We were visiting Goodyear for an extended stay and needed a groomer for our yorkie, Chloe. Of course I was a bit nervous since I wasn't familiar with groomers in the area. We brought Chloe to See Spot Clean and they did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them.

1st time customer, recommended by our Veterinarian. Great associates, very kind and attentive to our fur babies. Good amenities.

The employees were fantastic. My dogs both get a little anxious getting their nails clipped but I was able to stay with them and give all the pets while they had them done. Nice and cheap as well!

Ralph had his first grooming session, we were happy with how he looks and he was very happy when we picked him up that tells me he was treated well. We will definitely bring him back on a regular basis. Thank you!

I was really nervous going to a new groomer, but when my vet canceled at the last minute I had to find something quickly. I'm so happy I did. Nice friendly staff and my fur baby is happy, clean, and comfortable.

Our dog used to go to a different groomer and he dreaded coming in. We tried See Spot Clean and we're so happy to be using their services! The girls up front are always nice. Our dog is clean, smells great and you can tell he likes going there! He seems happy and never scared when we take him and pick him up. We don't see ourselves using any other groomers. Highly recommend See Spot Clean!

First time here. We had an appointment at 12:30PM for golden retriever grooming. We ONLY got late for 5 minutes and they wouldn't accept my dog anymore. What a bunch of rudeness and lazy workers there. I wouldn't recommend it to any pet lovers. Never again!

The WORST groomer/business I have ever used for my dogs. If you have a dog with bad anxiety, don't go here. The will convince you to groom him and the stop when the job is half done. I even held my dog the entire time. Tried to charge me full price ($85) when they were the ones that said they could do it. After cutting i'm of his hair she had me take him off the table and then pulled him towards the bath and because she kept tugging on him he jumped up and scratched her with his nails.

Then said I was done putting my dog through hell. They fought with me about paying full price until I told them I refused to pay and after several conversations and finally talking to the owner who is also no help I paid $40 after being threatened to have the cops called on me. Yorky also was given a bath and they tried to tell me that she had already been shaved when I saw her in the cage when I was back with my other dog to try to get more money out of me.

And they finally brought her out to me they had shaved her body without my permission and left the rest of her body unshaved. This total experience of hell cost me $91 and still have to have them groomed. The receptionist were the innocent ones, my frustration is not with them, it's with the groomer and the owner! Also noticed two other dogs i've been brought out that had not been shaved professionally as they had patches of hair that were definitely noticeable. I personally would never recommend this business to my worst enemy!

This place is amazing! It's everything I was looking for and more for a self-servicing dog grooming facility. For a great low price, they include everything you need friendly staff, nail trimming, shampoo, conditioner, cotton balls with witch hazel, brushes, blow dryers and more! You won't regret visiting here with your pup! They definitely have my business moving forward. Thank you again for such a cool place!

First time client. My 3 chonky doggos haven't had a decent grooming in quite a while. Came on recommendation from a friend, was not disappointed. The Chonkers behaved, got all the bells and whistles. Smell and look fantastic! Thanks ladies!

Our preference is the self dog wash and house does the nail clip. Pleasant, clean and $15 + tip (for nail and clean of stall when done). We're part-time RVers and have paid up to $25+ for this same service. Definately will return on our next trip! Thank you )

My dog got really dirty at the dog park and I was looking for a place to take her because it's too cold to wash her outside as I usually do. I looked up this location since it was close to my home. They have self wash bays where you can do it yourself and they give you the soap, conditioner, and brushes, etc. They also have dryers. People were very nice and the location is very clean. They also do grooming and nail clipping if you want them to take care of it.

The employees are always kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I have. My dogs get so excited when we pull in so I know they are treated with love and enjoy the visit.

This is the coolest place to go to take your dog for self-servicing grooming. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful at check-in. There are multiple "private" rooms where you can bathe your dog and they provide everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, cotton balls for dog ears with witch hazel, brushes, towels and for the price of $15 even includes a nail trim by their technician! You can not beat this price. This is the best place for your fur babies to get cleaned up indoors. It's way too cold in AZ during the winter to bathe your pups outside!

Horrible horrible horrible! If I could give no stars I would. I took my 40 pound goldendoodle here. First off I asked to please keep her curls! I work really hard to brush out her hair and make sure it doesnt get matted. I THOUGHT they understood what I asked for. I waited over 4 hours and still no call if my dog was ready. I had to call and ask. It has NEVER taken this long for my doodle to be groomed.

When I finally went to pick her up the lady up front charged me before bringing out my dog. It was $100 to get my dog "groomed" I also have never paid this much! Ive taken my doodle to extravagant fancy groomers and paid at most $80. When they brought out my dog she was basically shaved completely down. I was soooo upset! I paid $100 for my dog to be shaved down, no curls, and she spent 4 hours there!

I was so disappointment! They didnt seem to care about how the service turned out, all they did was offer 20% off next visit. which was pointless because I would never take my dog back to a place that just did a horrible job, charged an insane rate, and kept my dog there far too long! A few of my doodle friends had appointments there and after seeing how the left my dog they all cancelled their appointments thank goodness. If you have a doodle, save your money and your dog from this awful and rip off service!

I loved the shampoo and conditioner. My dog is clean and soft and smells great! Both ladies there were friendly and helpful. Her nails were clipped for $5 and I'm happy!

I gave this place one star and that's what it deserves. I'll start by saying that the staff was young and either high school or college girls. Which is totally fine and I understand not caring about your job when you make minimum wage, but this was just awful. We hadn't been there before and brought two dogs. No explanation of what to do and took forever to help us.

We just stood there. We were given very watered down shampoo that I nearly had to use the whole bottle of. We weren't given any towels besides a tiny microfiber which I can only assume was for the dogs face. I asked for more towels and the employee on her cell phone told me to wheel over a little cart with a tiny blow drier to dry them (didn't give me more towels).

We have two golden retrievers, so lots of fur. To get them from soaked to dry was impossible. The output of the drier was terrible and had no heat to it. After about an hour or so of total time there we called it quits. I just finished using my own personal bath towels and hair drier to finish the job at my own place, exactly the situation I was looking to avoid by coming here.

I can't speak for there drop off and pick up grooming, but save yourself the time, money, and additional headache and don't use their self serve wash. You're better off doing it at home.

Took my boxer and two little dogs to get their nails cut and Bernice was so fast and professional. Thanks for being so good to our doggies. Can't beat the price and very clean environment as well! Thanks a million See spot clean!

Love this place! I have been going here for years and my pup always comes back perfect and no knicks in sight. The staff is very friendly and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

Place was clean and organized. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. They did a really nice job on my dog. I will go back.

They are okay. Not the best cut not the worst. I kept going to them since they are better priced than most places. They did cut my dogs nail too much during one of the visits and she was bleeding and in pain for like 3 days. I called to see what happened but they said it wasn't them even though I noticed she was bleeding right after I picked her up.

Didn't offer refund or explanation or anything. I was pretty upset and wasn't planning on going back then thought fine things happen. I made the mistake of going back today. My puppy gets shaggy quick plus we have all dirt at the house so she gets tangled and dirty quick so I went back since everywhere around me was booked for months. Right when I arrived there was 4 people at the desk not one greeted.

I kinda just stood there all awkward until one acknowledged me. She asked if I want the same cut. I said that's fine whatever you have to do is okay since my dog was pretty tangled. She just continued to stare all rude along with the other people in the office. I said you don't have to cut her hair, I can go it's okay. I didn't understand why they were being rude and just staring.

For just okay cuts, nails cut too short and annoying cust service, I won't be going back. I rather start scheduling my dogs appointments month in advance somewhere else. Hopefully my pup is getting good when I pick her up tonight and that's the last time I'll be giving this business my money.

Everyone who works here is so nice and friendly. They treat your dog like they would their own. Love them!

This was our first time using the self service bath stalls and the staff made it so easy for us! I wish I got the name of the young lady who helped us. She quickly clipped our dog's nails and expressed our dog's anal glands. We used their shampoo and conditioner but also brought our own soaps just in case. We loved the doggy conditioner! It made our baby smell so good and her coat is extra soft! So glad we found this place and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much again!

This was our first visit and I will definitely be returning. The groomer called me when she knew she wasn't going to be able to give the cut that I had hoped for because our dog would be uneven. I appreciated the call. Everyone was so nice!

I had taken my dogs there a couple of years ago, but I stopped because my lab's nails being clipped too short and making him afraid to have them trimmed. Found a great place by Wal-Mart that they went to until the pandemic hit and they closed up. Sadly my two dogs were in dire straights to be groomed. I tried.but I'm no groomer, so I took them back today to be groomed.

My cockapoo looks good, but my lab looks like he hasn't been brushed at all! I showed the hair that I barely touched and was able to pull out on his hind end and legs. The girl behind the desk came and looked and did some brushing on him. Very disappointed it took over a month to get in and then the job was not done accurately for $130 + $ 20 tip. I wouldn't have tipped the person who had done Sonic the lab, but they have you pay BEFORE they bring the dogs out.

Our poor puppy had her first grooming appointment here. Staff brought her out to us- we were speechless. It looked like a toddler groomed her. Clipper marks everywhere. Left ear longer than right by an inch and a half. They buzzed the whiskers on her muzzle! We would not even consider bringing her back as we would be fearful that it would be worse and/or that she would be treated poorly - sadly we waited 3 and a half weeks for this appointment. Luckily, her bad cut will grow out and when it does- you can be sure she won't be returning to See Spot Clean EVER!

What a great option! This DIY dog washing business is a great idea. Stop wasting your time breaking your back trying to bathe your pooch in the bathtub. Stop in and meet the friendly staff at See Spot Clean. Your back and your four-legged fury friend will thank you!

My dog tinkerbell needed a spa day! she was way to fluffy so I called everywhere and came across this nice place they called me back right away I was able to get her in, the place is clean very spacious you can come bring your dog in for a bath they have everything you need also they do nail trimming, my dog needed a haircut nail trim booty cleaning the works! $52 mind you she's a small breed, the only drawback is your dog will be in there care for 3 hours I felt pretty secure about leaving her the lady that took her was very kind tinkerbell seemed fine, yes I'd recommend them for sure

See Spot Clean does a very good job! I have 2 large German Shepherds who can be a bit of a handful and the groomer did a wonderful job with them! They're both very anxious and weigh about 100lbs each and and she even took the time to let us know how good they were. Also it was a great price. $120 for both dogs for a bath & brush on one and a bath & touch up on the other. Very pleased and will be returning!

My conversation with pet concern was with Kara (owner)so obviously expected concern to be taken seriously.

I took my golden retriever there this past Sunday, the staff were friendly and the area was clean. Unfortunately I just was not satisfied with my dogs' grooming for the price. It was 74$ (10$ tip included) and to my notice, it looked like they only trimmed my dogs ears/feet. I let them know at drop off his butt hair was very long/crazy and we'd like it cut, it just looked like they brushed his fur out and did not actually trim it.

See attached picture of his butt (taken as soon as we got home, it is long enough to still get in the way while he poops). This service was called the bath and touch-up service. Overall, I don't think I would return because I felt like I overpaid for what I got.

Love this place. My puppers looks so cute when she leaves here. But what I really love is they don't lock up the dogs while they wait or they're done. The dogs can play and get some exercise and socialization before you pick them up. The shop is clean and the staff is so nice! Worth the drive for me.

My baby always comes back looking more handsome than ever! They also listen to my different requests and you can tell that the employees love what they do. I've been a couple of times and I will be returning!

I called many groomers on a Sunday just because I couldn't stand how my boy looked anymore. His fur just grows too fast, and every time I cut his fur myself, it turns out super horrendous! I called See Spot Clean around 10 am and they said they were fully booked. Around two hours later, they messaged me saying that there was a cancellation and that I can take my little pupper in.

I really appreciate their consideration and letting me know that there was a spot open! My boy Kai looked fresh as ever, and it was the best cut he's had ever. It was the second time I took my baby in and both times, they gave him cute little scarves too. : For my little maltipoo, it cost me $55 for a full grooming which was less than the other ones I have gone to in Tempe. The lady who took care of us is very friendly as well.

Moved to Goodyear from Peoria last year so we were looking for a go-to grooming place. We have 2 huskies (50lb and 70lb) and we wanted a good, quality grooming for an affordable price. Went to this place to try it out and I'm really pleased with the results. Both my pups came out really happy and well-groomed. They got the sanitary areas shaved just right, nails well done, and overall couldnt be more pleased. Prices are very affordable, paid $118 for full service for both. It only took 4hrs total for both my pups. There are a lot of other dogs there just free roam and everyone's very friendly. Finally found our go-to grooming place.

They always leave my teacup yorkie looking amazing! They always have appointments available when I call. I love that they are even open on sundays too!

I'm not sure if this is technically a school but there were many younger people "working" when I took my dog in. There was a lot of talk amongst them about shifts they were working, getting off that day, and no one had any type of uniform on so I wasn't sure who was actually working and who was just hanging out. The girls who ended up helping me were fairly nice. Unfortunately, the service I received for my dog wasn't at the level I am accustomed to.

I would be more than willing to accept this if they are a school and individuals are still learning their trade but I would expect more professionalism and better grooming if they are not.
