Aquarium Concepts is a premier aquatics store, proudly serving the Shreveport-Bossier area since 1984. By offering a wide range of custom living reefs, live corals, marine fish, cichlids, filters, food and accessories we are able to cater to the advanced aquatic enthusiast. We have experience with products and services for both custom home aquariums and larger commercial aquariums. We provide installation, set up, and delivery locally for personal aquariums, as well as nationally for commercial tanks.

Aquarium Concepts, established in 1984, is located at 2110 E. 70th Street in Shreveport, LA. We have been in business for over 35 years, and have the hard-working and experienced staff to show for it. We manage and set up everything from business and personal aquariums to commercial displays. Delivery, setup, and commercial maintenance are also available.
In addition to supplying you with the items you need to set up your own aquarium, we also offer a variety of services to aid you in the set up and maintenance of your aquarium. We can deliver, set up, and maintain your aquarium for you locally in the Shreveport/Bossier area. We also offer aquarium set up and delivery nationwide.
Aquarium Concepts offers Aqueon all glass aquariums in a wide range of sizes as well as black and oak trim styles ranging from 10 to 200 gallons. Large aquariums feature one-piece center-braced frames that eliminate glass bowing. We offer standard sizes and custom built aquariums of almost any size or dimension.
Since our beginning, Aquarium Concepts has had one goal in mind, to promote and grow the hobby of aquarium keeping. To help us accomplish this goal, we added aquariums from Deep Sea Aquatics (DSA). We offer all the support you need from design, delivery, and setup. If you would like to learn more, please come by our store and we will be happy to help.

This store is great! I started a new African cichlid tank. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All fish have been in the tank for over a week and all are extremely happy and healthy. If you are looking for a good fish and supplies this is the shop for you. Also extremely military friendly.

Was looking for a upgrade from my 40 gallon so I stopped by here. Scott is a very friendly person who had been in business for several years. He was about to get me a sweet deal on a 90 gallon with a beautiful stand. I would recommend anyone who is getting into the hobby to stop by as he has several options in the store. Extremely impressed with the knowledge and overall experience I had from visiting aquarium concepts. I went into the shop wanting to gain some pointers on putting a aquarium in the front of my business and the owner walked me through the entire process and even made me a deal I couldn't pass up. Hands down Aquarium Concepts is a local gem to Shreveport Bossier. The owner, Scott, knows his stuff and is definitely a great resource for veteran and novice reef and fresh water tank hobbyists! Military friends, healthy stock, and overall just a solid place to get everything you need for your tank!

I traveled from Texas and stopped in to check out the store. It's locally owned with a nice selection of fish, coral, equipment, and service. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and spends time with you answering your questions. I highly recommend him for your fresh or saltwater needs. It's worth the drive!

Me and my husband came here to look at a stand for a tank but ended up buying the stand and a brand new tank. The owner Scott had a wonderful deal on a 90 gallon tank. The staff was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend for all your fish supply needs. Had some very beautiful colorful fish. The owner loves and supports our military. Locally owned and operated!

I'm really impressed with how well this tank turned out. Scott was kind enough to help me out after I had my old one bust and needed a new one asap. I even got a new skimmer which is SO easy to work. A few of my fish are from scott & are still going strong and healthy after 2+ years. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone looking for new tanks and healthy fish! He also has a really reliable service route. Thanks!
