Best place I've been to. I called with a flee emergency and they spent fifteen minutes on the phone with me recommending what I could do to address the issue on my own as they had no immediate availability to help. I waited to see them, but not long as they made room for us at the end of their long day. They took such good care of him and spent extra time making sure to handle the problem fully. Kindest, caring groomer I've ever met.

I'm a new puppy parent to a mini cockapoo (Benji) and only want the best for him, and I'm happy to report that Janie and her team are the absolute best - super kind and caring! Benji was around 5 months old when we decided it was time for him to get his first puppy trim. My boyfriend and I made calls to a bunch of groomers around our area and each one didn't seem like the right fit (they either quoted really long hours that they'd keep our puppy or just didn't sound all that nice) until we called Wag 'n Wash!

I really appreciated that a consultation visit was required before the actual grooming appointment to get our puppy familiar with the new environment. During the consultation, Benji was able to roam around and explore the salon while we talked with Janie about what his grooming would entail. She also gave us tips to get him comfortable with a few things (like combing his face) before his appointment.

About a week later it was time for his appointment and he was excited to be coming back! We were able to pick him up about 2 hours later and he seemed to be really happy about his bath and trim (we were too). It was also cute that he received a grooming report card, especially because he got an A+! I'd highly recommend anyone with pets who need grooming to come and support this business. We'll definitely be coming back for Benji's next groom in a couple of months!

My dog has never liked his feet being touched, so cutting his nails was always a battle. The staff here took the time to let him get comfortable and handled him with care. He surprisingly allowed them to cut his nails no problem. Everyone working was so kind and welcoming. We will be back!

Janie and her team make Wag 'N Wash something special for their clients. They all care for our dog Ruggles as if he was one of their own family members. The prices are fair for extraordinary level of service and care your pet will receive; and the time window that they say your pet will be ready within was always accurate. They also allow you to book appointments in advance which helped us establish a grooming schedule for Ruggles that keeps his coat healthy and cut at a good length. Would I recommend Wag 'N Wash to a friend? Absolutely, YES!

Janie and Lauren are the kindest, gentlest and most thorough groomers I've ever seen. I've had collies for over 30 years and no one has ever groomed them as professionally. When my dog, Duffy, developed an autoimmune disease, Janie knew exactly what needed to be done to bathe him including disinfecting the tubs and room and using a time-consuming special prescription shampoo. I am indebted to them for providing such excellent care for Duffy. They also clearly love animals and are some of the nicest people I've ever met.

My puppy had her first grooming appointment with Janie. My pup is 4 months old & I felt like Janie really took great care of her. We had a consult before the first actual appointment and I highly recommend it before booking. Janie took the time to ask questions about Maddie & also what style we had in mind for her. She was attentive and very kind.

I can tell she and the staff truly love their job and they care about your pet's experience. I love that it's a kennel free parlor & you don't leave your pet their for hours like other places. We'll be going here from now on!

I have been going to Wagon Wash for many years. Janie is extremely professional and very knowledgeable on any pets subject. She is always willing to listen and offer helpful suggestions dealing with difficult pet issues. Janie also values your opinion and listens to what you would concerns are. She values her customer and respects their requests. Janie has become very much a part of our family and also a good friend to our pets.

Glad we found Janie, she was extremely patient with our 18 week puppy who is extremely hyper and in his teething stage. I give her 10 stars. She is a great communicator and was able to fit us in 1 month earlier than expected. I highly recommend her as Wag and Wash is not just her business but her passion.

Our Nicky doesn't care to go to the groomers, but even though he dislikes grooming, he loves Janie. As far as he's concerned, Janie and her staff are the only good thing about getting groomed. Janie is a real Dog Whisperer. She gets to know your dog. She remembers your dog. She takes the time, patience and effort to make sure your dog runs out of there looking like a doggie model. Plus Janie and her small staff are genuinely lovely people. If we ever move, Janie has to come, too. :

We love Janie and Barbara! The most amazing and caring, not only groomers, but people. They love the dogs as if they were their own. We have been with Janie for many years. We even moved to Morristown but would never switch. Janie and Barbara are family!

LOVE LOVE LOVE I love that they don't cage animals who are next in line or about to be groomed. I love that you can bathe your own pet. I have an older dog who I wanted to bathe myself. She needed extensive grooming but I know that she has sore joints, some hot spots, and I didn't want to just leave her there with someone she doesn't know.

The owner was on premesis and gave us help, advice, and walked us through technique. She was wonderful! I really enjoyed this place and will be bringing all my pets to this place!

Amazing! This is a great groomers, I took my mini poodle there after having terrible experiences at Petsmart and I will never go to another groomers again. First off, the ladies are sweethearts and treated him like I would. They didn't put him in a crate and let him roam around like he was at home. They only have one dog at a time so they focus all the attention on him.

He came out looking amazing, they even emailed me a picture of him so they knew what kind of cut to give him next time we go back. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! (PS- the pricing is great! I saved almost 20 dollars compared to petsmart!)

Janie is a GEM. she is awesome and very knowledgeable of what she is doing. I bought my Bichon to her so she can cut file his nails after another groomer somewhere else didnt file them correctly. Janie was really patient and she even taught me how to brush and comb his hair in between grooming visits. I definitely will be going back.

I've been bringing my Lhasa Apso to Janie for 13 years. I cannot begin to tell you how much love these guys have for him and all the dogs they groom. Janie is a very talented groomer who takes pride in what she does!
