Our company began with Nutritional Consultant Linda Arndt (1946-2013), known worldwide as "The Great Dane Lady" because of her educational website www. GreatDaneLady.com, which focuses on the care and feeding of all breeds and specializes in large/giant breed issues. She owned Blackwatch Great Dane Kennels, where she bred/showed dogs with the Grays for 40 years.

Great products but the customer service and shipping is horrible. It takes months for a shipment to cross into Canada and come to me. This last time, I waited 2 full months, contacted them to see where my shipment is. Sue told me I never paid for my order but my RBV statement clearly shows I did and that I paid through PayPal. I sent a scan of my statement proving payment to her but she wants to re-invoice me still claiming I never paid.
I've forwarded the issue to PayPal for resolution. It involves over $300 CA and I'm not letting them keep it. They have great products but I will absolutely NOT deal with them again. The products DO NOT make up for how much hassle is involved getting it here.

If I could I would leave ZERO stars. Placed a $150+ order on July 18th. This company charged my card, but has not shipped my order! I contacted them to ask about my shipment and Sue told me they were waiting for "Spark of Life" to be delivered by their supplier and then my order would ship. I reviewed my order a few days later and realized I did NOT even order Spark of Life, so emailed again asking for my order to ship immediately. Got no response. Emailed a second time, still no response, and no shipping confirmation.
It's now August 7th and I'm out $150 + and my poor pup is suffering because I do not have the products I ordered. Will never deal with this company again. I will be calling my bank to get my money back, as well as filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

This company has fantastic products however, they have terrible shipping and customer support. I spoke to Sue on the phone today about my order that I paid shipping for (I think $10). The item was only about 20 bucks. It has been 7 days and the tracking number shows that it went back and forth between Fort Worth and Coppell for the past two days. Sue stated that "you will have to take that up with the post office".
So asked what would happen if it is lost and doesn't turn up and she said "that isn't on us". Now, I have ordered from many companies in my time and first, I doesn't take a week to get a product to me in this day and age and second when I call with an issue, the company is usually very helpful in tracking the item down and helping get it on the right path to me. Wow, I am super under-impressed. Good luck if you order from them. Hope you get your stuff.
