The staff is caring and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and get to know my pets. One of my pets has high anxiety related to the vet. The staff was very gentle and understanding of his needs. I felt cared for and understood. I was very happy with my experience there.

First started going here when the rescue I got my two cats from recommended them. I love going there as do my animals. They're so attentive and actually care about your anmals and not about making money. Ally is especially great, shes so welcoming and knowledgeable! We love companion animal hospital!

The whole team is really great. They are very kind and gentle with our two little dogs. They make things as painless as possible when they have to do some not so pleasant things, like shots and blood draws. Dr Tucker is wonderful!

Dr Tucker and the incredible staff at Companion Animal Hospital are really on top of today's veterinary care and products, have great knowledge and compassion of pet and owner experiences, and truly care about their clients! We are super happy that we decided to switch and go there!

Our visit was wonderful. The vet spent lots of time with us and didn't try to push us into pricey treatments we didn't want or need. So many newer vets and places do that now and it gets expensive and frustrating. I really liked this place and recommend it highly to all. It's our new vet clinic! Thank you! :

I brought one of my dogs there for her annual exam and vaccines, and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. My other dog just had a procedure done here and they were all so patient and gentle with her, as she's a pretty anxious, reactive dog. They were both wonderful experiences and im looking forward to making them my permanent choice in clinics!

Dr Tucker and staff have cared for our cats for many years. They take wonderful care of our cherished pets, but also all of us (we're crazy cat people)! They have the utmost compassion and are always quick to follow up with us.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors are prompt and explain things fully and in language anyone can understand. My dogs tooth fractured and they promptly answered my call, had me bring her in so they could look at the injury and made sure she was okay. They always check in on us after our sick visits. I love the kindness and consideration exhibited by all doctors and staff!

Everyone is so caring and answered all my questions. They make you feel so comfortable and are so loving with your pets. I highly recommend them for your pets. Staff is amazing

At first, my dog seemed fine going here. I always had great experience with staff. But, after switching vets due to work, I was unaware of how traumatic the vet has gotten for my boy. He was prescribed anti anxiety meds for vet visits now by my new vet who practices fear free. I would have appreciated the "heads up" about the visits becoming stressful for him as well as him needing a muzzle because of it.

Before curbside started and we were able to go in, he never had issues, but once curbside started, these issues seemed to arise. Being more open with clients about their animals would be appreciated by most I'm sure.

We are so well taken care of and love our vet and the assistants! They are SO kind to Gus and he's always excited to come to the vet even after he gets shots. :

I love Companion Animal Hospital, and have been taking my cats there for over 20 years, they take wonderful care of my kitties. Dr. Pagel and his team are wonderful. I have learned many cat care tips and tricks from them. I would recommend them to anyone on the West side of Madison

I've had 4 pets seen at Companion & they've always had good care for check-ups, teeth cleanings, & surgeries. They have referred us out for more complex treatments as needed & when one cat was seriously ill showed us how to administer subcutaneous fluids & medications at home. They've always been very responsive & realistic about treatment options and the limits of treatment as well.

As a new customer bringing in a newly-adopted cat, both Dixie and I were treated with courtesy. The staff answered all of my questions and did not rush through the exam. I was very impressed with the care that Dixie received, and I will be taking Dixie back to Companion Animal Hospital in the future.

Companion Animal Hospital has been wonderful. Every time we have been there, they have shown outstanding customer service/kindness towards us and our pets. Everything is straight forward and honest. They are always quick to respond to our questions about our pets in emails and we appreciate the check-up calls after bigger visits as well. Continue what you are doing! You have been amazing.

I had the best experience! They took such good care of my 12 year old kitty and my recently adopted kitten. The staff are super friendly and compassionate. They went above and beyond. I will be taking both of my babies here for as long as I am in Madison! if I could give more stars, I would.

Recently took Midnight (our cat) for her annual check-up. As much as I hated just waiting in my car during the check-up, it was what was needed during this time of Covid-19. The doctor and I interacted via cell phone. So all of my questions and concerns were able to be covered. Even payment went smoothly. I am in my 70's and very careful about being safe and staying socially distanced from others. The doctors and staff at Companion Animal Hospital are doing a fantastic job. I am so happy to still be able to take complete care of my fur baby. Thanks CAH.
