I brought my dog to them about flea problem, and they turned me away and charged me (somewhere around) $90 and told me to buy dog products from Petsmart. They also offered to give me pills for my dog to relieve the itching and told me two refills are free. two months later they charge me for the refills. Don't know if they're sketchy or incompetent, but I'll never come here again.

This place cost my dog his life. They are uncaring and unprofessional. I knew the Dr. Was cold considering she doesn't even want to touch your dog but never thought they would cost my dog his life. First took over a week to get appt. Then had to wait long time. They did blood work and urinalysis. At that point he was drinking alot of water. That's why I took him.

Other than that he acted normal. They said blood work would be back next day. Which meant a Monday. Hey closed Monday, left message saying they'd be in Tuesday. Closed Tuesday. Same message now my dog is going downhill. Quickly. Kept calling. Not open. I paid them alot of money for those test also. They were not there. I tried to find somewhere close to take him on Tuesday afternoon but it got to late. Wed. still closed and no results.

I found someone to take me to another place. A hospital as an emergency because now my dog has spiraled downward so bad so fast he's near death. Turns out that Tuesday was his turning point. He started vomiting and not eating and all bad stuff. He got dehydrated which cause his organs to start failing to the point of no return. When it could have all been stopped with the test results of diabetes and fixed with medication I called original vet Thursday when they were finally open and said because of not getting results my dog is dead.

He says oh sorry about that. few HOURS later vet leaves a message with results of blood test and says call her back. Can't because I'm now blocked they are killers. If you love your pet. STAY AWAY. PLEASE

I have been with this clinic for years. The Vet very nice. Unfortunately she has a very unproffessional staffs and very bad attitude instead treating us with respect as a loyal patient. They reschedule my dog's appt to today @9.50 and we got there on time. But front office said that we dont have any appt which is their mistake did not put in their system and they let us wait for so long and when we ask our turn, with the rude attitude the front lady told us to find another doctor instead accomodate us for their mistake. Ya off course definitely we will look somewhere else without they need to tell us. Doctor should train their staff with a good manner.

Staff are wonderful. Prices are very reasonable and vet is very caring and offers great advice for your furry friend.

I've been taking my 2 dogs to this place since 2009 and my experience has been great & consistent for the most part. The prices are very good, the service at check-in has been decent, and the wait times have been kind of long but severely so. The reason I'm knocking off 1 star is because Dr. Tamura, although she seems competent and very experienced, doesn't spend enough time talking to you about your pet & seems rushed for time.

If you ask her questions, then she'll answer them, which is good, but she doesn't go into much detail after she has just finished examining my dog. So, you might want to do some reading in your own first and come with specific questions.

Great place! Affordable! Appointments are booked way out because they are so good! You can call each morning at 9 AM to see if they have a cancellation, if they have one they will take you the same day you just need to be there by 10 AM! We have taken our rabbits there but they also do cats and dogs and maybe other animals as well.
