Very positive first appointment. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Veterinarian doctor was great! Very please with the recommendation to use this veterinary clinic.

100% recommend Countryside Animal Hospital. We came in as an emergency. Were seen right away and with the upmost care and compassion. When your little one is hurting and you see a staff with such empathy it is wonderful. Thank you Countryside Animal Hospital, Samson is feeling much better because of your wonderful care.

The staff is so caring! They diagnosed issues with my animals that my former vet ignored and/or misdiagnosed. I also love that there are multiple vets in the office. This helps with scheduling urgent appointments. The wait times are minimal and I ALWAYS feel like my animal's needs are their first priority.

I have never had a problem with countryside. Sometimes the wait is longer than I would like because emergencies do crop up and I can understand that need. I love my vet and every tech that has helped me with my two dogs. Dr. Rhodes has always been there when I need her, even when clinic was closed.

Professional, courteous, & thorough. Everyone was good to work with & lady vet who saw our Std Poodle, Tiffany, listened to all details & symptoms we were seeing - then she made suggestions on a good course of action. We agreed & she moved forward. When she had seen all diagnostic results, we felt she made a good decision & were very comfortable moving forward with her recommended treatment plan. Best vet care in Hot Springs. Dr. Rhodes and Dr. Outlaw are both terrific. I am not acquainted with the other veterinarians, but I am sure they are great as well. The staff, the facilities are just wonderful.

I took my miniature Snaucher to the vet for a basic wellness test and x-rays. The technician as well as Dr. Shaffer were great. Koda has always been treated with kindness and love. We've never had a problem while visiting there. They have an online pharmacy in which their prices are as reasonable if not cheaper than the pet stores online and in town.

My Corgi slipped a disc yesterday, suddenly. Everyone was so accommodating and kind, especially with such short notice. I had my pup up there with staff waiting in just a few minutes. Got excellent and valuable care. Anyone with a pet should consider this place.

I was very happy with the service that we received for our new puppy! She is a rescue dog and is very scared right now of everything in her surroundings. The people at this clinic were outstanding with her! I would highly recommend to anyone that they use this clinic.

Amara's visit with Dr. Monica Fentress at Countryside Animal Hospital was & always is, AWESOME. If I were to truly express how wonderful this entire clinic has been to us, and Dr. Fentress especially.this would be the never-ending review! . We've entrusted our dogs care to Countryside, for 15+ years.& can't imagine taking them anywhere else. We make sure that everyone we know with animals, knows about them as well. Thank you for always putting our babies first & loving them just as much as we do.
