Written proof that all inoculations are current and have been administered at least (7) days prior to check-in. This includes Boosters (Distemper/Parvo), Bordetella, & Rabies for dogs and Boosters & Rabies for cats. Pets with fleas and ticks are required to be treated at the owner's expense before vacationing at PUPpourri.

We are so thrilled with Puppourri and their staff! We were just looking for a nail trim for our German Shepard puppy, Echo. We were instantly greeted when we walked through the door, as was Echo. They took time to give us some information on grooming as we didn't have a clue. They were able to take us right away. We ended us getting her a bath and nails trimmed, and she look beautiful.
Her nails are perfect and she smells awesome! Her coat is so soft. We will definitly be back to papmer out pup! The only regret is we were so excited we didn't get our groomers name!

My Harley is about 4 yrs old and doesn't have a great past from what I was told at adoption. Harley has been boarded at other places but trying to find one closer. I took a tour loved the private rooms. I asked alot of questions especially since I am with my dog all day due to stage 4 cancer. I asked so you close at 5 pm and open at 8am? I said that concerning to me because that's too long not to go potty.
I was assured he would be taken out later 5 was when they no longer answer phones plus owner had man cave in basement. I was also told alot workers live close by. I decided I would do trial night. I left instructions on meals and meds. Then next morning I went at 830 am to get Harley and was told my total I said it should be more due to giving him meds she said it's not in system so not sure if given.
I then asked had he been taken out this morning and she said no. I said when was he last taken out and she said between 5pm and 6pm day before I then said so 14hrs since he had been out. I paid her and wanted my dog well he was panting like crazy on a 20 degree morning. When I got him out he immediately took a long pee very dark pee. When I got him home he ran straight to the door I opened it and straight to his water he drank the entire bowl so I guess he went without or wouldn't drink because he already had to pee. 15hrs is too long for anybody or my dog to not go out he is house broken so he would not pee in his room.
I think this is cruel and would like them to go 15hrs with no bathroom break. SO YOU HAVE BEEN WORN DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET THERE. I never said my dog was aggressive I said he didn't do well with other dogs. I also have boarded him at other places and he didn't go 15 hrs per your employee own words with out a potty break. He also didn't come home and drink a bowl of water and also your I provided the chicken broth and all his snacks.

After weeks of searching for a groomers that was not only affordable but trustworthy & that was also taking new clients, I found Puppourri Pet Resort & Grooming! First time going here & it was such a great experience! Everyone was so friendly! I appreciate how fast they were able to get my pup in, as i really wanted her done prior to the holidays!
I believe it was Sarah who groomed my girl, she did such an amazing job! I was absolutely blown away! Her cut was everything i wanted/pictured for her! Thank you so so much to all the wonderful staff who work here! I recommend this place to everyone!

Only great experiences here. We have boarded our 2 dogs and 2 cats here a few times and I also get my dog Banjo groomed (Sarah is awesome!) and have used them for bath and nails as well for our other dog. They clearly have the animals' best interest at heart and I never worry about our babies when they are there. I feel super lucky to live so close to a facility like this one!

I'm absolutely in love! The groomers did an amazing job with my orange short haired cat. There aren't any groomers in the area that take cats besides this one. I will be back! I'm so happy with how my cat turned out. While I was there I saw everyone working super hard and taking care with all the animals there. Thank you.
