I love Soldan's. I even worked there years ago. But at my last visit I brought my two dogs with me and needed a 40lb bag of dog food. I asked an employee if she could grab it for me because my hands were full with my dogs. I paid and she just looked at me to move so the next customer could come up. So I had to ask her if she could at least set the bag to the side so I could put my dogs in the car and I would have to come back for the dog food.
Now when I worked there and any other time I've bought anything heavy there they would automatically carry it out to your vehicle for you. Whatever happened to customer service? They weren't busy and there were too other employees available that could have helped me.

Very nice staff, Very clean store too. The only thing that needs inproved is their stock. They used to carry much more and had unique items not found elsewhere, but today when i visited after not going there in a few years, it seemed they were just an average petstore. Maybe it's because of the pandemic? I hope to see this get back to how it was.

It is a nice large store but they were giving out last year's old flyers of Venture dog food. I guess Soldan was trying to get rid of the about-to-expire Venture dog food (that uses the old formula). The old formula contains peas. I read the flyer and thought Venture started to use peas again. You almost make Venture lost a customer.

Great staff and they price match. Great selection of pet foods and treats. They offer a do it yourself grooming area great for any size dog, bath. I brought my own shampoo towels and used the waist high sink, easier on your back, blow dryer worked great, much easier than the tub. Can be used any time of year.

Out scoping animals today. We can't seem to make up our minds though. The staff have always been so friendly and helpful. They are very easy to approach. Some stuff is affordable and some stuff is overpriced. We bought catnip from the dollar tree for a dollar and it's five here. Same package and everything.

This place has everything you could ever need for your pets! They even let you handle potential pets. My husband and I have three Pus, one Pomeranian, two tuxedo cats and one orange cat. We only feed them Fromm (dogs), Wellness (cats). We use pill pockets for meds and Naturpet or Nutri-Vet. The prices are reasonable and they always have the stock we need. I love their staff! The folks who work there are compassionate and intuitive to the needs of their customers. Great place!
