Hanover Your Pet

We have a pitbull mix and Hanover Your Pet claims to accept pitbulls so we were excited! He had been going for months now for daycare, little did we know he was not allowed to interact with the other dogs and his "daycare" was to sit outside in a kennel while other dogs played. If you have rules I understand, I wish someone would've told me months ago that he was not allowed to interact with other dogs, I can respect honesty. I don't respect being told he did great everyday while sitting in a kennel. Just know if you have a Pitbull and want to try out Hanover Your Pet, be aware of this.

Great place, our dogs love playing in the supervised yard with other 4 legged fur buddies.

They took great care of our two Cane Corsos. Had to go out of town unexpectedly. They were able to accommodate us.

We had an acceptable experience here. It was quite busy first thing in the morning, and they seem to be doing a lot of business. We went for grooming services only, and they left my dog's hair a little longer than it should have been in my opinion. Otherwise the experience was satisfactory.

Bella has been going to Hanover Your Pet daycare a few days a week for several months now & she is always happy and well taken care of! Very clean, nice staff, especially Grace who is always welcoming, super friendly and just great with my fur baby! Thanks for peace of mind while I'm at work :-

Our dog was there for a week while on vacation. We called multiple times to check on his eating and were told that he was doing great every time we called. When we arrived to pick him up half of the food we had left was still there and they said that he was put on the checklist because he was not eating and also had kennel cough. After talking to the facility and leaving a Facebook post now we are being harassed saying that we should not have made the post about our experience and the owner deleted their Facebook page. Also my fiance talked to the owner and she got loud and was very rude and unprofessional.

My pet has been to another place for boarding and returned anxious. But when he goes to Hanover Your Pet, he comes home happy. I think he likes it here. Thank you for taking care of my pet.

This place is awesome and l totally feel comfortable leaving my fur baby with this facility. I have relocated to Georgia area now, but King had been coming here for awhile. I have family here so l drive my dog back up here to board him. Sometimes my dog has anxiety so the staff allowed me to carry my pet to his private kennel and place him there with ease and he was okay. The staff really gets to know your pet and takes time with them. My dog means the world to me and l feel comfortable leaving King in their care.

We love to excellent care our dog gets from Hanover Your Pet! She's gone for doggy daycare as well as being boarded overnight a few times and we have been very pleased! My only criticism is that I wish we could do one night of boarding followed by a day of doggy daycare instead of having to pay for 2 nights of boarding if we need to pick our pup up after 12 noon the day after the night she was boarded.

Our Collie and Golden Retriever love it here! They stayed for 9 days while we were on vacation. We paid extra for pool time everyday and they loved it. The cost for boarding is very reasonable. The day care rate seems a little high, but the dogs are happy so we use it when we need to. Staff is great! Manager is awesome! Overall 2 thumbs up. Haven't used the grooming services yet, but just might try them next time!
