An internet shortage left me receiving no calls, which ultimately left me 30 minutes late to my appointment. Even with the time conflict, Kerri (the owner) was still able to take care of my 2 dogs. She is an excellent groomer and is very passionate about what she does and it truly can be seen through her work. Whenever I come back home, I make it a priority to visit this place.

It's also worth mentioning that the staff is very friendly and accommodating, every time you enter they all smile at you. Kerri and staff, you rock, thank you for all you do:))

I am very happy with the grooming that was done on my dog. I have a 2 year old 90lb Mala-doodle who has never been professionally groomed and was terrified when I brought her there! I had to leave her there and my husband picked her up a few hours later and to my surprise. He said they told him that she was good and she looks beautiful. I am very very happy with the business and will recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks again!

Critical: Reliability, Responsiveness I have been a customer of their mobile groomer for 2 years. suddenly they canceled my appointment because of being short handed. I'm now without a groomer since I don't own a car. My small dog was very antsy so I even stayed in the van to help calm him.nobody calls me back.

We rescued a puppy less than 2 months ago that had not been well-cared for. He had been to the vet several times for shots and they tried to clip his nails multiple times without results. I called Wags to Riches and told them about our puppy, his issues with touching his feet, and they suggested we came in within 2 different time windows. Within minutes of arriving the owner came out to meet us and tell us next steps.

They were amazing with him- he wasn't easy at first- even if it took three people. We were able to get his nails clipped for the first time and will be back in the future no question. Highly recommend

Shanna did an AMAZING JOB on our 2 toy poodle. Very patient and caring towards us and the pets. I've never seen these girls looking so good. I definitely recommend Shanna for your grooming needs!
