VIP Pet Resort

We have used this place since 2002. We have never had any issues at all. My dogs are excited when we get there and to me, that's the best sign that they are treated well. We have one dog that is high anxiety around other dogs and strangers so we use the private suites and she does much better in there.

The best pet boarding facility that we've ever used. Our dogs love coming here. The entire staff is outstanding. Our dogs are tugging at the leash to get inside as soon as we get here. They treat our dogs as if they were their own!

Great experience boarding my two Labrador retrievers! I love that you can have add-on experiences, such as extra play time and even a swimming pool for water loving dogs. They even provided photos of our pups enjoying their play time! Booking was simple and the rates were very reasonable for two nights.

Very nice place, , pet care givers are very friendly and make you feel at ease leaving your fur baby there, especially when it's your first time

Love the way they take care of my fur baby from the time I drop him off til the time I pick him up. They are great and my dog loves them too.

What a disgrace of a business. My mother-in-law had dropped her dog off for boarding over a weekend and drove back early specifically to come pick up her dog on a Sunday. This business states they close at 5, well after she called them multiple times for over an hour, with no answer on her drive to home, she got to the facility before 5. No one was there.

My mother-in-law called again and again, still no answer. I luckily found the owner's number online and was able to get a hold of the owner. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ANIMAL WITH THIS FACILITY, because I can tell you, the owner did not have a bone in her body that cared about this situation. The owner said "I'll check into that." She did not make an apology to us that no one was there to help us even though we called and showed up before their scheduled closing time.

The owner did not offer to make things right, did not offer to come down herself and help my mother-in-law. She did however say "if we get the dog before noon tomorrow, we won't be charged." The sheer audacity of that comment was beyond rude, considering we tried to get her dog on Sunday BEFORE THEY CLOSED. As an owner, she said no idea what managers were working the scheduled shift.

Side note: If you leave your pet here, please know someone isn't on site 24/7, and clearly they leave whenever they want regardless of scheduled business hours. My in-laws have been going to this facility for 20+ years and have taken several dogs they have had over the years here. After this experience, NEVER AGAIN.

The people here were super sweet and very accommodating with my shy and sensitive pup. They were so patient with him. The prices here are quite reasonable. I hate that I live an hour away but in a pinch it will be totally worth coming back and leaving my dog with them for any amount of time.

They treated my kitty with kindness and respect. He was well taken care of and not skittish when I got him home so I know he was treated right. And their prices are reasonable! Clean and great customer care.

Our recently passed away fur baby Lucy loved it there. Now the newest baby goes there and is happy to go! The whole staff is great and accommodating! And the groomer always does an amazing job with his undercoat.

Brought my mini-schnauzer in for grooming. Wanted them to bathe her and give her a haircut. They charged $50! For the service which is average price. I would say they didn't do the best job following our instructions which was to leave her beard long and just clean it up. Instead they kinda chopped it and left it uneven to the point my wife had to fix it when we got home.

The rest of the cut was uneven with longer patches. I will say that the mini-schnauzer cuts is probably one of the harder ones so we are used to having some type of issue every time we get her groomed, and we've had worse but I would say we probably won't bring her back unfortunately. The staff seemed nice enough and were very friendly so that was definitely a bright spot.

VIP is a wonderful place to board your pet. Recently we had to go out of town and board our 4 year old rescue dog. She has been with us almost 2 years and this was the first time away from us. VIP was exceptionally caring and understanding of our worries and concerns and made us feel confident in their care.

They helped me out with so much and took care of my baby like it was theres. Definitely recommend this place.

I would give negative stars if I could. is your pet on a specific diet.this place won't care. they don't even clean the bowls everyday. they use the same dirty nasty food bowls your pets entire stay. most of the staff here have little to no knowledge of taking care of animals. Especially the manger who blantenly knows the least but that is to your advantage since she will take in your in vaccinated pet.

No rabbis shot no problem. Are you paying extra for vip play times. save your money cause most of the time they dont even do them. they will take your pet out for a min to snap a pic and pretend like they did some work. Cleaning is a laugh at best and they don't even scoop yards between dogs. Is your pet on meds? Good luck with that, they will simply throw the meds in with the food and hope for the best. I would highly recomend staying away from this place. vip pet resort should be your absolute last resort.

My Yorkshire Terrier is usually very anti-social, but she enjoys the beautiful walks (we were given photos) and grooming (it helps when we don't have time). It does cost extra for those amenities, however. Overall, I have been a long-time customer and am thoroughly pleased with the service and care my Yorkie has been given. (She is well-fed and given exemplary care here)

Been taking my pets here since road to it was a dirt road all the way from Taylor Rd down Williamson back in the seventies. I still am taking everyone of the doggies to VIP and have always had super service for my pets! The owners have always been very kind people plus the people that work for them too.

The staff is extremely rude, they claimed to leave a voicemail about my appointment but never actually did and had the gall to have attitude with me about it, they are also very overpriced for what they do. They always find a way to up charge for something even though I never notice a difference on my dog. Will not be coming back.

Had a good experience both times we left our dog there. Even a free upgrade to a suite for the dog. Love the report card and pics at the end of the visit. Pricing is a bit high.

Not a bad place for you pets vacation. We have used it several times for both grooming and boarding. It's super convenient since it's outside our subdivision. No 24 hour attendant so if this is a concern you should look elsewhere. My dog always seemed to enjoy it.

While vacationing in Florida earlier this year my wife and I wanted to board our two German Shepard for a few days so we could ride our Harley's and enjoy Daytona Bike Week. My one German Shepherd has severe allergies and requires a special diet and medication. So we are extremely protective on where we leave them. We where greeted and assured by the staff that they would take excellent care of our dogs.

They did just that. Our dogs stayed in one of there luxury rooms with a private yard. When we picked them up they provided us with pictures of our dogs playing ball and a full doggie report card. If you are a over protected animal owner this is the place to leave your fury family member and not have to worry. I would like to say a sincere thank you to the entire staff for taking such great care of Trulla and Uzi.

I boarded my dog here for one night while I went away. I really enjoyed having my pup there however he came home with FLEAS! We now have to spend 60$ for flea treatment for him, our cat, and our house

I got a few of my pups here and loved them for years. I also had them cut my dogs hair everytime I was in the area. Too bad there is not one of these in our area. Staff very helpful and nice. They care about all of our family 4 legged kids as if they were there's. Will definitely come back. They have a good horse lessons to. And horse boarding to. Love this place.

We are very unhappy with your services provided to Riley the past few days. My wife picked him up today at 9:30 am paid $148 and brought home one nasty dirty, mouth sore dog. $105 for boarding, $17 for grooming and $10 for nature walk. THERE WAS NO GROOMING. When we dropped him off we gave the lady instructions on his feeding and his medicines (he has food allergies).

She made us pay a fee for his meds and assured us he would have gotten his medicine during his visit. We even dropped off his vet prescribed food and it looks as if none of it was given to him. He has some really nasty mouth sores that are open and surly caused from food or treats given to him. We told the lady up front he has food allergies and gave instructions to feed him only his food 1 cup 3x a day.

Its obvious that was not followed or he would not have the sores on his mouth. They were not there when we dropped him off. He was not even given his medicine as we instructed. The pill box has just a few taken out of it. Needless to say, we are very unhappy about this visit. Why charge all those extra fees if you are not going to follow through with your charges.

He was not given any grooming and his medicines and prescribed food regime was not followed either. He is very happy to be home and we are glad he is safe but we won't be taking Riley or recommending your service to others. I felt bad enough bringing him to a kennel and then to find him in this kind of shape is sickening. We should have taken the tour of this kennel and I highly recommend you do so before dropping off your pooch or cat. I sure wish we had. Yes the prices are low but your getting exactly what you pay for here. NOT MUCH. A very UN-thank you for your service. M.C

My two dogs are usually extremely skittish and hyperactive, and one of them usually cannot stand strangers. However, this pet hotel is very understanding and simple, and good to the pets. My dogs handle the staff very well. Prices are fair, and grooming services are great. Good if you are going away on an extended trip, but make sure you reserve your pet's stay ahead of time--you don't want it to be full. Highly recommend, I love this place and your pet will too :

I have boarded my dogs years ago with VIP PET RESORT and was happy. This time I checked out other facilities and they didn't compare to VIP. The staff on the phone and then in person were friendly and took me on a tour. The prices were good. I decided to reserve a spot and my dog was there for a week. I will use them again if needed. WOULD recommend

I LOVE THIS PLACE! They have the beat prices around on grooming and boarding. They will take you on a tour if you ask them, they have nothing to hide. They have dog apartments that include a couch, tv, and a walk through nature trails with the techs if you need to board them. They groom and board cats too! The staff is so friendly and sweet. They really care about your pets and your pets experience while in their care! I'll have a hard time finding anyone to top them, not that ill be looking;
