I'm creeping up on one year using Animal Care Center of NH and I am impressed. This isn't just doggie daycare - their enrichment classes are designed to stimulate minds, build bodies and reinforce desirable behaviors. I've used a few other daycares and my gripe was that they would send me home with a report card for undesirable behaviors that I can't address at home because I can't recreate the circumstances that elicited them.
They worked with my dog to create and reinforce better habits. I also love their boarding and pet-sitting services. My dog gets to board in a familiar place with familiar people and with minimal disruption to her routine. That's a big deal. I agree that the paperwork to register seems overwhelming, but it meant that they had relevant details for when I was out of town and not easily available to answer questions. I highly recommend ACC of NH!

I brought my energetic young Jack Russell Terrier to Animal Care Center after we had negative experiences at other doggy daycares (she did not do well in a chaotic large group environment). I was worried that my dog would not be able to attend doggy daycare but she has absolutely thrived at Animal Care Center! The dogs are truly part of a big family and receive personalized attention and care throughout the day. I highly recommend Animal Care Center - it is the best daycare service in the area hands down.

Our puppy was one of the first to join the newly opened center. I was amazed at the inside and yard area for play. Clean, modern, beautiful spot for our border collie. I was pleased with the knowledge and professionalism I seen in the staff.and felt 100% comfortable leaving her in thier care. As the clientele grew this past year, I still felt like my dog got as much attention as in the begining. I highly recomend.

We have obtained the services of Professional Pet Sitting for many years. The process is so easy and convenient. We love them! They really shower attention on our pets and when we return home we are greeted by a happy cat. There was a time when we needed the sitter to give medication to our cat and I was concerned but there was no reason. We came back and all the medicine had been dispensed properly.
I love the notes left by the sitter too. Its such a relief to know that our sweet cat is shown care and attention while we are gone, oh and fed! Our cat will communicate her upset to us by only showing her back to us. This never happens when we have Professional Pet Sitting taking care of her.

Love love love this place! We have been sending our puppy here since we adopted her last year. Our dog gets one-on-one attention, mental stimulation, and playtime with other dogs. Great place for an energetic pup! We also love the daily report cards with pictures and videos from the day. They go above and beyond each holiday with a special treat/photo shoot for our dog. It's so awesome here!

I'd like to post a brief, but supportive email for some of the other comments I've seen here. While the person I engaged with was pleasant, the intake process just to understanding pricing and get the pets enrolled is beyond excessive. I've been a dog owner for over 20 years and have experience using several certified dog owners. I received over 5 auto generated emails that printed were over a page each, and when I asked questions on cost, was directed to their client log in page that linked 10+ other pages that when printed were over a page in length.
I appreciate the attention to detail, but you need to listen to feedback from many customers - this is way too much time to put on the customer and the content is just too much! Ultimately decided to go a different route because I suspect the process even after enrollment will be a PIA!

Brought my dog Lucy to have her nails clipped and what a wonderful visit and service! Usually Lucy is quite nervous with getting her nails cut but she was shown so much love and attention. Not only did Lucy get her nails clipped but the owner also spent time with me walking me through how to work with Lucy while we are home so that she is more comfortable with getting her nails cut. Thank you all so much!

I don't know where to start. I am absolutely and thoroughly pleased with this service. I personally never met my sitter but I can tell that this person took the time to become friends with my cat. She perfectly described the affectionate habits of my pet when she's happy. Also perfectly described her eating habits and her favorite toy of choice, all the way down to her bathroom habits!
My kitty even received an A on her behavior scorecard I would recommend this service to absolutely anyone! I will also be using this company in the future. Above and beyond Btw the application process did seem lengthy but as a pet parent I do not care about filling out applications that helps the sitter understand her needs. Seems a little selfish to not take the time to explain to an experienced professional how to handle your pet. It was well worth it.

I want to start off by saying I did not use this company for a multitude of reasons you should be aware of. The owner sends tons of emails and made the sign up process overwhelming. The email explaining the registration process was 3 pages long. To come feed my cat 2x a day for 2 days was going to be $96 and I believe they also charge a fee to meet your pet.
There is no way to get an email/phone call or text when they are with my pet. That made me very uneasy. They said per policy all contact has to go directly from the office line. They could call at some point to let me know they were there. This office line has no one answering you just leave a message and they call you back during business hours. We found a sitter that is WAY more reasonable with price, had a simple registration process and called and sent us texts along with photos while in our home.
They also did not charge extra for "play time" as this agency does. I feel this company could be great for being around for 27 years if they simplified the process and put more of a personal touch to watching your pet. I am 100% sure they are very reliable but I did not like the process or price.

We have used Professional Pet Sitting for about 8 years, every day for a mid-day visit, and often for last minute weekend or evening visits. They always show up, and they always do a good job, including with an older dog and a new puppy. Their reliability and quick responses are noteworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I was going to use this company until the owner told me I had to pay $25 for someone to come out to do my initial consult to meet my dog and for me to show them the ropes. She said I could just give them instructions and leave the keys but who agrees to that? I would never feel comfortable giving free reign to someone I've never even met in my house and also rely on them to take care of my pets. I've used maybe 6 pet sitters over the years (we've moved a lot) and NO ONE has ever charged to meet a new client for the first time. Plus, this news came after I wasted my time filing out the lengthy and over complicated intake forms and after they said I would have to email my credit card info to them in order to book services (which was another weird request that I was not comfortable with). Maybe they are a great business but the over the top initial contact and intake turned me off completely.

I have been a client for years and they've been really wonderful to me and my dog. The staff/management is really professional and friendly. I really appreciated how painless the registration process was. It's really difficult to find a quality pet sitter during the holiday seasons and they've always been available. I look forward to continuing my business with them in the future!

I can't say enough about this company! My two pups love Rachelle. It gives me peace of mind when I'm at work, knowing that my dogs are getting the attention and exercise (and treats) they deserve! I do not come home to destruction or mess from bored pups anymore and if they have an accident, it's cleaned up. They're getting personal attention that they wouldn't get at a daycare and it's cheaper than most daycares. The owner is also very pleasant and knowledgeable if I call with a special request or question. I highly recommend this company!

I did some mid-day let outs as well as help when I had an extra-long day in the office or had to travel unexpectedly. Living alone with pets can be a challenge but no matter what Professional Pet Sitting Etc. was there for me! Imagine the peace of mind you will have knowing help is just a call (now a click) away? Things come up that we don't plan for however you absolutely can count on Professional Pet Sitting Etc.to be there for you and your pets. EVERY time they visit, you get a detailed report about their visit.

As the mother of three standard poodles, I can attest to what I need in a pet sitter. I was looking for someone who would listen to my needs, address them, and take loving care of my babies the same way that I would. Enter Professional Pet Sitting, Etc. Their level of care surpassed my expectations and needs. The love and patience they gave my pups was top shelf and while we were at our summer home in NH, I felt tremendous relief from worry. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs professional in home pet sitting in the NH areas they serve.

I almost feel bad giving this business such a low score because the sitter we had was very nice. Our sitter took very good care of our dogs; played with them, fed them and even changed their water dishes. So, .what's the problem you ask? The business model/management. Intake: This owner needs some serious organizational/customer service help. It's really hard to explain, but she just doesn't understand the customer risk always right mantra. Price: This place is expensive for the region.
You have to pay up front, and holiday visits are upwards of $40 per visit. That's $40 for a half hour visit. Trust: This owner obviously doesn't trust her employees. I can only speak for myself, but when I go away, I want constant updates on my animals. With modern technology, it's pretty easy to send a quick text saying something like, "I'm here!
Everything is fine!" This owner, however, doesn't allow the sitter's to contact the clients directly. If you want updates, you have to leave a cell phone, or have a land line. Who even has a land line these days? Who has a second cell phone to leave at home? The owner must be worried the sitter's will usurp company opportunities. There's absolutely no legal/liability basis for this practice.
Pay them more, offer benefits and just generally keep your employees happy and this won't be a concern. Customer Service: Say anything bad about this company and the owner will call or email you with excuses and arguments. For instance, she sends out surveys to customers asking for feedback. That's an ordinary marketing practice, but her's are pretty long.
I was nice and took time out of my day to complete the survey, but was offended when I received a response. The owner's response was comical. She copied my survey into her reply, and then responded to my opinions one by one in list format. Her responses were argumentative and deflective. She never said "good point" or "thanks." She just made excuses and said things like "no, that;s wrong.
We don;t do that. blah blah blah." Here's my advice to the owner. (1) Lower your rates; (2) Allow sitters to contact clients; and (3) get some marketing help or take a course. Don't ever ask a customer to submit a voluntary survey and then respond with anything but "Thank you for your time! Your feedback is greatly appreciated."

Simply stated, "Professional Pet Sitting" takes the worry away. People who love their pets and must be away from them, find the needed trustworthy care in this outstanding service. The sitters are dedicated, conscientious folks united in their sincere fondness for animals. I currently have two senior rescue Danes I love beyond words. I have ultimate confidence they are not only visited and let out as requested, but feel assured if an emergency arose, it would be responsibly managed. I am so glad i chose Professional Pet Sitting to check on my Dog and Cat during a business day trip. I normally work from home but i had an at length business meeting in Boston that was crucial to attend. I had a ton of anxiety worrying who to find to check on my "kids". I got Professional Pet sittings number from a friend. I called and i really grilled them with questions which reflected my anxiety of making sure i got top notch care. Dorinne the owner answered all my questions to my satisfaction and did so cheerfully.
I have a friendly but hyper Pit Bull and an Orange Tabby who is an escape artist and i expressed my concerns if Dorinne can handle my kids. She assured me her and her staff were quite capable. I decided to entrust them and i found i made a very good decision doing so. I now feel at ease that if i have another extended day out of the house i know who to call.
I cannot express how much that means to me, I worry tremendously about my pets and like all care they get, It has to meet MY high standard. Not what someone else deems as high. Professional Pet sitting met my high standard.

Just an update. I continue to utilize Professional Pet Sitting Etc's services and couldn't be more pleased. Recently I had to be away from town (my cats were actually with me). Who better to ask if they could add a service of visiting my house once in a while for pay just to keep an eye on it? They already have a key and I trust them completely so I asked. That's one of the nicest features of the business, They are fllexible and quick on their toes to respond to their customers' needs. So, you need something special for your pets or your house? Give them a call. They're there to help!
