Business is located in converted space located on the lower level of their house. Friendly owner and staff. Reasonable prices. I had two cats receive a fur cut (more than a lion cut because I'm allergic) with nails clipped and ears cleaned for $95. They offer Saturday appointments.

Affordable dog and cat grooming run by mom and daughter so your supporting family owned and small business! they do a great job and prices are very reasonable. I'm always happy with they way my baby looks and smells so good after her puppy spa day at wags to whiskers!

Apparently this is the wrong place to bring your pet. I always felt good dropping Brady off here even in his elder years that he would be be well taken care of etc. Malingo and Louie came here, previous to that Abbie went there, to my horror I received a phone call from my wife today who tried to schedule an appointment for our new replacement for Brady. Mac Jones, that we were no longer welcome to have our pets groomed there. Hmmm, I was always a generous tipper, always dropped off and picked up my pet timely, I'm not sure what happened.

I can say for sure that being treated this way being in a service business I am utterly confused. All I can say is after 20 plus years of loyalty to being kicked to the curb. I'm really surprised and would welcome any explanation. I hate having to leave this brutal review but after thousands of dollars spent and recommendations to neighbors and friends we feel completely betrayed.

I have no idea what happened here. Enjoy what is left of your business because we will find someone else who cares the way you once did that we can send family and friends to. If you would like to discuss this further I am always available and open to discussion as I said I have no idea how we got here.

Our family has used this groomer for many years for 2 of our dogs. Unfortunately our dog recently died and we got a new pet, an adorable golden doodle. The owner was rude and abrupt when she told me that they would not be grooming our pet as they didn't want to take any more golden doodles. I was told that our years of loyalty didn't matter as this was a new pet. Additionally, the owner was not even able to offer a word of condolence about losing our 16 year old dog. Very disappointed after all the money I have spent at their business over the years.

We have been going here for 20 years. They are amazing with our 3 Goldens.

I was in a bind when covid 19 first came around and everything was closed including every grooming service in my state. I gave wags to whiskers a call and got an appointment right away for my 2 small dogs. I was so ecstatic and pleased when I arrived, the owner came right to my car and was so patient as 1 of my dogs kept switching sides when trying to get her out of car and she helped catch her and was so friendly to my dogs that I felt totally comfortable knowing they were in good hands.

She had them both done in such a timely manner. When I came to pick them up she walked them both out with big smiles on their faces along with cute bandanas, and a fresh haircut. Wags to whiskers went above and beyond during a crazy time in the world with an inexpensive, reasonable cost. I look forward to bringing my pups again as this is now my new favorite place .

We have 2 Bi-Poos and they did such a wonderful job. They are friendly, courteous, and responsive. I sent a picture of our dog how we wanted her to look and they got it perfect! And you don't have to leave your dogs there all day. Excellent Covid procedures too, they physically pick your dog up from your car, and bring them out. Always nice to support a family operated business!

I took a number of deep breaths before sitting to write this. The ladies are pleasant, however, the whole experience taken as a whole was not a good one. I have two Aussies. When I called we discussed what we call the summer 'puppy cut' at a cost of $55-60 per dog. I offered to bring them on different days but was told both wouldn't be a problem. Upon completion of the first round, one got the trim down and the other just a bath at a cost of roughly $110.

As the smaller of the two is the brains of the outfit, he was a little scared. I contacted the vet and got a 'doggie downer' to help him get through and I was told he was fine this time around. I didn't get a good look when picking him up but once home, I noticed that his tail plume was cut when I specifically asked them not to, nor did they on the other dog. Moreover, upon a closer look, there are areas shaved to the skin lots of uneven areas and clipper marks. A hacking. This at a cost of an additional $80. We will not be back nor can I recommend them.

They do an amazing job, great prices and they always leave with a bow or handkerchief. Our dog was ready for her Christmas photo shoot.
