Tustana and Dr. C, have taken care of my Lab's for the last 20 years, and I could not be more satisfied with the care and compassion they have provided. This is a place that cares! No joke! This last time, they took my dog as a drop off, called me back and explained everything that was going on, with clarity and understanding. Thank you Dr. C and staff at Tustana.

If you need a great place to take your animals for their health care, this is your place! Fantastic staff who are always helpful and friendly! My dogs are very happy campers!

Dr McCarthy is simply the best! She is extremely knowledgeable, doesn't make you feel rushed, doesn't run a million tests and her passion for what she does radiates off her. Our pup was going through the ringer at another place messed up labs, possibly wrong diagnosis it was a mess. So thankful for Dr. McCarthy and the staff at Tustana Animal Hospital for getting us in quickly and for treating us like family!

The veterinarians and staff at Tustana are terrific. Been taking our furry family here for about 15 years now - from Dr. K to now Dr. Coleing and Dr. McCarthy. Our pitbull, Harlow, developed cancer this year and Tustana saw her and us through everything until Harlow's fight sadly came to an end. I can't recommend Tustana enough. They're not the fanciest veterinary hospital out there but the clinic is clean and they really care about the animals whose care is entrusted to them.

Wow, what a wonderful place, from the first phone call through the entire visit, this place is definitely 5 stars. Scheduling is quick and easy. The office staff is kind and attentive as are the techs. Once we met with Dr. McCarthy, we knew we were in the right place. Dr. McCarthy was very knowledgeable and explained my pets issues in language I could understand. All in all it was a great experience and this is the only pet hospital we will use from now on.

I can't praise Dr. Renee McCarthy enough. She proved another vet had misdiagnosed the issue with my cat. She did a thorough pre-op, gingerly and skillfully navigated a complicated, lengthy surgery, issued specific home care instructions and provided follow-up to ensure my cat was healing well. The office staff is also friendly, reliable, professional and genuinely like their job and the customers, (both two and four legged).

I have been taking my dog to tuscana for several years. I have always liked the front office staff, they have always been very kind and helpful. I brought my dog in to see doctor Coleling, He was very thorough In his examination. He had an assistant that documented everything he found in the examination. He took the time to explain everything in his report. I was very impressed and will continue to bring my dog to him for his care.

Very friendly staff. I've taken my dog since years back and this time around we went in for a vaccine (allergies) it was quick and easy they are very friendly with you and your fur babies.

I was looking for a more affordable veterinary clinic and came across Tustana. Their rates are reasonable and they are in a convenient location. Most importantly the really good reviews I read led me to choose them. Every member of the staff is very nice and they are always helpful very with answering any questions I have and going through procedures and tests with me before proceeding with anything.

It has been apparent to me from the beginning that Dr. Coleing cares about my dog. She is like my second daughter and her health and happiness is very important to me. If I didn't feel like he cared my pet wouldn't be in his care. I even referred my parents many pets to Tustana and my parents are very pleased as well. Dr. Coleing is a vet who has proved to go above and beyond for my family's pets and his staff are all welcoming and caring. Do what I did and read the reviews and speak with the staff. Chances are you'll like Tustana too.

I had been taking my Boston Terrier to this Vet for some time. Since my dog had skin problem, and the Vet close to my house didn't take appointments, I made an appointment with Tuststana. I drove in the morning with traffic with a sick dog to Tustin only to be told "I don't have an appointment for Rocky". I showed the receptionist the confirmation on my phone of the appointment.

She was nasty and insisted that Rocky was "out of our system and we don't know if we can even take him again". Her snotty response was more than I needed. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Wendy (nurse) is AMAZING. She makes you feel like you can ask anything and will take the time to address your concerns for your pet. She is full of helpful advice and most of all she doesn't make you feel like she is too busy to help you. Her customer service is excellent. Note: Each staff member is great, but I have had the most conversations with Wendy. I did also see Dr. O'Neill and she didn't have the best bedside manner. SO maybe ask for a different doctor.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I have been coming to Tustana for many years. Dr K and the staff have always been kind and courteous. I brought my senior dog in last week and had unfortunately been assigned to Dr O'Neill. She was a very cold and unsympathetic woman. No bedside manner! She also interrupted me while I was speaking, and didn't pay attention when I asked questions.

She just stared off into space and asked me to repeat myself. She left the room stating she would return, but never did. Super Rude! My dog is ill and I know he will leave me soon. This made my visit even more upsetting. Thank goodness for the vet assistant. I did not get her name, but she was excellent! Clearly loved her job and their patients. Two Thumbs down for Dr. O'Neill

We have been taking our Pets to Tustana for many years they make us feel that they are sincerely happy to see our Missy II whenever we go there. All of the staff are great especially Kathy and Dr. Oneal.

I have been a client from before Dr. K moved on with his career path. We were very happy and impressed with his care and that of the staff. Then came Dr. Coleing in 2019 and have continued to feel very happy with the care and compassion we get from Dr. Coleing and the staff. I feel that our needs are their priority and Dr. Coleing has called me to follow up eventhough I thought my case was already closed. He likes to know my dog is doing well and I feel that means a lot to me/us. Thank you. I encourage everyone to be part of the family.

It seems most of the staff does a decent job, but Kimberly is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning here.

Being a foster for a rescue organization, I've been here on numerous occasions over the past five years. They are amazing people who truly love animals and do great work. Much love to you all at Tustana

Tustana is a great Vet. They handled all the needs for my puppy and we continue to use them for on going care and checkups. Highly recommend. Well trained staff. The Dr. is very well traveled and very knowledgeable within the animal community

We have been going to Tustana Animal Hospital for over 25 years. While the ownership has changed twice and the staff has gone through some change over, everyone has always been friendly, professional and most important caring towards any pet that we have had. We love Tustana and would never consider going any place else.

When we initially brought our dog here for care and boarding, we were pleased. The staff was friendly and attentive and the care was top notch. However, with the most recent boarding and treatment, we noticed that small little charges started showing up on our invoices that seemed a bit silly. A fee for syringe disposal? Another fee to administer medication? It's saddening to think we'll have to find a new vet and boarding facility to care for our dog because the facility now seems more motivated on profits rather than service.

Our family began going to Tustana in 1992. That's a long time, and a lot of pets. They have always been caring, knowledgeable, efficient, and just what we need when our pets are ailing. There have been changes over the years, new owners and such, but the quality and caring and fair prices have remained the same. We wouldn't go to any other vet, and we have referred many other families to Tustana as well. Your pets deserve the best treatment, so taken them with love to Tustana Animal Hospital.

Love Tustana Animal Hospital-they are some of the very best I have come across. They are compassionate, loving, caring and took such great care of my fur baby. They definitely know animals and the dr is absolutely mind blowing. My baby had major dental work done - I am blown away with the results. Tustana Animal hospital has cared for my 3 dogs and 2 cats. Dr. Coleing and Dr. O'Neil have been fantastic as well as Alyssa and Desiree- everyone there is fantastic. They have helped us through many difficult times, as comes with aging animals. They truly care about your animals and they follow up with you, and most importantly, my dogs and cats feel safe there. I highly reccommend this vetrinary team, because they treat you and your pets like family.

I am very satisfied. I've been coming here for years. The receptionist are very nice and will answer any questions you have. My dog Lobo is a very uncooperative little guy but the team here treats him with care. They also took good care of my cousins dog Teddy. Oh and thanks to the lady that had patience and explained the instructions to me thoroughly. I understand they changed the owner but Dr. Coleign did a fantastic job. Thanks guys.

Their decision to have pet owners remain outside the building in the name of COVID-19 safety seems a bit unnecessary, but having waited with my dog in many a veterinary waiting room, I find this much more convenient, and I kind of hope they keep doing it this way when things get back to normal. Yes, let me drop off my dog, take as long as you need, and let me know when you are ready for me to pick him up.

I loved that they had me pay and gave me the prescriptions before bringing my dog out to me, because the last thing my dog wants to do after a vet appointment is wait for me to pay the cashier.

Very nice staff. Works with rescue, so that is always a plus in my book. All the doctors I have had the pleasure of speaking to were caring and genuine. Even in the mist of this Covid crisis, they are still there for the animals. We love this place!

I took my Charlie here when he was a baby. I've boarded him when we lived in Tustin and I called To check on him and they were so kind. We moved away and I tried another vet but I didn't feel as comfortable leaving my Charlie anywhere but here. Charlie will be 17 next May and he has been losing weight. I took him back here after a 10yr stint.

He stayed for a week with some kidney problems. They let me call and visit and let me get copies of his lab work via email. I insanely love my Charlie and the fact that I get a few more years with him means the world to me. I am so grateful for everyone at Tustana.

We've had our dogs here for checkups and dental cleanings several times. The doctors and staff have always been very nice and helpful. It was time to put one of our dogs down. She had been deteriorating for a while. She had been with us for about 13 years - longer than our kids. We all struggled a lot with the decision. We were hoping against hope that she would pass naturally in her sleep. Unfortunately, this was not to be.

When we brought her in, we met with the doctor. He did a physical exam to make sure we were making the right decision. He explained that she most likely had some advanced tumors in addition to severe arthritis. He said he could tell she was in a lot of pain. He said he supported our decision. He thoroughly explained the process and helped us deal with a very difficult decision. His kindness was truly a help to me and my family. We will miss our sweet girl. Thank you to Tustana doctors and staff for their understanding and compassion.

Really great service, they give u what ur doggy needs and if its too expensive they give u options. I really liked how my dog was treated and the information they gave me.

I brought my 10 year old cat to Tustana. He had a complete urinary block. Dr Walters and the staff were great. They saved my beautiful Simbas life and were always so helpful and understanding. I will forever be grateful to the Vets and staff at Tustana. Thank you Tustana for being such a wonderful caring office.
