My name is Brianna Kemerer and I am the former owner/founder of Spoiled Paws, Inc. I have loved animals all of my life and enjoy spending time with them. I started Spoiled Paws in 2002 because a year prior I was going on a vacation and my 6 month old puppy, Femi could not come with me. Unknowing, I took Femi to a vet to have her boarded for the weekend.I was devastated when I picked her up the following Monday to find that she was pawing and barking at the cage for days. She pawed so hard at the cage that her nails were at their quick.

Spoiled Paws provides many services for your convenience. With each of our services we provide a Daily Diary that explains all the activities and time spent with your pet. Spoiled Paws provides quality, reliable care for animals while their owners are away. In-home pet sitters allow the pet to remain in it's own environment rather than taken to a kennel situation.
Pet Nutrition is something that is overlooked in many of our homes. Pet food companies lead us to believe that what we are feeding our pets is the best food possible. Have you seen the Beneful commercial? All those green veggies & chunks of meat? Don't let them fool you! Pet food is a 26 Billion dollar industry - it is second to oil!

Spoiled Paws is an amazing pet sitting service! Jeni is extremely organized and her attention to detail made our vacation so relaxing. I am very protective of my dogs and cats but with Jeni taking care of them, I was really at ease. From the moment I filled out the extremely detailed information sheet regarding each of my pets individual needs. Jeni met with us and met each of the animals.
We had her come a couple of times before we went on vacation so that she could build a relationship with our pets. Our dog is not trusting AT ALL and Jeni never gave up trying to build a relationship with her. By the end of our vacation, Jeni was walking her, able to hand feed her treats, and able to pet her. I am so thankful for Jeni and Spoiled Paws. I can go on vacation and knowing that my pets get to stay in their own home with amazing care!

Upon first look at the company website, this place seemed like the perfect fit for us. We needed a mid-day dog walker during the week while away at work. The service area provided on the website included Duluth, where we live (*we since suggested to the owner that she update her website to say 7 miles, which it did not previously state). With high excitement upon finding a great place to take care of our dog, we emailed the company.
We were then told they only service 7 miles surrounding their location. We are 8 miles away from Suwanee Town Center and were told we are too far for their service. To me this is shows no consideration for bringing in new business and a poor business model. I can't fathom that a mile is such an extreme as to turn away new clientele.
