I can't say enough good things about Pets A GoGo! My sweet Haven has completed training, doggy daycare and overnight "slumber parties!" My husband and I just got back from our Honeymoon and we felt confident leaving our girl in such good hands. The owner Nicole even called us the day we were bringing her and gave us really good advice! Her reassurance and guidance put our minds at ease.
When we were missing Haven and just had to see a photo, I emailed the paw squad and photos were sent via text within minutes! Also, we absolutely love Emily. She is so friendly, patient and always answers all of our questions at pick up and drop off. Haven adores her which means everything to us! Thanks again to Nicole and the staff!

We loved taking our dog Binky to Pets a Go Go when we lived in Ossining! They have both inside and outside space to let the dog run, they're open from early in the morning till late at night, and most importantly - our dog loved his time there and always came home tired after having played all day :

While I haven't been here in some time solely because I thought the rates were high but also because I no longer require the service (due to other circumstances), I recently received a strange Group email from the owner chastising and berating the customer base for critiquing their services on review websites such as this. I don't know but I find that very suspect and will frankly re-read all available reviews when and if I elect to return. Strange indeed.

We cannot say enough good things about Pets a Go Go! We're first-time dog owners and have always felt assured that our pup is in great hands. Nicole has thought of literally everything with the services she offers and is quick to respond to whatever questions we have. Plus, the staff is beyond kind. We just love it here and can't thank them enough!

My dog loved it! She was groomed today and was so happy and comfortable . She looks terrific and she is so happy and calm. We would love her to try daycare for some quality playtime. The environment is very clean, positive, friendly and organized. The dogs there are very content! Thank you for giving Lucy a great spa day!

Terrible customer service for an overpriced, mediocre dog grooming company. We had services in April that were not charged on our credit card until June. When the charge came up, we thought it was a mistake because we hadn't had services there in months. So we filed a dispute with our credit card company. The owner called my husband to see why we filed the dispute.
My husband wasn't aware of it so the owner said to him "Don't you communicate with your wife?" Then the owner called back and left a message threatening to send us an extra bill if they received a penalty. You can be sure we will never use this place again!

Pets a Go Go is our dog Winston's second family and a fantastic resource! Nicole, Carol and the rest of the staff love Winston just as much as we do, and he is always so thrilled to go there. As soon as we pull up to the facility, he can barely contain his excitement and practically drags me to get into the building. We have peace of mind leaving Winston for overnights because we know he is getting excellent care. And the grooming services are top-notch, too. We would be lost without Pets a Go Go. I highly recommend it!

I would not have survived puppyhood without Pets a Go Go. My very active lab needed to be out during the day and not in a crate while I was at work. 2-3 days a week made everyone happy! Now three years later we still use them regularly when we have long days away from the house or visitors who are fearful of dogs and vacations. When we were moving and in between houses, Nicole and her team helped us with very short notice. They love the dogs like their own- and are very observant- even getting them to The vet if need be. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!

We just adopted a pitbull mix a few months ago. He was enrolled in a daycare suggested by the adoption agency right away and did so wonderfully! We never had a complaint about him the entire time he was there. He was a favorite among the staff despite his puppy energy! However, the daycare was too far from us so we tried Pets A Go Go for a day. My first experience upon speaking with them and seeing their facility was wonderful and I was excited to have a place down the road for him to go. However, when I went to drop him off I was greeted by another client in the waiting area who proceeded to ask me what breed my dog was and upon telling her a pit mix she made a horrible face and said "oh boy".
I tried to not let it get to me because it wasn't a reflection of the staff or facility itself. When I called to check on him they told me he was in time out a few times because he wasn't "listening" (he's a dog!). They asked if he was being trained and I said yes in our home and they said we suggest he gets trained there as well as if what I was doing wasn't sufficient.
They then proceeded to ask me if he was ever in daycare before (which I told them he was) and told me he's nippy with the handlers. Again, never had a complaint with the other daycare about him. He does mouth a lot at your hands if you try and pet him when he's exited (he's a puppy!). I found whoever I was speaking to to be very condescending and seemed to have an aversion to the dog with him only being there an hour.
The gist of the conversation gave me the feeling that he was not welcome. I was disappointed to say the least. I don't want to go as far as to say it's because it's a pitbull but that's sure how it seemed. We will not be sending him here.

Nicole and her team are amazing. Jake has been going there since he was a puppy and now he is 8 years old. He is greeted as if he was Norm from Cheers. Everyone knows his name and takes incredible care of him. I know when he is there that he is well cared for and always has a special spot on the couch at Pets A Go Go. I highly recommend Pets A Go Go.

Hi everyone. My parents and I came back from vacation to a disturbing site. We had hired Pets a Gogo to take care of our two cats for 4 days. We came home to one of our cats being closed in a bathroom without food, water, or litter. He ran out terrified and there was dry poop all over the bathroom. The wet food in the other room was extremely dry which means the cats had not been fed in over a day.
The poop was also extremely dry which means our cat was locked in the bathroom for over a day. We then called the owner, Nicole, to tell her what happened. She said, "I'm sorry you feel he was stuck in the bathroom but our employee came today." It was a fact that he was locked in the bathroom. In addition, we know the employee did not come to the house today because again the poop in the bathroom was dry and they did not return our garage clicker as agreed.
Not only did the employee not come and our cat was locked in a bathroom, but there was a note that a different employee who we did not meet had come instead. We suggest you do NOT hire this service.

We use Pets a Go Go exclusively for our two Weimeraners for all their needs -- boarding, daycare, and training. They are the best; easy to work with, easy to schedule, etc. Carole at Pets a Go Go trained our 8-month-old puppy via their intensive Sit and Stay program and made MASSIVE improvements in her behavior and obedience. Recently I had that newly trained puppy off leash at a dog park when several dogs there started to chase a fox.
Our puppy joined in the chase and, realizing it was a dangerous situation, I was able to call her name, use the simple "come" command Carole had trained her on, and our pup stopped in her tracks and returned to me while the pack of dogs continued to chase the fox (leading some of them out of the dog run and into danger on the street). In that moment I knew the training program at Pets a Go Go was worth every dime and couldn't wait to thank Carole for doing such a great job with our puppy. I highly recommend Pets a Go Go and Carole's training program to any dog owner in the area.

Lucky Stamford and surrounding towns! You are about to be introduced to what Westchester already knows.the best doggy day care that you can imagine. Nicole and her staff are beyond amazing! I have been a Pets a Go Go member since it first opened in Briarcliff Manor! We are very excited about the new opening since we live in South Salem. Congrats Nicole. See you at your new digs! We have used Pets a Go Go for over ten years - that's three cats and four dogs. Nicole and her team have been there for us in good times and bad, through heatwaves and blizzards, for home care, doggie daycare and sleepovers, and hound hikes. Every member of her team during that period of time has absolutely loved animals, and Nicole has been generous with her advice for care and tips.
They get to know your furbabies as individuals. And they know how much your furbabies mean to you. Thank you, Nicole and your team. Here's to your continuing success! From Adrienne, Doug, Katya and Penny

Week in, week out, I rely on Nicole and all the staff at Pets a Go Go. They handle our slow-to-warm up pup for everything from hikes to ride-a-longs, to long days at the day care facility, to regularly scheduled groomings. We also use them for leash walks and they often taxi our pup back and forth to home. They are always there -- 24/7/365. It is not an exaggeration to say we would not be able to have a dog if we didn't have PaGG providing so much steady, reliable care for our pup.

In regards to your previous response, I would appreciate if you did not mention my dogs name in your public post. I did appreciate that you reached out to me, but I do not appreciate that it took for me to post something on yelp for your business to take action. If I never posted a review you, would I have offered help? As soon as my puppy was limping and peeing her self (from what you claim was excitement) staff should have quickly tried to help me or provide me a doggy wipe to clean her paws from urine (to prevent irritation).
In addition, my puppy had a cut on her head, you said probably from a nail? Not sure how that could happen if they are being monitored. If a staff member saw my puppy limping, why didn't they let me know ahead of time or maybe comfort the situation with more information, instead of saying "well maybe she stepped on a rock". I'm sure if you received your puppy in the same state as I received my baby, you would've have been just as upset. I will not be taking your offer, if the situation was dealt with while I was there this would have been a totally different circumstance.

Both my submissive and relaxed senior lab and my energetic alpha 4yo German Shepherd Dog love Pets a Go Go! The staff knows both of my dogs so well and makes sure they happy during daycare and overnights. My dogs can't wait to get inside when we arrive, and are exhausted when they leave (which is a real feat since it is almost impossible to tire out my GSD!) Carol (trainer) is wonderful and all the groomers are terrific with furminating which greatly reduces shedding. We appreciate Nicole's (owner) fair rules which keep our dogs healthy, safe and excited to return.

I've been using Pets a GoGo for a while now and have always loved them. In the last week the team really went above and beyond. I had reached out saying I would need help with coverage when my would go into labor. The owner, Nicole, not only was fully on board, but also offered suggestions to help the process of introducing my pup to my newborn.
Once the baby was born, the PAGG team was provided a blanket, which they had my dog sniff every day before coming home. Plus I extended the amount of time needed at the last minute and they were fine with it. Just want to say a big thank you to everyone for all the help.

I tried calling on Thursday, August 3, 2017 to schedule a meet and greet so that we can begin pet sitting services. I did not get a return phone call so I called again on Friday, August 4, 2017 to schedule a meet and greet. Again I left a voicemail message. I finally got a return phone call. I was hoping to schedule it pretty quickly since I wanted pet sitting services on Sunday. Nicole was rude on the phone and abrasive but I continued to be patient.
I understood that they were booked for the weekend so I scheduled a visit for Monday afternoon. After the phone call I discovered that they were already coming out to our property on Sunday and Monday for pet sitting services for our landlord who lives on the same property (we share a driveway). We had hoped since they were going to be there anyway that we could schedule something.
My husband called back and explained that Pets a Go Go was already scheduled to be there and it would save time for everyone if they could do the meet and greet at the same time. Pets a Go Go then emailed and cancelled the visit and declined ever working with us. They offered no explanation other than the conversation was "uncomfortable" and when pressed for details trying to figure out what happened and how to resolve the situation they responded with "the details don't matter." Names and addresses removed for privacy. Cancelling Monday's Meet & Greet Inbox x Pets a Go Go LLC 1:06 PM (29 minutes ago) to me Hi Jennifer, I wanted to follow-up as quickly as I could from our conversation at 12:30pm today. Thank you for the opportunity to help you and your furbabies. There are so many great pet sitters in the area, I'm sure you'll find someone perfect for your needs. On behalf of my dog, I give Pets a Go Go Five stars. I have boarded my dog there during vacations. My dog is always happy to stay there. When we get out of the car, he wags his tail and is happy to go inside. That tells me all I need to know. I appreciate Nicole's diligence in assuring our dog's vaccinations are up-to-date. Towards the end of my dog's life, and he was losing his mobility and his mental faculties, Pets a Go Go's Staff treated my dog with dignity and made him comfortable. I greatly appreciate that.

Pets a Go Go has totally saved me on occasions when I was not going to have a dog walker and needed someone to fill in for me. They have given a squirmy huge lab his eye drops and have left him happy and obviously well played with. They have been reliable and always courteous and professional. Many of my friends have used them and no one has been disappointed.
I need to remember to YELP more often because it is so important to support great small businesses. I also remember reading about this owner and how she gives back to her community. I have absolutely no ties to this business. I am a small business owner myself and really applaud her entrepreneurial spirit.

Nicole and the team at Pets a Go Go have been great to work with. We've been working with them for over a year and our cat Alex never complains! : They are trustworthy, reliable, and very approachable - we've had one small 'emergency' while away and Nicole called me straight away to sort out the issue. Would definitely recommend.

I've been taking my dog to Pets A Go Go for several months now, and I am so happy to have them in my life! They are so caring for the animals (fur-babies) and my dog leaps for joy when we arrive. She can't wait to get back there and play! I love that there is indoor and outdoor space, and that if I can't do a day of daycare, there is a walker who will come to my house to take my dog out for some exercise.
The crate-free environment is wonderful, and lets the pack sleep however is most comfortable to them. The grounds are clean and their Instagram account lets you check in on what's going on too! The customer service is amazing as well -- they always return emails promptly, and always know what's on the schedule. They really want you to be pleased and at ease when your dog is in their care.
And if you need to change something, they can usually accommodate you. I've been so impressed by Pets A Go Go. It's a huge relief to have them to watch my pup when I can't. Thank you Pets A Go Go!
