Please allow up to 14 days from the order date for your order to be shipped or ready for pick up. In store items are available for store pick up, or 3 to 4 days parcel shipping.

I was so happy to find JEDD's! I live in Alaska and feed Leach brand parrot god to my birds, but the pandemic had Leach stop doing direct retail shipping so I needed to find another source. During a trip to the L.A. area I used their store locator to find a place to get it. Went to a few bird/pet stores and found their selection lacking; most of them told me they haven't been able to get certain types of food and that Leach must be out of them.

This proved to be untrue; I called JEDD's and they had exactly what I needed. When I went in person to pick it up, the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I found that they also have a comprehensive supplements section and a good representation of feeding crocks and dishes. They even thought outside the (shipping) box and came up with the best, least expensive way to get things shipped. Creative problem-solving. Love it!

Ordered 25 lbs of millet got 16 ounces and no answer for days! Left messages nothing this place is a total rip off! Buyer beware

Love this shop! The best place to go for pigeon supplies! Although, the majority of their business comes from online sales, they do get many people walking in to buy their supplies. Last time I was there, it had been awhile, but I was so happy that I took the trip to go there. Mark was incredibly helpful and took a lot of time to get me the correct food for my 2 pigeons. The team is very friendly and goes the extra mile to get you what you need. Thank you, guys, for always being there to help!

Love this place! This was my 3rd or 4th time to Jedds, I normally shop online but I went inside the store today for the first time. I went in asking for high protein count seeds and multivitamins for my VERY picky pigeon. I was asked if I needed help and just explained my situation with my pij Snow, they gave me a 5 pound bag of safflower seeds that they reduced from a 20 pound bag (I have one pigeon so I was grateful) and the multivitamins for free.

Everyone there is so nice. Every time I picked up an order everyone's been super nice and helpful and today was completely unexpected but just goes to show how nice everyone there is. Definitely will be coming back :)

If I could give Jedds zero stars I would. I have been breeding and showing pigeons for over 40 years. I have also bought supplies from Jedds over the years with no issue, including last week. This is why I have to write this review because I have never been treated so horribly. I called the other day and had some questions about their different feeding syringes.

The man who answered the phone admitted her didn't know anything about feeding syringes and put me on hold to find someone who did. Ok, no problem. He then gets back on the phone and says he is going to help me. This is after he admitted he didn't know anything about them. I asked to speak to someone who does and he said I would be speaking to him.

He then gets very aggressive on the phone and hung up on me! I have never had this experience before with any company, but I will never give Jedds another order. Horrible experience

I absolutely Love this place! Carries Royal Feed seed mixes and many health supplements for a wide range of birds. Great prices and nice people :

Top notch service, very helpful and frindley staff, they know all about birds and birds treatments if they are sick vitamins and preventive. The best bird feed store hands down, I live in Corona yet I still make the drive down to Anaheim to buy my items from there, so far I found everything I needed for my Pigeons. Its worth giving it a shot.

I've been ordering online from Jedds for years. I live in MD and products always come quickly. Staff are very nice (I've had to call a few times) and professional. Definitely would recommend to friends! Website needs to be altered for smartphones, freezes or doesn't load for checkout. Works fine on a laptop, though.

So I drove all the way from Glendale to come to Jedds, well worth the drive. Prices are freaking amazing! The selection is immense. I spent a lot of money but my birds are worth it. I had ordered online before and I had a positive experience also but I didn't want to wait so I came straight to the source. Andrew was very polite and helpful and offered suggestions and got me my merchandise from the back. He also helped me put all my feed I bought into my car. I will definitely be coming back once my feed runs out. If you want great prices and a great selection come to Jedds

On Thursday at 4:53 PST I ordered a product from Jedds, paying $57.22 for Next Day Air delivery because it was an emergency. When I tracked the package Friday, there was no record of it with UPS. I called Jedds to inquire, and was told by Andrew that the package went out first thing Friday and would arrive Saturday. His excuse was that UPS picks up from them at 3:30 PST.

There was NOTHING on their website, order form, or in the shipping choices that gave that information. I had every reason to expect that the product would be delivered Friday. Had I known that, I would have ordered from a source that could get it to us immediately; that is our first concern. I told Andrew that because this information was not on their website, a partial refund of overnight shipping costs would be fair.

He said the best they could do is to waive Saturday delivery fees (!) and take $10 off the shipping, and was not apologetic in any way. Needless to say, I am very disappointed by this whole experience and will not be ordering from Jedds again.

Shipment was received on time but damaged. I contacted Jedds via their website and called but received no response. Last Friday I called and a gentleman advised a UPS claim was needed and someone would call me back within the hour. I received no call back. Sent another E-mail this morning. Will post updates as received. UPDATE 4/14 No response from the company.

Down from 2 stars to 1. Update 4/26/2017 A lady called me stating my E-Mails were in the junk folder and would send a replacement since the item was low value. Item received yesterday in good shape. Rate changed from 1 star to 3 as Jedds really needs to improve on communicating with the customer.

I live in California, when my father needs something I just go into the store and purchase it for him then send it off to Las Vegas. He had trouble the other time he ordered something online and never got it. I called and explained the situation the staff was really nice the person helping me replaced the items at no cost! Great customer service.

Thanks, guys at Jedd's! I now realize they are mainly an online and bulk place, but went there today to get some pigeon feed and supplies after rescuing a baby pigeon. Don't remember the name, but a really nice man with beard walked me through the shop and gave me some much-needed freebies. Experts with about 45 years experience, I thank them for the service I got today.

Great prices I'm told for what they have. Lucky to have them within an hour radius rather than waiting on shipment. I would go back, order or call them with any questions. Many thanks, guys! Glad to know you're there!

I went to jedds today to buy pigeon feed. First off there were a few people just standing around that saw me there, and didn't bother to ask me if I needed help. I finally had to say "excuse me" to someone just to get help. Second, there was a man there who was clowning his friend saying that he's gonna be in hell with all the "Catholics" with people of a certain ethnic group.

Not going to say what group so that I don't cause too much trouble. It was somewhat racist, and as a white person myself, I was offended as I am engaged to a person of that group. He went on and on about other people including lawyers in hell. Pretty ignorant, and stupid. If you the employee are reading this, say what you want behind closed doors, but shut your big mouth when customers are around. Also you might want to acknowledge the customer when he/she is standing right in front of you.
