This is a place you can get robbed easily. They would surprise you if you don't ask the estimation in advance. Even you have been to this place for the routine services like nail trim or anal grand express previously, they would still surprise you by charging you the additional "Tech appoint" fee at the time the service is done sometimes. Make sure you ask the price every time even for the routine service to avoid the unpleasant additional charge. Also, the service is terrible.

My dog has a server running nose and seen the vet twice. The vet recommended me to take a $260 Canine upper respiratory PCR test so he could provide a more effective treatment plan so I paid for the temporary treatment + the PCR test close to $500. One week past, my pet was still having server running nose, I called to schedule an appointment to discuss the test result and the more effective treatment plan. However, they wanted me to come in without giving me the test result.

At my scheduled appointment date, I called to double check if the result was available yet but they gave me a very vague "should be ready when you come in". Hence, I cancelled this appointment. I then waited for couple more days and called in to check for next 3 weeks. At the 3rd week, they gave me the other pet's blood test result after my 10th phone call. I had to call in to point this out and finally they admitted they lost my pet's test result and asked me to bring my pet to re-test.

You Very good Dr. Prices are pretty expensive, but they're thorough. I was not so happy with them a couple of years ago, but they changed hands and the staff staff is also sooo much better.

Overpriced and slow customer service. Took 2 hours to draw blood for my bunny (dogs were barking for the whole time which must have frightened my bunny and all smaller pets in the back).

Great staff, skilled veterinary services, very reasonable pricing, answered all of my many questions, took great care of my cat and was able to treat his injury within 30 minutes of calling them, and all the other emergency vets around here were already at capacity for the night so my poor cat would have likely lost an eye if it wasn't for them. Very grateful for them

Same day appointment was provided for urgent care. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The doctor provided timely and accurate help. Prices didn't seem too high. The only feedback I would have is cleanliness of the clinic. All fabric coated seats in the room or waiting area were stained and didn't look clean. Perhaps quick and frequent wash-down between patients and clean plastic chairs would be an improvement.

I'm a first time per owner and I recently took my puppy Tina to get all her puppy shots. They were able to schedule an appointment for me right away and despite being busy they were still kind and great with helping us. The staff is super friendly with all the animals there and they're super helpful with any questions you have!

The ladies that work at the front desk are great, but I just do not trust this vet. First time I went in with my sick dog he diagnosed him with a couple of things, didn't explain what any of it meant, and kept him overnight (over $1000). He told me to put him on a low fat diet of chicken and rice, which after a couple of months I realized was keeping him sick.

When I switched his diet back to normal, he was magically 100% better. He also pressured me into paying for an x-ray that I now realize was not necessary at all. This was my first time going to a vet as this is my first pet, so I was VERY nervous I would be taken advantage of, and I really feel like I was. Edit: I was told my dog had pancreatitis and then colitis (and an enlarged heart), so the fact that on record it says he had gastroenteritis is news to me.

He was on the chicken and rice for the pancreatitis, and then later for the colitis. I didn't show up for the recheck because I had switched his food back and he was better. I did call to ask the doctor to clarify what was wrong with my dog and that still proved to be unhelpful. I tried to communicate. I totally understand that dogs eat crazy things all the time, but I assured the doctor that was not the issue. I'm not claiming that there was any bad faith, I'm just expressing that I did not feel comfortable.

Very poor and heartless service, they literally have no compassion towards young children. Bare minimum presence in the store yet they didn't let a small child in, poor baby was crying in front of the attendant yet he didn't feel anything or let her in. Never coming back to this store.

DO NOT GO HERE. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I brought my 1 year old dog here with a standard ear infection, my regular vet didn't have any appointments for a week and these kinds of infections don't go away without meds. 1. Generally unprofessional conduct. Wouldn't answer my questions sufficiently, took my dog into the back alone and just let him sit and cry for a while (and my dog loves the vet normally), kind of rude in general. 2.

He charged $400 for ear infection medication! Way over priced. 3. He only gave me 7 days of meds, and the ear infection is back. yes, I have to go to another vet to get more meds. Second vet says 10-14 days is standard. 3. He neglected to tell me not to clean his ears again for another month after he applied ointment, the second vet had to tell me after I already had. This negligence has put my dog in pain and cost me another vet bill. Do not go to Silicon Valley Pet Clinic.

ZERO STARS! We brought our puppy in as he swallowed a flex ball and we needed an x-ray. The x-ray showed the ball had expanded in his abdomen and the Doctor recommended surgery to remove it as it could not be passed. They informed us the surgery would be about $4500 and we told them there was no way we could pay that amount upfront if that had any payment plans.

The front desk associate talked to the doctor and they said if we pay half upfront they would allow us a payment plan for the second half and would call us with options later. We left him in their care at about 8:30pm and he was in surgery not too long after. We received a call at 10:54pm letting us know that his surgery was complete and successful and that he was coming out of anesthesia and seemed calm and you would update us in the morning.

We called at 11:22am the next morning to check in and they said he had peed and was doing well. No vomiting or anything and we could pick him up about 3:30pm so they could monitor him through the day. At 1:55 pm we received a call from the doctor letting us know that Dutch somehow got a hold of a suture needle and swallowed it while in their care and that another surgery had to be done.

The doctor was not empathetic at all about the situation and could not answer any of my questions about how this could happen. when I asked "How did he get a needle if you guys are watching him" he responded with laughter and said "he just jumped up and got a needle from a table" which told me nothing. He said there would be no charge/cost for this second procedure.

Our puppy had 2 abdomen surgery's within 24 hours. They took him in to his 2nd surgery at about 2:03pm and said he was out about 3:10pm and that we could come get him at 7pm same day which means they would not be monitoring him after the 2nd surgery for 24 hours like they should. When we went to pick him up we asked about our payment plan options for the initial surgery as they never called us and the front desk associate said she needed to talk to the doctor.

The doctor then came out and told us we needed to pay the second half in full or they will not release our puppy. They completely lied to us about our payment options and now had our dog hostage until we paid the balance. After tons of back and forth and phone calls and the front desk staff rolling their eyes at us we found family to help us pay to get our dog back.

They released our puppy and never apologized for their negligence and didn't even give us proper discharge instructions. At 2am our dog vomited dark brown/red liquid which we could only think could be blood, he vomited again about 30 minutes later some stomach fluids and was clearly crying if pain. They should have monitored him as they did with initial surgery. we are now trying to find follow up care elsewhere.

Follow up care that is only needed because they allowed my dog to eat a needle somehow! This has been an absolute nightmare to say the least. This is my emotional support animal who is only a puppy. We have all been through so much emotional trauma and my puppy physical trauma while dealing with these frauds. They are liars and only care about money.

I still don't have any information about my puppy's stay as they are not responding to my emails. If you care at all for your pets and your emotional well being, Do not bring your pets here!

Beware of this place! This was my dogs primary vet before i finally decided to get a second opinion and take him somewhere else. They told me that they needed to sedate him to run blood tests to see if there are any issues with him. They took X-rays of his heart and then they told me that his heart is enlarged and he needs to be on medication. I was so upset and anxious about this for months and continued to give him medication.

About 6 months later I took him to a new vet to see what they thought and they told me his heart is fine and the only reason his heart was enlarged was because that's NORMAL after you sedate a dog. I feel like they were playing with my emotions to do excessive tests and charge more money. It's also interesting how today I ran into someone at the gas station who randomly told me "don't ever take your dog to Silicon Valley Pet clinic, they messed my dog up and I'm on the way to take him to the emergency room". Very shady business

I was satisfied they could have a same day appt for us. My dog had some allergic concerns and started biting her paws. Doc gave few shots to her, but didn't treat her wound like last time. I was given some pads and spray and asked to clean her paw by myself. One concern I have is the transparency of charge. The clinic charged $95 for exam fee, which was $55 last year. They didn't give me a reasonable explanation.

It's my lifetime regret to visit this clinic. I went there for urgent care and doctor asked to do blood test and X-ray with no follow up on the condition and what we should do or any prescription, my cat recovered by himself on the same day. Eventually, It turns out to be saddle thrombus after two weeks when my cat experienced fatal symptom and we visited a different clinic. Things might be different If the doctor could have be more responsible and give us prescription like blood thinner, I wish I did not choose this clinic in the very beginning and maybe the result will be different.

I cannot thank Dr. Gahra enough for the care he has provided for our animals. Our first time at the clinic was an emergency visit 10 minutes before closing. Our beloved cat was not doing well and Dr. Gahra provided him with so much care and humanity even as we had to make really tough decisions. In one of our darkest moments, Dr. Gahra provided so much safety and consolation.

Since then, we have brought in our other cat and young dog and we have always been welcomed by the doctor with familiarity and genuine care. He never pushes us to pay for services or treatment, he provides care based on what the pet needs, not the highest price he can charge. Don't let the location fool you. The doctor is worth the visit!

Awful experience. The staff is very rude and inattentive. They were continuously charging me for tests with no explanations or reasoning. Finally they refused to provide the correct medical record and test result for me to send to a new clinic. Would not recommend for anyone to go here. It's a waste of time, money and your pets well-being.

Before we came to Silicon Valley Pet Clinic, our husky was misdiagnosed by MedVet. We are forever grateful that we came to Dr. Gahra and that our pet was properly diagnosed and treated within an hour after being seen. Dr. Gahra advised that our dog should be put on IV and hospitalized for at least one night. The next day, they called us and told us we could come by anytime to visit and spend time with our pet.

Since our dog wouldn't eat, he wanted to make sure she eats and no longer has diarrhea before he decides to let her come home with us, so my bf drove home and brought her favorite kibbles and treats, she ate, and they put her back on IV for a few more hours, and at 9:30pm (they close at 10pm), they called and let us know she is okay to go home with us.

We really appreciate that Dr. Gahra took extra precaution and made sure she was 100% okay to go home with us. They could've well easily said that she needs another night and charge us another 500 and we wouldn't even doubt him, but they monitored her situation til the very end to make sure she is okay to go home with us. I would also like to say thank you to the wonderful staff.

They have been so helpful and nice to us while we were at the clinic spending time with our pet. I was crying and losing my mind in the exam room, and the pregnant med tech who works at the clinic (sorry I forgot to get your name) sat down on the floor and started to chat with me and pet my husky, trying to calm us. She was very kind and compassionate throughout the ordeal. Furthermore, since coming home, we continue to call them and we get through quickly and our questions are always answered in a short amount of time.

Medical Malpractice/Error- wrong dosage given Very recently moved into the area and had noticed strange behavior with my dog. Called the clinic and made an appointment to see the vet. Initial thoughts was that the clinic was dirty and everything just seemed unorganized, boy was that only the beginning. Assistant had me use their computer to type in all my own information onto their system.

After such a long wait (even though we were the only ones there) we finally saw the vet and he recommended a immediate surgery on my dog after some testing. I went through with it since after all, he is the vet. Paid $2.5K for the worst service I've experienced in my life. Vet was short and hardly explained anything and staff was not at all professional or even experienced.

I was told to go home while they did the surgery and was given medication to take with me. When I came back I didn't speak to the vet or was even explained how any of it went. The girl at the front desk handed me my dog and told me to go home while handing me another bag of the exact same medication and left. I took both of the baggies home with me (assuming it was on purpose) and administered the first bag throughout the first week.

When we went in for a checkup, we were asked by 3 different people what surgery my dog had had, as if they hadn't documented it. We were told by the vet that we should to continue medication, where I explained that we had been given two bags the day of the surgery. Vet told us to go ahead use the second bag for the second week. After the checkup we compared the bags and realized that the clinic had given different dosages for each of the bags.

One was 0.6 ml and one was 0.3 ml. For that first week, we had already administered the 0.6ml. I called to confirm the amount that should have been administered and they confirmed that it should have been 0.3 ml throughout all two weeks. However, since one of the bags was 0.6 ml, I questioned why I had received double the dosage. They were not able to give me an answer and told me they'd call me back which they never did. Went in for a final appointment to get the staples removed and had to stand for over 40 minutes and never spoke to the vet.

They girl at the front took my dog (had 2 other people come her my dog after this even though my dog was already taken by them) and brought her back without any cleaning after those staples were removed. My dog is only 9lbs and double the dosage could have been dangerous for her. How can a vet clinic have such medical negligence when handing the lives of our pets?! Seems as ownership changed a while back and the majority of the positive reviews are for the old owners. Don't go here if you care about your furry friends.

Every person in the clinic is very attentive and caring. You can accompany your pet through the visit which is pretty unusual during COVID.

This is the only time I left a review: my big cat had some minor throwing out issues and since this is the only place offer urgent clinic. We brought him here with our new kitten who had some running nose. We were charged 1700 immediately for series of testing and treatment. Doctor said our cat needs to stay for a night here. We'd waiting for couple of hours for getting his testing done and 10 mins after I got home.

I got the call saying my cat was on rescue and he couldn't make it after I get back to the clinic. I was trying to recover from the sadness of losing my boy, but I couldn't. Doctor said he died because of emergent cardiac attack. I know he never had such issues before, I don't know what the staff here did to him since I wasn't there, I thought about find a lawyer but didn't since I knew it couldn't bring my cat back. However, what made me really sad is that the doctor said he will refund us for the part of testings my cat didn't have a chance to do. Now, it's been almost 5 months, I still didn't get the refund.

We came here several times, every time the people here were too busy to take care of our refund. The reasons were always like "our accountant was not working today", "need to check with the doctor" etc. I had so much bad experience with this place.

The only good thing about this place is that they have a lot of availability, probably because they don't have a lot of returning clients. This place is awful. They're very unorganized, ridiculously expensive, and try to sneak in hidden charges without consulting pet owners. It seems they have over 10+ "employees" in their clinic at all times, but only one lady (who's very nice, 5 stars for her) seems to know what's going on.

The vet has a creepy vibe and never really seems to fix my kitties' problems, and doesn't educate owners on how to care for their animals. Save your money and your pets and avoid this place at all costs.

This place is very overpriced and the care is minimal. I always had to wait 30+ minutes even though I made an appointment. My dog was losing hair so we took her to this clinic. We spent over $600 to get tested and get medicine. We also had to call multiple times to find out the result as they did not call back or email results in timely manner. Nothing improved.

The doctor said he told me to bring her back in a month, but I do not remember him saying that. There is no proof that he recommended me that since they never sent me email or call back. When I went back this time and spent over $200, I specifically asked the doctor to send me an email with instructions on what to do/after visit summary. I received no email.

With my other elderly and sick dog, we called to find out how much it would cost to put him to sleep. They quoted $600. We shopped/called around and found out other places were charging 1/3 of the price. We will not return. There are many better vets with better price.

I'd give negative stars if I could. I just read the negative reviews for the posts regarding sedation for pets and how some of them have died here at this clinic. Pet owners beware, don't take your loved ones here. They overcharge and don't even explain/tell you what they do. Also automatically entering a room counts as examination, like what? The doc didn't even do anything besides pet my baby and then try to take it back for examination. Worst place ever

So, the Dr. (who you never see) is fine. He seems fine - they typically do the exam and you can't see any of it so I'm making the assumption he's doing fine. This place is not only overpriced (seems under priced at first, but just wait), but the majority of their staff is nothing short of incompetent. I've given this place a chance myself multiple times.

Since it's close by, I decided to have others take our dogs to these people because I didn't want to be biased against the staff. NOPE - both other people who took our dogs had similar or worse issues with these people! Some examples: 1. never notifying us that there was an emergency situation so we would end up waiting for over an hour OUTSIDE. 2. charging us for things we didn't purchase. 3. staff taking 20+ min to figure out how to use the computer (no exaggeration) 4. staff ordering ongoing FELINE prescriptions for dogs. 5. staff ordering 1 instead of 12 month worth of refills requiring more work on customer end. 6. charge for every visit (even though EVERY other vet clinic doesn't do this under specific circumstances). the list really goes on. the staff (exception eric + one other girl who is a sweetheart) are condescending when in fact, they are the ones at fault or aren't able to comprehend simple concepts.

Dr Gahra saved my pups life. Plain and simple. It cost me a fair amount of money, but I definitely don't feel taken advantage of. It costs money to run a business no matter how noble your line of work. Fact of life. Let me tell you about the most expensive fishing trip I've ever taken my kid on. Or anyone on. And it was relatively local!

My kid had a lax day at school and I was excited about my new hunting pup I've been working with for the past few months so I let him play hookie from school on a Friday and we go fishing in a couple of spots in Los Banos before a Saturday duck hunt. While we're out fishing we were on one particular bridge that was absolutely littered with anchovy parts from previous fishermen.

My pup Hank and I play the "drop it" game a couple times and he spits out anchovy parts a couple times and I say F this place let's try somewhere new. So we continue our fishing adventure and our weekend is shaping up great. 3:30am Saturday morning Hank pukes on me. We have a great hunt and Hank gets breakfast which he throws up shortly afterwards.

We head home. Years ago I had read some story about some family that had gone to the Sierras and their dogs got real sick on raw fish they had caught while camping. I hadn't thought of that story in years but sure enough Hank kindles up that memory and I'm sure he's sick on fish parts. My wife produces Silicon Valley pet clinic out of nowhere and I call them up and bring Hank in.

I explain my story and they set me up with Dr. Gahra. Dude comes in and right off the bat is laying on the floor cuddling with my dog and creating a good relationship with him. He explains to me common sense practices to explore Hanks problem and does some X-rays. Sure enough he's got a foreign body in him and he's going to need some help. Hank goes in for surgery and they find some green rag in his stomach, and a freaking fish hook in his intestines!

All in all Hank ended up staying three days with them, we've been in a bunch of times getting staples removed, checkups, the whole nine and every time Hank is pumped to be there and see all his friends again. Whitney called me with updates on the regular and I'm 100% sure that my little man was doted on the entire time he was with them. It wasn't a fun experience but all in all I'm glad I met someone in town that gives me the confidence that I'm getting a fair shake with them at the end of the day.

I went to this vet clinic yesterday. The staff at the front were nice and caring. I had no problem with them. My problem was with the doctor. I had gone in because my bunny onyx hadn't been eating. He also had low energy, yellow gunk coming from his eyes and poop that was softer and clinging onto his fur. We got the room and waited which I had no problem with because I understand it gets busy.

Then someone walked in and said here is the estimate for a mass removal. I was shocked because i had never been there before and confused. After we realized what happened and that it was an honest mistake the lady left. Again she was not rude she just made a mistake which I understand. Then the doctor came in. He acted like he was afraid of my bunny.

Now my bunny is about 3 months old and is a Holland lop. Very friendly but the doctor seemed to be afraid to touch it. I was shocked. I even asked if the doctor wanted me to hold the rabbit for him and he said no. He petted my bunny 2x and listened to only the heart for a good 2 seconds. Which in my opinion is too short. He didn't feel the stomach or check eyes ears or mouth.

After that the doctor saw the poop that was stuck onto his fur and said oh this is diarrhea. Although in my eyes it was still formed just softer than normal. He then after his very small exam prescribed me 2 medications that I will share a picture later of. I don't understand how the doctor was ready to prescribe all the medications when he didn't even do a proper exam.

So I left paid and set up an appointment with my normal vet (Miramonte vet) and said I needed to be seen as soon as possible. They got me in this morning Saturday. The doctors did a whole exam and said well based off this exam it could be serious and now they are running test and he said that the medication that they gave me at the other vet would be useless and that they gave me dog medicine, which I knew but they told me it was used for rabbits too).

I don't understand why they wouldn't have ran those at the other vet but frankly I am glad they didn't because it probably would have been all wrong. Please don't bring your pets here. The prescribed my bunny medications that would not help him. I am appalled and upset. It's my baby and they didn't even do a proper exam. They prescribed me what feels like random medication. I am very disappointed and concerned with how the doctor treated poor onyx.

Best damn pet clinic I have been to! From the moment you walk through the door with your furry little friend till the time comes when they check you out, you can rest assure that your pet will receive nothing short of professional medical attention, loving care by one of the many vet assistants(a couple pretty cute ones too!) Who treat our loyal, loved & injured Lil furry friend, who depends on us & trusts that we are going to get them fixed up and back to their healthy and energetic life style!

There even came a point when someone called in to see if they would take a drowned kitten! The assistant assured the caller that they would do all they could to save the poor little kitty & rallied up all the other assistants that weren't busy with any other patients at the time. they all waited right there in the lobby until the kitten was rushed to the door, handed off to the closest vet assistant & all the medical staff disappeared through the door leading to the O.R room!

From the look of that poor Lil kitty as it was handed to the assistant to the time they rushed it to the back, I have to say, it did not look good for the poor thing! I will have to get an update during my follow up for my pet, buddy & best friend! They really took good care of my dog & even we're kind enough to see if we needed anything! The facility is kinda small with limited parking but, it's very clean, nice & cool in there too!

The rooms were spacious, equipped with all the needed medical necessities to tend to whatever they needed to! This is definitely my go to clinic if I ever need to take my dog in again!

I went to show my old foster dog (Terrier mix) since he had lump in his rear. Dr. Gahra is amazing and staff is also very professional and amazing. They charge $55 for general check up. They were open on a Sunday that was awesome and took us in quickly. I would recommend this clinic for any pet parents.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Do not take your pet here! I waited for an hour, when I already had an appointment. Dr. Gahra just took a look at my pup and charge $55. He wanted to do a full eye exam on my pup and he was going to charge me $300+. I refused his service and his personality and mood instantly flipped. That just shows all he wants is money. You can go somewhere else that will charge way less than this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC! HE'S MONEY HUNGRY!

I will definitely warn all of my friends and family about this place. Update responding to Dr. Gahra's comment: I was never informed by the receptionist on the phone nor in person that I was going to be charge $55 for a "consultation". If I was informed I wouldn't even take my pup here in the first place. Or would I complain about the consultation being $55, if I was informed.

I told the receptionist no one told me and she apologized for that. I took my pup to Animal Health Center and they did not charge for consultation. They gave me eye antibiotics & did a full eye exam for only $60.

One of my friends referred me about silicon valley pet clinic and gave me the reference for Dr. G. It was a pretty excellent experience. As I'm a breeder i went in here for a c-section surgery for my angel it went very well. Dr. G did the exam well and i liked the way of perception he has towards his work. Surgery went great. The puppies are healthy now. Thanks a lot Doctor and staff members.

At this point I am unsure how they run their clinic and would give ZERO stars if I could. My dog has experienced alopecia in the last half year. We took him to get blood work and lab tests done at this clinic over a week ago. The vet told us he would have results to go over with us in about 4 days. After 5 days, there was no answer and we had to call the clinic to follow up.

After 6 days, still no update. After 7 days, we got in touch with the front desk of the clinic to which they said they can forward us the test results but are not able to review them with us since they are not allowed to do so. She mentioned that he's "busy" and will call us back later in the day. Guess what? No call We called again and they said he will call us back in the morning for sure.

Next day (at this point it's been over a week since the visit) there still has been no call from the vet. It's almost 10 pm as I write this. I have been on the phone with them for two hours and still not a peep from the doctor One of the front desk techs/receptionist had told us along the lines of "if something was wrong or there was needed medication, the vet would have called to update you immediately.

But since there is no call/follow up then it should not be too worrisome" EXCUSE ME - we spent hundreds of dollars to get tests done. It's great that the tests do not point to anything extremely concerning (skin cancer, etc) but it does not excuse the lack of care or follow up with his patients/clients. We are totally left in the dark and it should not take 10+ calls to try to get a hold of this vet. WE STILL HAVENT RECIEVED A CALL BACK AT THIS POINT.

What is the point of getting lab work done if the vet won't review them with you. My job is not to chase after the vet to get feedback on the health of my dog. They're open 12 hours a day 7 days a week and can't even review test results? I will be submitting a formal complaint to the California Veterinary Medical Board

My initial visit with this clinic back in August was good. They managed to squeeze me in the day I called in and treated my pet promptly. This time around has been a disaster and I'm left upset and disappointed-- and I am a very patient individual. I brought in my dog last week and had lab work for which I should've received results for in the following days.

After hearing nothing, I called for the results and a verbal from the doctor and was told they would be emailed to me. Unfortunately, the vet was too busy to give me a call. Since then, I've been playing a rollercoaster of a chase with this vet and have been told that countless times that he's too busy and would call me back later that day.

This went on for a few days and today marks 6 days now that I've been waiting to hear from him. In fact, I've called 4-5 times today and have been put off with guarantees by the front desk that he would get in touch with me tonight. It's almost 10pm now and guess what? Nothing. My dog's care and the doctor's communication have been abysmal. I paid over $800 for that 1 hour visit + lab tests and expected to have thorough care for my pet. That did not happen. Do yourself a favor and try somewhere else.

Unfortunately, we had to take our Alaskan husky here a couple of times for urgent care. During an emergency, we never had to wait too long. They were able to take us in and see our pet within 20minutes from us calling. All the staff are nice and provided great service, especially during a time when we are stressed out about our dog. Dr. Gahra is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

He and his staff patiently answer all our questions and thoroughly go through all the treatment options for our dog. When presented with options, they were there to provide us with explanations and guidance but never pressured or forced us to do anything. We, as the owners, ultimately have the final say for everything. I deducted 1 star because the place seems understaffed.

The staff are sometimes a bit disorganized, but that is probably because they are constantly running around juggling all the different patients. Occasionally, they say they will follow-up with us but then forget to ever call. It can also be hard to get a hold of Dr. Gahra on certain days if he has too many back to back operations. Overall, I am pretty please with my experience here and they have greatly helped my dog!
