The staff always seemed to genuinely care for my dog. I know Willow enjoyed herself there as well.

Kind staff, able to trim my dramatic dogs nails. She requires meds before her appointment and they are patient with her.

Never even knew kong made so many toys til i went there. I have pitbull whos goal is to break toys so now we have more options of toys. And my black lab puppy loved eating the real duck heads and necks i didnt know existed. And no long waits like big stores. Amazing store

Only place I get my dogs groomed Lauren is amazing and does a spectacular job. They offer many products and doggie day care that I have never used but everytime I'm there i see dogs go in and are very happy to be there.

We have a pitbull, so we use the self service dog bathing room and love it! Service is always great, the ladies at the front are very helpful and they always have supplies at the ready to get the job done!

I love absolutely everything here. I had to cancel a week of kenneling a few days before my dog was scheduled due to water damage at home. They completely understood and actually cared. I also love the grooming Lauren does, the customer service they give, and I can trust them with my boy Gus. They take pride in caring for our pets, and treat each one special. Thank you K9 Kaos.

Great place in my area for doggie day care. Dogs are well taken care of. I only have one issue, and that is a price increase without prior notice. It would have been nice to get advance notice on the increase.

I stopped by K9 Kaos yesterday to meet the staff and tour the facilities for a future stay of my 2 mini dachshunds. The clerk asked if she could help me. I asked if they board pets (which I knew they did). The clerk said yes they do. I told her I stopped by for a tour. The clerk said they are not offering tours now. She did not follow that up with "you might stop by later today" or "if you'd like to make an appointment for a tour in the future, we can go that". Nothing else was offered so I proceeded to tell the clerk that I couldn't board the dogs here without a tour. The clerk said nothing so I left. Ver disappointing.

What an Amazing Facility! My little Yorkie girl Lexi loved her first day! The Staff are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and obviously have a love for animals. They post daily photographs of all the Doggies at play. They all look so very Happy! Lexi also recieved quite a generous welcome bag that also contained a report card! Our new rescue pup was transformed by her grooming by Lauren! Everyone we encounter during our visits there is exceedingly helpful and friendly! I highly recommend K9 Kaos!

I've been boarding my dog here for over a year. I've never really had any problems until recently. In July after boarding there she contracted kennel cough. I didn't make a big deal out of it. But I boarded her there for Christmas. When I picked her up she smelled like urine. And once again, she has kennel cough! I contacted them and they just pretty much blew me off! So please be aware of where you take your dog!

I took my Iris here for the last five years, until she passed away. Iris loved daycare, and in boarding treated her like the princess she was. They took great care of her and loved her like she was their own. I highly recommend them for daycare and boarding, and they have a great selection of food, treats and snacks.

I used to take my little guy, Tonka here when I worked in Dover. Since I started working elsewhere, I have yet to find a place that is even close to as good as K9 Kaos for my dog. I can't say enough good things about this place. I truly felt my dog preferred staying here instead of at home and would not hesitate to recommend K9 Kaos to anyone that loves their dog. The staff here love their clients and the dogs love them back. Wish they would open a location in Manchester or Nashua.

Our dog is pretty anxious and stubborn around new people, so bringing him to K9 Kaos we weren't sure he would be able to be groomed. Lauren did an amazing job grooming our pup for over 2 hours and he came out looking perfect. We are so appreciative of the staff's patience. The price was absolutely reasonable as well. Will totally be coming back!

They took very good care of our dog. They make it very easy to drop off and pick up. We didn't have any issues during the process.

Just popped in to check it out for our pup and the facility was wonderful, the staff was accommodating and helpful, and I left feeling confident that my dog would get all the kind attention and care that I'd want for her. If she can't be with me I'm sure her second choice would be K9! Also, enjoy the picture of my dog not knowing what to do with one of K9's 36-inch bullibones.

I stopped in for the first time in 3/16/17. I had recently adopted a rescue dog and I have never owned a dog before. I have so many questions and concerns. I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed help. The girl that helped me was so knowledgeable as well as reassuring and friendly. I sincerely appreciate the kindness and hopefully Wilson the dog will make it in for grooming without peeing everywhere. :

This place is excellent and they have everything. I enrolled one of my dogs in a training class here with Sue Carny - It was an excellent facility and the training was fantastic! More than meets the eye - They carry a TON of pet foods, at least $1-2 cheaper then what you'd pay if you ordered online or what you'd pay at a chain store. They sell leashes, collars, etc etc. Turns out there is a large grooming section, a downstairs where training takes place, a fenced in area, etc. Everyone I've met that works here is really great! Pick a local business rather than a big chain!

OUTSTANDING! I have a black, King Charles Cavalier/cocker spaniel mix (long hair) named Bernard. We are fairly new to the area and have been coming to k9 for about a year. They have always done a great job grooming him but this last time they went above and beyond! He was cut, washed and looked SO great! The best thing about this place is that he is excited to go in.

A lot of times animals will be afraid. He must be treated like a king because he is always happy when we get there. A few months ago we had boarded Bernard there and they gave us a report card as to how he was. Excellent place and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone! Keep up the Great Job!

I have been going to K-9 Kaos for a few years now for grooming of my 2 dogs, and I think they do a great job and will continue using them! Their boarding is great as well, I never worry when leaving them - knowing the staff takes great care of them! I recommend them.

About 6 months ago after taking my schnauzer to Petco for years, she got seriously injured due to negligence and they cut her ear badly. After that- she wouldn't go near a groomer without biting them- it was horrible. And she's so sweet but she was terrified. Anyways, I looked into K9 Kaos and even went to look at their facility. It's so nice, the people there really know what they're doing and so I took my pet there to get groomed, nervously.

They did a GREAT job. She wasn't scared, they took breaks with her if they felt she was getting nervous, they were patient and didn't just rush through- I was amazed. I will always go here from now on I 100% trust them. And. After seeing their daycare. Maybe my pup will go there once in awhile too to have some fun.

You gotta know how great this day care is when your loved on on 4 legs drags you in!

They do a good job grooming my shih tzus and are very nice. Their daycare seems to be very popular as well.
