Canine Sports Academy

Took my four month old Belgian Sheepdog to the beginning puppy lessons and he had fun every time! Great opportunity for puppies to socialize. I can tell my puppy gets more confident playing with other dogs and even dog owners as time goes by.

I am using Canine Sports Academy to train a second dog. The instructors are knowledgable and helpful, making it fun to train. I highly recommend this training facility.

I brought my dog here for Basic Obedience 1 and I currently have him enrolled in Basic Obedience 2. They are great about training you, as a dog owner, on how to handle your animal. I'm happy with the progress we've made, and will note that you can't expect a miracle if you only bring your dog for class. You have to work with your dog daily at home with what you've learned in class. It's a great bonding experience for you and your pet, and I will most likely enroll again for continued CGC training and/or refresher courses.

The lady was very rude got upset because my dogs rabies tag was taped to the certificate and it made it hard for her to make a copy. When I explained we were with rescue and out vet does that for us because we bring in several dogs at a time and it makes it easier than a hand full of tags. She said well it didn't make her job any easier and it made the copy dark. I said well just take the tag off the paper she came uncorked.

Emailed with this company to inquire about agility training for my dog, was met with such negativity and rudeness that I did not even bother to continue with the correspondence. It is the twenty first century and we are living in the most capitalist country on earth. There are a myriad of positives and negatives associated with that fact, but the primary benefit in this situation is that we can choose not to do business with rude, snobby, bitter pee-ons.

The woman at this place seams to have forgotten that we have social media, and her bad attitude and business practices can be spread like wildfire, which would be very bad for her soon to be (if not already) floundering business. I would give zero starts for complete lack of customer service, but that is not an option.
