guys exceeded my expectations. This was the first time that I had been away from Bleu overnight, so my anxiety level was at 100. The daily report card along with pictures of Bleu from Lauren and Samantha helped put my mind at ease because at that point, I knew he was in good news. From check in to check out, the staff were absolutely amazing. If I could give 20 stars, I would ((hahaha)). I highly recommend Archer Road Pet Resort :)!

Archer Pet Resort consistently takes excellent care for our dog when we go out of town. The difference with this group of people is they actually LOVE animals and their care for them is sincere. We wouldn't trust anyone else. They rock!

This place is great. They have great pricing on all of their services and the girls that work there love my dog. Which is the most important part. She didn't even want to come home with me after my trip bc she wanted to play with them more lol. Im totally comfortable leaving her there if I need to go out of town and thats a huge thing for me. I would 100% recommend them.

If I could give Archer a zero, I would. Made an appt for grooming our Havanese while on vacation. The person on the phone guaranteed our dog would not have to wait but would be taken right away. When we dropped her off, the person that took her said she would be done in 3 hrs and she would take her to shampoo. We returned in 2 hrs and had planned on waiting.

My husband went in to tell the staff we were there and they said they had just started to shampoo her. While waiting in the car, I could heard her barking. My husband came back to the car, also heard her barking and walked around the building and found her by herself in an outside kennel barking her head off. He went back in and told them he wanted her.

They brought her in with a slip leash and she choking. They said they couldn't get her leash on her. Really? Really disappointed with the treatment of our dog when I specifically asked questions and obviously was not told the truth. Be very careful of considering using Archer for grooming!

I bought one of the pet odor candles here and it smells absolutely delicious! Brittney was kind and welcoming during my transaction. The building itself is nicely decorated inside.

It was a terrible experience. They told us she would be done in 3 hours. Went back after 2 hours she hadn't been touched was in a kennel outside in the sun. Then was told it would be another 3 hours. I highly recommend do not take your pet there. They went back and got our pet and we left never will go back there again.

The staff was very friendly. This was our first time boarding our rescue dog so I was very nervous because of what she went through in the past. She must have had a blast because she was knocked out as soon as we got home! Very clean facility. Will def be using them again in the near future for boarding and for grooming! 5 stars!
