Working with Rachael and her team has been truly wonderful. We have never once doubted that Mia was getting anything but the best care. Dogwalker etc responds quickly to requests and has been able to accomodate our busy schedules and our dog's special quirks and needs. They send excellent updates and photos with each dog walk. I highly recommend!

When I moved to the Island I was worried about finding dog walkers who were up to the challenge of helping with my 120 pound Irish Wolfhound puppy. Erin responded promptly and quickly connected me with walkers Sharee and Shannon. Sharee and Shannon are excellent and patient caretakers for any size dog, including my giant breed. They both increased my puppy's quality of life and happiness when they started. They also leave fantastic and detailed descriptions of each walk with plenty of photos. I highly recommend dogwalker etc., especially Sharee and Shannon!

Thank you to Dogwalker Etc., for helping me with overnight pet sitting with my chihuahua and shih tzu. Because my dogs are more comfortable in their own home and can't really be boarded with other pets, this business has been a lifesaver in helping me to find wonderful pet sitters. Thank you to Shannon who took the time to come out and meet my dogs before she sat with them and asked questions to care for them appropriately.

I received daily updates and photos while away that helped me see they were being taken care of very well. I plan to call on Shannon again if any travel comes up in the future.

We ve been using dogwalkers etc for 7 years and they are absolutely great! Our current walker, Maureen is wonderful, and our dog Moe just loves her.he seems to know when she ll be here and waits by the gate for her. He s very picky about who he likes and he definitely likes Maureen. Shes profesdional, kind and a true dog person. We reached out to Dogwalker, Etc because we needed a petsitter for our 2 dogs while we were on the mainland for a wedding. After talking with Rachael, we filled out a pet profile form that asked for things like vet contact info and microchip number in case of emergency. The form was lengthy, but it showed us how seriously they take petsitting. We were then lucky enough to be connected to Shannon.

She happened to live near us in the Ewa/Kapolei area and was available for overnight stays as well as regular walks. We met with Shannon before our trip, got updates and photos while we were gone, and were welcomed back home by 2 very happy and well cared for pups. Leaving our dogs with someone new was very stressful for us, mostly because one of our dogs is an escape artist and our other dog takes several medications. Shannon cared for our dogs as though they were her own, and we could not have had a better experience overall. We will definitely be repeat customers.

We've used Todd and Jojo multiple times to watch our dog and cat while we are out of town. They are wonderful to work with. The cat gets medicine administered twice a day and the dog sometimes doesn't eat and they take it all in stride. One time I booked late and the owner Aaron ended up filling in to make sure that we would be covered. She is wonderful!

I highly recommend this company. Their prices are reasonable although it adds up for the trip it's totally worth it. I love the daily photos and updates - so worth the money for the peace of mind and knowing our babies are being lovingly cared for!

Finding reliable and reputable dog walkers on the island was almost impossible until a coworker mentioned Dogwalker Etc. As a military spouse who works nights, I am so thankful to Rachael, Megan and Cheryl for taking care of our baby while my husband is gone! Rachael is so responsive and accommodating to our needs and schedules (especially for last-minute bookings). Megan walked our dog for 6 weeks and I was rest assured he was taken well care of.

Our newest walker, Cheryl, has been equally amazing! I love the user-friendly and easy platform they use for bookings and paying for reservations. I especially look forward to the pictures and updates I get after their walk and seeing pictures of my happy dog. For those of you that may be skeptical for the price per walk (as I was in the beginning), you will not be disappointed. It is the best money I've spent knowing my dog was taken care of by such great people.

We've used this company several times. The most recent was for a 10 day trip. They're great Many options of locations available. Very animal centric and caring. I was able to FaceTime with my pup everyday And he licked the phone. You won't be disappointed.

Don't let the name fool you! If you're looking for a cat sitter look no further than Dogwalker etc! We are so grateful to have Erin and her awesome team of cat lovers for our two babies Stiker and Goldie. It's clear that the company loves all animals but we felt very confident in their abilities for cats specifically. We traveled recently for spring break and had the Dog Walker team come in twice a day every day for two weeks.

They did everything from cleaning & feeding to playtime to grooming and also taking care of our house too. We came back and found everything better than we left it. Thank you so much to Dogwalker etc and the whole team!

Kate and Megan have taken great care of our special needs dog. Before walking her, Kate came and met her and learned about her habits and meds. They detailed updates about how she's doing when they see her mid-day. The administrative team is very responsive to schedule changes and we trust them a lot!

I became a first time pet owner in 2020 with my precious pup Darby! Dogwalker etc helped me tremendously with advise, nutrition and her puppy care phase; now that I'm able to finally travel again. I wouldn't trust her with anyone else. Erin and her staff are Ohana to us and we trust them implicitly. They are now a part of our family too. I've used dogwalker etc a few times for their dog walking services and dog sitting when we went on trips. It's such a great service, they handle my difficult terriers (terrors) very well and the owner even came out once to assist the sitter with learning how to manage my dog. Coming from someone who has been turned away from doggy daycare, this was greatly appreciated!

My dogs are very high energy, and intelligent, hence why I need a service. I also felt very comfortable leaving the island in this companies care, we got updates daily with photos, which is a nice touch. I will use this service again for sure.

Expensive? Well, they are not cheap, but neither is the affection for your pet. Our sitter performed exactly as we had agreed, allowing us to find our pet cat calm and happy to see us once we returned home. Good job Sharee!

Dogwalker Etc is a lifesaver. It is so hard to find trustworthy people to leave our dogs with. We have one who has some special needs, and so we worry about the attention and care they get. We have been thrilled with the service and care our dogs get; we get pictures and updates which help us to feel good as well. In particular Liz is FANTASTIC! We have used Dog Walker Etc. on several occasions ranging from 10 - 30 days to do home visits twice a day. All their walkers are great and caring people. We have observed them taking care of our dog "Hardy" with lots of TLC from our home security system. They are reliable and we are happy knowing our furry family member is in loving hands! We have been loyal clients of DWE for many years, for our energetic Goldens. DogWalkeretc staff are professional from beginning to end, they make pet care easy from their mobile app, to online paying options. It is convenient and gives me peace of mind. Being able to communicate with one central booking office and also being able to meet my walkers before hand is a hug feature for me. I love receiving my daily reports to my phone and seeing where my guys got to walk each day, and how happy they look in their photos. Highly recommended

I met Erin at the pet expo and she was very polite, informative and professional about pet sitting our dogs at our wedding. We contacted her through their website which the communication is great. We met with Kandyce and she is just awesome! Our dogs took to her as soon as we met, which was a really good sign because it's hard to trust anyone with our fur babies.

We got Kandyce to babysit our dogs at our wedding which was at the Hyatt Regency. She was great with dressing them up, to bringing them to the rehearsal and ceremony. She even dressed their wagon up for wedding to make it pretty. Kandyce is really sweet and organized. She made sure they were comfortable and fed, had play time to even kisses. Thank you Kandyce for taking good care of our babies. It meant a lot to us knowing they were in good care.

Love Dogwalker Etc. I've used the service a few times when leaving the island. Not only do I not have to worry about my dogs but I never had to worry about my valuables and they will even water the plants and bring in the mail. Very professional service, they leave you nice little notes on how everything went and send you pictures regularly. I will definitely be using this service over and over again.

We've been using Dogwalkers since our dog Moe was a pup. The staff have been professional caring and responsible. Our dogwalker K is great. she sends detailed texts and wonderful pics of their walks. they be braved wild chickens and downpours. she's the best. I can definitely recommend dogwalkers etc Without PAWS!

Dogwalker Etc. took care of our 3 dogs when we had to leave the island on short notice. I was able to set everything up online with their easy booking system, and then the dogwalker got in touch with me to get details for her visits to the house. I even got text and picture updates of my pups and how they were doing while I was away. It offered great peace of mind. I highly recommend this service to anyone, even if you are not leaving and just want your dogs to get out more and exercise!

I am a first-time pet owner, and finding a pet-sitter when I'm out of town has always been stressful. I booked Dogwalkers etc to watch my two cats, Kima and Bubbles, during the holiday season. My husband and I were out of town for 13 days and I'm not going to lie -- I was pretty stressed about leaving them for that long! This is the longest we'd have left Kima and Bubbles home alone.

My fears were assuaged when I met Alexia, my sitter from Dogwalkers etc. She was prompt, responsible, warm, reassuring, and friendly. I had a good feeling off the bat; she responded to all of my calls and text messages quickly and never left a message unanswered. When I met her for the first consultation, I showed here where we kept everything in the house and walked through our feeding and cleaning routines.

She met Kima and Bubbles and even got a chance to play with them. When it came time for us to go out-of-town, she picked up the keys from my apartment. While we were gone, Alexia sent pictures every single day to update me on how my cats were doing. I appreciate that they use an app to communicate with you. I knew that at around the same time each day, I would receive an alert on my phone and get to check on my babies.

It was a huge relief, and I looked forward to seeing Alexia's messages each day. And, as if that wasn't enough to address the concerns of a ridiculous type-A pet owner, when we returned home, Alexia made sure house was tidy. She swept up the kitty litter in the bathroom, wiped down the counters, and made sure our cushions were re-positioned on the couch (when I'm sure the cats had knocked 'em around).

I could not have asked for a better pet-sitting experience, and I am 100% certain that we will be employing the services of Dogwalker etc again in the future. I highly recommend this service for someone looking for a reliable, dependable, and excellent pet-sitter.

My baby is always happy to stay with Erin and her Ohana.her home away from home! We take extended trips and we know that she is happy and loved. We've tried several sitters but Dogwalker Etc is far and above any we have seen. LOVE IS GIVEN OUT IN MASS QUANTITIES HERE!

Nicole has been our dog walker for the past year and a half. She walks our two 50-lb mutts Monday through Friday. One is a little nervous around new people. The other has medical issues including a spine condition that we have to be careful with (IVDD). He can also get extreme fear in unique situations due to a traumatic history. Nicole has been GREAT with our boys - despite their issues.

She is very attentive to their needs. Though she normally leaves notes, though she sends texts if she notices strange behaviors or medical warning signs. She is also extremely reliable. She has never missed a day or failed to leave a message in all our time with us. She even accommodates last minute changes in our schedule - by doing extra walks when needed.

In addition to her attentiveness and reliability, she also genuinely cares about the dogs. She works on their training before giving them snacks every day. She has also gifted them toys at the holidays and when my dog with IVDD was severely hurting and trying to heal. I think the price of walks with Dogwalker Etc is worth every penny. I pay $23 dollars for a 30 minute walk.

They don't up-charge for the second dog. My dogs are better behaved while at home because they get this mid-day exercise. The payment system is also automated online -- making my monthly payments extremely easy. I highly recommend Nicole and Dogwalker Etc if you want excellent care for your pets.

Dogwalker Etc is part of our family! Their care has helped us manage keeping our crew happy. They've been with us as our 18yr old dogs passed and with us when our young dog chewed a hole in our wall. We currently have 3 dogs and I never worry about the care and attention they receive. Twice I have been notified at work that my dogs appeared ill. Their attentiveness diverted a major problem that could have had a bad outcome. They've made time to love our newest edition, Sheldon, the cat! I highly recommend this company! They are more than dogwalkers, they are Ohana since 2009!

I recently went on a 10 day trip and had never left my dogs before so needless to say I was very worried. We have spirited larger dogs (blind Siberian husky and crazy springer spaniel). Cost was not too bad. Worth every penny to me. $25.00 for a half hour walk and $30.00 for 45 minutes. I sprung for the 45 minutes. Kelly was our our walker and she took great care of our dogs letting them be themselves and taking great pics of them on their walks with huge smiles on their faces. I got daily updates immediately after the walks to put my mind at ease. Will definitely use this service, and Kelly again if I ever go away again!

I do not kennel my dogs, as they both have pretty bad anxiety. I found DogWalkers, specifically Kelsey, and we have never been more relieved to have someone we can trust with our home and furbabies. We just returned from a short mainland trip and found our dogs safe, happy and our home in good order. I was most impressed by the text updates during the trip and status notes waiting for us at home from each visit.

We found out there was a bad storm while we were gone and Kelsey still made it over to take care of our babies. She was even so considerate to use a towel to wipe the dogs feet so they didn't drag in mud from the rain! Very happy overall with the entire process- Erin takes care of the business end- and with our specific Sitter, Kelsey.

This is my second time using their service for my precious cat, Beaches el Gato. Both have been great experiences. My recent cat-sitter, Maureen, sent photos and video every other day throughout my vacation. It was reassuring to see Beaches playing or just posing for the camera. When I arrived back home I was happily surprised that Maureen wrote a note for each day's visit, reporting on Beaches' behavior and noting when she gave him treats. I loved reading the diary of what went on while I was gone! Superb service from the sitters I've worked with and Erin the owner!
