Called a few times and no answer. Decided to drive up there and the door was locked at 12:19pm on a Tuesday when their hours state open 8am to 5pm on Tuesday.

My dog cries at Petsmart and is picky on who he goes to but he LOVES Mindy. She doesn't answer her phone often because it is just her there. However, she does a great job. I never have to worry about my dog going to her. My sister and I have used her for a few years and never had a problem. The best way to get a hold of her is through her website and send her a message through that, she checks that most often.
