This is an awesome vet clinic! They are so compassionate and love their fur babies! My Ellie feels very comfortable with all the Vets and Techs!

They take such good care of our German Shepard, Marley! She never tugs not to get out and go be with her friends. They are gentle with her and give her lots of love when we have to board her.

I was traveling from Dallas to Waco. While driving down the highway I saw a little injured kitten on the side of the road. I was able to get out and get him. I had no idea what to do and googled vets in Waco and Ramsgate came up. I spoke with Beth and I explained my situation and she told me to come in and they would work me in. Thank goodness because I couldn't drive a kitten around in my cup holder all day.

The office staff was amazing and the Dr. as well. They examined the little one, got me the medication he needed and got me information for a no kill rescue to take him to. What could have been a horrible trip ended up great. Thank you Ramsgate! PS I am from Dallas not San Francisco

We have been a loyal customer of Dr. Kelly's for 15+ years. We needed to have heart worm test for our pups before we were leaving town for a month long trip. Were told they couldn't see us for over 2 weeks. We have recommended countless customers to them and been big fans. I thought certainly they could make time for us with a weeks notice. NOT. To bad. Loyalty does not pay with them. We found a new wonderful vet in Dr. Ainsworth. You have lost a loyal customer that will recommend a new vet.

This is a great office with great vets. They have been helping me with my dogs allergy shots. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Dr Kelly is very helpful and explains things well.

Dr. Kelly and her staff are awesome. We have used them for several years for our two dogs. The location is out of the way, but definitely worth the drive.

I recently took my two dogs here for the first time for check-up and shots. Overall I was happy with the service I received and especially the prices, they are very fair which I love. My only complaint is I didn't really get offered help when coming in with my two dogs. It is very difficult to take them both by myself because they are nervous, excited, and hyper but unfortunately I did not have a choice.

One of them is 65 pounds and the other is 30 pounds. Eventually another customer saw how much I was struggling while trying to hold their leashes and fill out paperwork that he offered me help. Other than that, my experience was good overall and I will continue to go here.
