Does your dog, shiver, cry, bark or howl endlessly when you leave him at the grooming shop? Do you return to an animal that is worn out from anxiety and stress from being in an unfamiliar, noisy and crowded environment and locked in a cage all day? Mobile grooming reduces much of the stress your pet experiences in a mass grooming shop.

I can relate to the reviews about the unprofessionalism. I once called to get on a regular six week schedule. He said something along the lines of I charge x amount, can you afford that? He could have simply given me the price without the follow up question. I desired mobile grooming so badly that I was willing to pay that amount, but I was so shocked by the follow up question that I just said "Thanks" and went on my merrily way. Beware before you call.

When calling to get more information about the company, the individual asked where did I take my dog and how often. I answered and he said you can't afford me. Well my question is, 1. How do you know what I can and can't afford. 2. How can you say I can't afford you if you haven't told me the prices yet. 3. If you're basing it off where I take my pet maybe that was an temporary fix until I can find someone else.
As when I started the conversation I did inform you that I was looking for a mobile grooming company. You maybe a great groomer (I won't know because apparently I can't afford you), but your business skills definitely needs some grooming itself. But maybe you can't afford those business classes either. So I guess we both are is a shabby place.

Called this business to try and make a mobile grooming appointment for our 17 year old dog that has major mobility issues. The person that answered rudely stated that he only serves the Midlothian area. We live in Bon Air which is basically right on the line. As I was trying to explain this to him he interrupted me and again said Midlothian only! HUGE JERK!

Don't bother. I had this guy groom my Bordie Collie a few years back and wanted to get on a regular seasonal grooming schedule. He basically told me he was too busy with his existing customers and wasn't taking any more on. I suggested he mention that on his website and he said he would go ahead and take the calls and "talk to people". Waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. Wish him the best of luck, but he's lost a chance to get any of my business in the future. (Not that he seems to want it)
