Annual dental exams and cleanings are recommended to protect your pet from many health problems and help them maintain a healthy and clean mouth. Proper diet and nutrition can help your pet fight against disease, maintain a proper weight, and promote the overall well-being of your pet. Annual wellness exams evaluate your pets overall health, detect problems before they become serious, and keep them on track to live a long, healthy life. We're equipped to perform routine radiography services to identify many types of illness or injury when pets are sick or suffer a trauma.

I LOVE the Rochester Vet Hospital! Since COVID, they have made checking in safe, efficient and super easy! I have seen two vets for my dog Rowan, and they have both been so informative, friendly, and have taken such good care of him every time. Even the vet assistant is always so friendly, upbeat, thorough and handles Rowan with such good care. I can't say enough about how wonderful this vet is!

As always, Dr. Hicks is the best. Responsive, skilled, great to deal with. Always have had great contacts with the front staff, Kim and others, techs- this last visit involved Amanda who is always, so very helpful, kind and pleasant. Dr. Hicks is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain her medical thoughts and recommendations. She also comes into the exam room very prepared, having read previous notes, and being very aware of our sweet dog, Maggie's, previous issues. She carefully listens to our concerns. She's very caring and kind. We recently transferred to her from another vet and we are very pleased. The staff at RVH are very friendly and competent. My wife and I would highly recommend Dr. Hicks. I have previously taken my 6 year old rescue here and have always had a great experience. We recently adopted a 2 month old from a rescue and wanted to get her checked out. I told the techs and vet how it was her first time but we were working on socialization. I couldn't believe the patience they had with her. They were crawling on the floor with her and enticing her with cheese and treats to make sure she had a good first experience.
My pup was a little nervous at first but after all the yummy snacks and snuggles, she didn't want to leave! You can see the passion the staff has for what they do and they really care about their patients. I can't speak highly enough of them! On behalf of our Liliana Vess, thank you :3

I've taken my dog here every time we lived in Michigan and I can safely say that the staff and service here are excellent. Unfortunately I don't recall many names, but I do have experience with Dr. Hicks. She is hands down one of the best veterinarians I have ever come across. Her level of empathy and communication is outstanding. Highly recommend.
