Love this place! And so does my dog. When he realizes we are turning into the parking lot he goes nuts. Your dog has to go through a week long orientation to make sure they fit in a group atmosphere and all vaccinations are required so I know Gus is safe in the facility. no aggressive dogs or unhealthy ones. And it is highly convenient that I use the wonderful vet service that is attached.

He can get a vaccination update and I can pick up his heart worm preventive when I pick him up in the afternoon. Gus goes to daycare 3-5 times a month. I'd use them a lot more if they opened 1/2 hr earlier.

The best place for day care and boarding. Great staff. Our dog is not a friendly dog, and she was taken care of based on her needs. Highly recommend.

Our little Henry was outside playing when I came to pick him up. He was so joyful & happy playing outside with his new friends! He was happy & very verbal when we got in my car like he was telling me all about camp! Then he told his Dad when we got home. An hour later he got in bed and slept for 10 hours w/ a happy smile on his face! We love the presidential suites as it's much more comfortable for him. We will always use their vet & boarding service! We don't worry about him when he's in their care!

My pup loves this place! And we've always had the best experiences.

Critical: Value I just got quoted $50 for a day of daycare. Will never be going back.

Our dog Gracie loves it and honestly that's all that matters! But we love it too. Best grounds, and pool, and people that care, can't ask for more.

Very nice facility and friendly staff but very disappointed with their temperament testing policy. We boarded our 5 month old lab puppy for 6 nights/7 days for the boarding plus 1 group playtime rate thinking she would be a fairly quick/easy temperament candidate considering her breed, age and friendly playful demeanor. Instead we were charged the boarding rate and group playtime plus another personal playtime daily charge for the entire visit.

So essentially the normal boarding rate plus $20/day for someone to let her out by herself. When asked why she was not moved to group play, was told they didn't have a chance to temperament test her but I was more than welcome to bring back and pay for several more daily visits to see if they could get it in. I would certainly think a week would be more than ample time to get this done. The group play time option was the primary reason we picked West Chester over other local kennels which proved to be a huge disappointment.

They provided the booster shots needed to board our dog. He came home as healthy as we left him with a cute report card summing up his visit. He seemed to enjoy his stay and boarding wasn't as expensive as I expected. We will be returning should we need to board again. They made drop off, pick up, and payment as easy as possible.

Paid good money for my dog to be kept safe and they couldn't keep this place any cleaner then a city pound. Kennel Cough. Nothing like having to hear your dog live with a persistent dry hacking throughout the night that keeps them awake. One

West Chester Pet Resort is a home away from home for your fur baby. The staff there are well trained and as importantly, love your pets as if they were their own. They are conscientious with regard to health issues an will contact you immediately if your baby has an issue. They are very careful about foods and any medications that need to be administered.

My "Princess" was always thrilled when we arrived for her "spa" stay! Another advantage is that the Vets are on site should there be a need. I heartily recommend this facility.

They took great care of my Bodie. He had a great report even received a Report card. They offer military discount and he got a bath and his nails clipped. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We have boarded our dogs at West Chester Pet Resort ever since they opened. We have 4 dogs, and they all love staying at West Chester Pet Resort. When your dogs get excited to go to a boarding place, it must be good. The attendants all know the dogs by name, and the dogs are always glad to see them. The facility is clean, and all dogs must be healthy to be left there.

To me this is a plus. I know my dogs are safe and well cared for when we are gone. Still love it. Been going here and to Chester Animal Clinic since we moved to Virginia in 2004.

We're so happy to have such a wonderful facility in this area. We've boarded our dog there many times and he really enjoys it. The staff has always been a pleasure to work with. Their love of animals is clear as soon as you walk in the building. There are greetings all around and special attention for your pet. You'll never feel like a stranger. The entire resort is clean and fresh inside and out and that is most appreciated.

Plenty of space in your pet's room and patio (I like how they use hotel-speak for their guests). Then there's the huge acreage for exercise and the spotlessly clean, bone shaped pool! My favorite thing abut West Chester Pet Resort is the fact that they post pictures of your pet on Facebook (no id linked to it) so that you can look in on them while you're away. Great staff, clean rooms, big pool, photos, and even a journal to take home with you! We highly and confidently recommend West Chester Pet Resort!
