Doctor shows legitimate concern. Staff is friendly and informative. The vet techs love their job. Hard to beat a family veterinarian like this. They even board animals and have cat condos with televisions.

THEY'RE ALL CARING FOR EVERYONE'S FAMILY MOT JUST OUR PETS! I HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE OUR PRECIOUS LITTLE BABIES THERE BECAUSE THE DR THERE SHOWED US SUCH COMPASSION FOR THE DECISION WE HAD TO MAKE WHEN WE HAD TO EUTHANIZE OUR PRECIOUS LITTLE GIRL! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A PET HOSPITAL THAT WAS SO RESPECTFUL AND SENSITIVE TO OUR NEEDS! THEY MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE WITH FAMILY! LIKE WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE CLINIC! GOD BLESS THEM EVERYONE!

After dealing with this clinic for almost 2 years I've came to realize that your pets health isn't priority. I've spent a lot of money here and never once has my pets been healed. One in fact passed after only being told he had a mass on his stomach that may not be serious. After hundreds of dollars on test and treatment my dog died by himself in my apartment.

My new puppy has some type of skin irritation and after $200 we received 4 chewable medication tablets and absolutely 0 results to heal my dog. They scheduled us for a follow up and of course we have to pay for a visit they scheduled to check the results of medication that didn't work. Go figure, more test, more medication another follow up! For some type of rash!

This isn't cancer people I've learned more from google and YouTube than my very expensive vet. All the exact same thing I went through with my last dog. Places like this need to be shut down!

Great visit, was traveling through town and got me in quick and pricing was real reasonable. Went over pricing before we decided what to do and really like that.

My poor dog was a nervous wreck while coming into the clinic, but the vet and the technicians did a great job at keeping her calm. Update: The experience far surpassed my expectations. Dog dentals here are better than anyone else! They even shine and polish their teeth! Update: It went very well. The vet and vet techs were very patient with us and helped my dog feel better with the prescription medication.

Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and informative. No one seemed at all put off by my many questions. I will be recommending this facility to anyone looking for compassionate care.

During my 3rd visit here and I'm honestly still uncertain of this facility. The staff is friendly and seems to care but it's like watching a movie where the cast gets along really well but the script is terrible. During my pet's last exam, we could hear the boarded dogs in the cages hollering and barking constantly as if they hadn't been seen in many hours. I will agree they are expensive compared to other veterinary facilities, and I don't understand why. If you have a choice, find a better environment for your pet.

Just dropped off my grand pup for the first time at the Pet clinic and Mary was wonderful. She came out and met us and talked over any concerns. She put me at ease, and Harper gave her a "gentle" hug!

You can't beat perfection. There are no words to describe how happy I am with the service and treatment for both Shiloh and Dinah. I am beyond convinced of it were not for each and every person there, Shiloh will no longer be alive today. I'm forever grateful for everything ALL of you have done for my little girl! Thank you so much.

We had some problems with our dachshund dog. He's about 14 years old and started with a really bad cough where he could not catch his breath for a few days. We found the pet clinic they got us an appointment the same day. Dr. Jaime Ray is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Ray was understanding about my dog being older in his senior years and appropriately treated his illness as such.

He is through with this cycle of medication and is back to his normal contrary self. I'm very pleased to happy with this veterinarian in her establishment. We definitely intend on making this or primary clinic. If you come here I promise you will not be disappointed in the care for your beloved pet.

I am new to the coast and was looking for a vet for my dog. I made and appointment to see the folks at The Pet Clinic, and first impressions were positive. Friendly people, seemed caring.but by the end of the visit, things had changed. No one could seem to remember my dogs name, and then the refill of meds I requested they said they would refill. They didn't give me a price, and I foolishly expected pricing similar to what I experienced at previous practices, as it was a compounded drop.

I called a few days later and the drops had just come in. I was put on hold while they went and checked to see if they were out in the box. I came over to pick them up, and was told that they were going to be $80, for one-half the volume of medication (5 mL). Previously at my old vet, twice as much medication (10 mL) for one-half the price ($40). I got home and after waiting on the meds to come in, realized they did not order the correct strength, and they copied the meds directly off the old bottle!

I called to address the mistake in strength and the issue with pricing. They apologized and ordered the proper strength, and after my telling them what I used to pay at my old vet, they said they could basically give me the same pricing.15 mL for $60, or $20 per 5mL. My question is this, if I had not complained about the pricing, how much would I have ended up paying for the correct strength? I'll never know, but my concern is they may be gouging clients on medications, which if that is the case, is a huge concern.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day with not remembering my dogs name, and transcribing the prescription wrong, but the pricing on the prescription is a HUGE concern, and I cannot take my dog to a vet that might gouge me as he gets older. Full disclosure.my old vet has relocated to the coast over in AL, and I'll be driving there to see her. While she's more than an hour away, of the 6 veterinarians he's seen, she's the best and most thorough my 9 year old dog has had.

I would completely trust the expertise of Dr. Mozzie here at The Pet Clinic for anything medical related to a pet I have. And for pet boarding the facilities and most importantly the high care factor the staff has here is second to none. Great people, beautiful facility, a very welcoming and calm environment.

This is a awesome place to board your pet! The whole staff is super friendly and caring. The Vet is super nice too! Our Cat doesn't want to leave when we come back. He loves it there so much. I think for the care they give and attention paid to the animals. The price is reasonable, like anything else you get what you pay for. This place is awesome, worth every penny.

The people and the office are very nice. They are just way over priced. I live down the street from them but now drive down to Ocean Springs for my vet service. With four dogs I need to save as much as I can. My neighbors dog got the same meds for the same thing as mine and paid half the price.

This is an awesome veterinary clinic! Everybody is so nice and they all truly care. Dr. Parker is not only awesome at her job but she is just a super nice lady. Everyone at the Pet Clinic goes above and beyond. We have 3 mischievous dogs and make more trips to the Pet Clinic then we should have to. In the three years of seeing Dr. Parker I don't have one complaint. My dogs are my babies and Dr. Parker and staff treat them with love and care.
