Services
We provide same day service for sick/injured pets during regular business hours with no additional fees. Waiting several days to have your pet assessed may result in higher costs and slower recovery time. We highly encourage you to call and discuss your concerns. Together, with your input, we can determine if your pet needs to be seen immediately.
You can rest easy knowing that our veterinary staff is on site. Every aspect of your pet's boarding experience is designed with your pal's health and happiness in mind. Multiple levels for climbing, hiding, perching. Completely separate from those blustering canines, these quiet units house one or two kitties.
Every dog has it's day at The Animal House. Your dog will play indoors and outside in the fresh air with other daycare buddies in a supervised, structured setting. Pets romp on playground equipment, play fetch and tug of war, and in the warm months, splash in a cool sprinkler system and swim in our bone-shaped, in-ground swimming pool.
Most pets enjoy the grooming experience. They relish the extra attention and pampering, and they look and smell marvelous. Grooming is also part of a total health program. Pets that experience regular grooming have healthier coats, cleaner ears, and properly trimmed nails. Our groomers use hand-scissoring techniques for the most professional finish.

I have been getting my polydactyl cats nails trimmed here for 6+ years by one particular groomer. Once she left we have gotten terrible care. I depend on these groomers to take care if her feet since she does not allow me to touch them. The groomer has skipped one of her nails the last few times I was in and it has now impacted her pad. It is a huge thick nail that is impossible not to see.
When I called to get the dates of the last nail trims to give to the vet caring for her I was told I haven't been logged in since January! They said even though they aren't supposed to I've been getting charged through a "generic" account. So there is no record I have been there for 6 months. So a $15 nail trim that wasn't actually done will now cost me hundreds and my poor cat doesn't deserve this. I have tried to attach a picture of her foot with no luck.

I've been using Animal House for daycare, boarding, training and grooming for 8-9 years now and I've never been anything but impressed with them. You don't have to just take my word for it, take my dogs, they are beyond excited when we go there for whatever service we need. The training is top notch and the grooming is also great. I highly recommend them.

I am very disappointed with my recent grooming experience. I took our Shih Tzu to Golrusk for years and thought I would try our Animal House being that it is closer to home. I'm not sure why, but they decided to go against a traditional Shih Tzu haircut and disregarded my preference. My dog looks ridiculous as they trimmed his ears so short, he looks like a pinhead. I would not recommend the grooming service.

Seems like a nice place, and I have no doubt the dog was treated well (although when I came in I saw a staff yanking and dragging an unwilling dachshund across the floor vs like maybe picking the small dog up.? as what dog isn't willing to leave it's owner and go back to the kennel? yikes) at least for the other patrons to see that? but keep in mind everything is EXTRA per day.
Any play time.extra, private time to just get some interaction besides feed and water. extra. Boarding only includes letting them out 3x a day for bathroom breaks and otherwise they essentially sit in a glass room, which is really disappointing as this place was recommended to me. I think for the monumental price of 180 bucks for 4 days. I'll go back to poochies and mutts which I thought was expensive but it's all included.at least and a lot less.

We had to bring three dogs there to board last minute and they were available to help, showed very nice professionalism and courtesy when bringing the dogs in. I also asked for a tour which they did it was very nice. The facility is set up very nicely and we were excited to leave the dogs in a good facility!
