Cats and dogs are more than companions to us they're part of the family. Lucky Dawg Mobile Pet Grooming comes to your office or home at an agreed appointment time. Carlos from Lucky Dawg Mobile Pet Groomers came to bathe and groom my dog, Xanto, yesterday. What a great experience it was. Carlos called about an hour before my scheduled appointment to see if he could arrive a little early, which was great for me - and he showed up about 10 minutes later. He was very pleasant and treated my dog with much patience and was very professional in his job.
He talked to my dog and reassured him that he would be careful and everything would be ok. He did his job of trimming Xanto's nails, brushing out his coat, cleaning his ears and bathing him, as well as drying him, in no time at all. He allowed me to stand by his grooming van's door and observe the process and also answer any questions I had for him.
He also explained everything he was doing to Xanto at the time, and continually talked and reassured him while grooming him. I will definitely be calling Lucky Dog Mobile Groomers again and hopefully will be able to have Carlos do Xanto's grooming/bathing again. I am very happy with the results and so is Xanto!

Who are professional groomers at Lucky Dawg Pet Salon? One of my dogs got the injury and pain at this salon on 10/15/2021. 1. The appointment with Cyian(don't know her name spelling); however; a different lady did the nail trims and shaving paws. I was told that Cyian was doing Shampoo position, and she cannot do the shaving paws yet. Why the salon recommended me her?
What kind of appointment system at this salon? 2. The lady did too much cut the nail and the nerve. There was "Blood". She denied it. The "Blood Stop Power" put into one nail. I know what happened inside this salon. The owner, Mike, his response was that "this salon always put this powder because the powder can keep nails as much as short". I can't believe he said this.
As a business owner, he should consider the situation, not make a lie. Even this is not good excuse at all. Mike also said that " it is not injury and no pain". It is the injury and pain. Don't you accept what your salon did? You need honesty for the dogs / cats and their owners. People including me do the mistakes. The most important is after the mistakes.
I hope you got it my meaning. 3. Mike told me that Cyian is learning step by step about grooming job. She is learning nail trims and shaving paws. She is not a professional groomer yet. Mike, you need to tell the customers when NOT professional groomers who are learning position do some jobs to dogs/cats. If you told me this when I make the appointment, I didn't bring my dogs to Lucky Dawg Salon Pet Grooming.
However I understand that people have to learn, but this was not excuse against me at all. I don't want my dogs and other dogs to be the EXPERIMENTAL for your business. 4. Mike, I always paid with tips BEFORE I saw the results of the grooming even though my dog got the injury. I trusted your salon always, but I paid the grooming charges and tips to the person who is a unknown learning position.
It is ok to pay for the charge, but I want to see the result and pay the tips. If you provided professional jobs always with professional groomers, it is ok to pay all before the results because there is Trustworthy between your salon and the customers, but there is not trustworthy nowadays at your salon. This is not right business at all. You told me that you have 4 professional groomers at your salon.
I thought you have many professional groomers. Mike, you show, teach and tour your business to the students who are from the different country. I hope you don't teach the students how to trick the dogs/cats and pet owners, and how to do the Experiment for our family members, dogs and cats. Mike, you told me this is a family business. Yes, I know it.
That's why I chose your salon. I thought you and your employees took care dogs/cats very well, like their family. I told you at that time that I had a business meeting. We just talked about your business. We thought your business in Torrance was very successful and very honest business. I really respected your business; however; my experiences at your salon, and your business concepts of dogs/cats/owners are very disappointed me deeply. I think you forgot the grooming business / Pet industry 101. Very disappointed.

This place is the best! I've been taking my cat here for the past year and they always take great care of him. Since Covid started they now offer easy curbside drop off and pick up. They even return him wearing a cute bandana. If you're looking for a place to groom your fur baby I highly recommend giving them a try, I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

They did a really nice job with my Labradoodle. He had unfortunately had a lot of matting when I brought him in, and he did have to be shaved down shorter than usual, but the staff was courteous and professional about explaining my options with his haircut due to the circumstances. In the end he still looked handsome and was very happy with his new Doo. Also, the team was very quick, and did a fabulous job with his nails and other services. I will definitely be back.

Though my wife and I live in New York, whenever we visit family out in the Los Angeles area, we always take our dogs to Lucky Dawg to get groomed. Our groomer Vivian always does a fantastic job with our golden doodle and the value is exceptional, especially compared to NYC prices. The staff is super friendly and has excellent COVID safety protocols. Highly recommend this groomery!

I took my dog for the first time today. I booked a appointment in advance. They were very friendly over the phone, an even more amazing in person. Jessica even took the time to have a consultation with me and my dog out in the parking lot. We were both using face mask she made my dog feel so comfortable and I'm so happy to have found this place. They did an amazing job on his haircut.

My rescued dog Mr. Flint is 3 years old with a severe trust issues (won't let human touching him) and anxiety, I'm his 5th mom and he has been with us for 8 weeks. So for his first grooming in 5 months I had to give prescriptions meds to mildly sedated him and used muzzle (he bit me bad as I was putting it on). During the 75min ordeal, groomer Dria remained calm and professional thought out and finished the job.
I would have completely understand if she quit and left. Even she was bitten she showed compassion towards my dog. I cannot thank her enough for her service today. So yes, I highly recommend Dria (sorry i got your name wrong) Thank you so much. Happy holidays.
