Blue Springs Animal Hospital appreciates the many referrals we receive every year from colleagues in our area for advanced diagnostic, medical, or surgical procedures. We respect the relationship referring veterinarians have with their clients. We appreciate your trust and if a client requests routine services we will direct them back to you as their primary care veterinarian for those services. We classify referral clients separately in our medical records and do not send reminders for routine services.
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, followed by scheduled appointments. Though we can't always anticipate emergencies or cases that take longer than the scheduled time, we make a sincere effort to see scheduled appointments on time.
If you have an emergency outside of our regular business hours, our hospital phone system will prompt you to dial 1 to be connected to the Blue Pearl Animal Emergency & Referral Hospital in Lee's Summit. To ensure that emergency care is always available to your pet, the Blue Pearl Animal Emergency Clinic in Lee's Summit is open any hours that we are closed.

Recently relocated to Blue Sorings. My neighbor suggested Blue Sorings Animal Hospital for our Riley. So glad she did. Been to many vets over the years with our fur babies. This is the most outstanding service we have experienced. The vet was great with our pet. Very personable and gentle with our pet. Look forward to each and every visit in the future.

I love this place! We went today to get our new puppy checked out and get his shots. The staff was really nice and helpful and I really liked the doctor that we met with. Their puppy program is totally worth it and we definitely recommend it. I also really like that they don't take your pet to the back and instead they do everything in front of you.

Everything you could possibly want in a professional setting for your pet's medical care plus some! Staff is kind, caring and thoughtful. Frontdesk has caribeaners attached for leads/ leashes. The setup of the facility is impressive and keeps in consideration safety of your pet! Are there less expensive vets in area? Yes, however, you get what you pay for!
As a pet parent, hands down, the nominal additional expenses here are worth it. The vet TANK and I visited with was uber knowledgeable, fun, and definitely not stiff or caustic in his 'bedside' manner. Parking is all the way past the house looking business. Just go straight forward.

Having just moved to the area, we were looking for a great place to take our dog - we found it in Blue Springs Animal Hospital! Our girl is large and very shy, and the staff were super patient and accommodating! For a follow-up booster shot, they were even willing to visit us in our car to keep her relaxed and happy. We are very happy to have found such a great team!

On 2/5/2022 I had to do the hardest thing of my life and put my cat Smokey to peace after 16 years of a wonderful life. I adopted him from a shelter over 12 years ago. He was a very loved little guy. Blue Springs Animal Hospital staff was so compassionate and caring, especially the doctor that helped us explaining to us the process and giving us options that we were comfortable with.
She understood the love I have for my four-legged best friend and let me hold him as he quietly and peacefully passed into a better place. I cannot thank you enough for the humane way you treated my Smokey. And I highly recommend this hospital for veterinary care, as we take our other companions there as well for routine care. Thank you for the wonderful care you have given and continue to give to our four-legged family members.

Outstanding care from the minute their staff answer the phone, to the way they handle your pet as you walk in the door, to the doctors' personal phone calls and clear through when they follow up to check on your pet. We felt our dog was in good hands throughout our entire visit and then some! We have been here now for two different TPLO surgeries for our dog and both times were 100% happy with the experience!

I was referred to Blue Springs Animal Hospital for a second opinion and an ultra sound for our 12 year old Yorkie Chloe. My experience at this hospital was outstanding. From start to finish everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and knew what to recommend to help my fur baby. I was VERY impressed.
