For nearly two decades we have offered cage-free play and cozy overnight stays to happy, well-socialized dogs. The staff is excellent and truly cares for the animals! This experience has benefited me and my dogs: socialization and exercise for them, and freedom and emotional comfort for me. I know they are well cared for while I am away. I only wish I had discovered Funnybones sooner. I bring Chloe for safe, fun day play so she is not alone on the days that I work. The staff treats Chloe as if she were their dog - she feels very loved!

Millie was a rescue we got at 11 weeks old. She was neglected and abused and we have really worked to get her feeling safe and loved. Without a doubt the one place she is eager to 'go' to is Funnybones. She loves her play days at Funnybones and we love the staff there. They know Millie by name and welcome her with open arms every time they see her. tail up and wagging EVERY TIME!

My boarding experience was a hot mess. Never once was I told that the dogs were boarded for 11 hours at a time. Very few dogs can hold it that long. When I called, a gentlemen who referred to himself as "the owners father"' was rude, dismissive and condescending. I paid for my dog to be bathed before being returned and she came back smelling of urine and her crate bed so heavily soiled with urine we had to leave it outside.
She stays crated for extended times and has never peed in her crate. This place is raggedy - from the equipment, to the communication, to the care to the father of the owner. Never again.

I dropped off my 7 month old puppy two days in a row. The second day he was COVERED in pee. My white dog was now yellow and soaked in it when they gave him back to me. When i addressed this to the owner's husband he was EXTREMELY rude. His response was "he's a dog." He also doesnt know how to talk to customers. He made it very clear they don't watch the dogs all day.
He doesnt know how to use indoor voice as he needs to scream at you. My poor dog was sick for a week after being here. I care alot about my puppy as if he was my son. Trust me when i say this but If you care at all for your dog do not take him here!
