Do NOT board your dog here! They have lost 3 dogs in just the last 6 months and never did anything to help recover them! No social media posts, no help hanging flyers, no help looking. Nothing but radio silence like it never happened. I have never known a company to care less about the animals in their care, it's downright shameful.

Crap way to run a business. If we make mutual plans to be there at 7am, it is expected someone to be there. And please don't call us the liars. If you have a requirement of a certain vaccine for the dog, then make sure the customer knows. This was never told to us. If you require specific paperwork to be filled out and signed, make sure you tell the customer. Again, this was never told to us. You may have a good boarding facility and maybe you groomer it good but your communication skills are lacking! Lacking to the point of stupidity!

Everyone at Edmond Pet resort cares for our dog like she's royalty. We have been taking our 9 year old English bulldog since she was a puppy and she can't get inside quick enough when we pull up to get inside and go play. I've taken my dogs to board here off and on for quite a while (I prefer to have a house sitter if possible). It's clean and the front desk is courteous. My dogs have always come back healthy and don't seem overly stressed or upset. My only complaint? I think they need video cameras. I want to be able to see my dogs!

I took my dog in for grooming. When I put her in my car, I realized that there were still huge clumps of hair all over her. Needless to say that my dogs white hair got all over my black interior. I then noticed her collar was missing. I called and asked to speak with the manager and was told to wait on a call back. I never relieved one after three days.
I called again, this time inquiring about my dogs missing collar. They found it and said they would mail it to me. After a week I still didn't have it. I finally made a trip up there and they still had it sitting on the counter. I once again inquired about a refund for the service that was subpar and told them about having to clean the clumps of hair out of my interior.
They sent me away. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a hateful, disrespectful letter from the owner taking about how my dog desperately needed a groom and that I just expected her to pay to have my car cleaned. AVOID this place at all costs!

I had used them a couple times in the past, but after this last visit NEVER again. I got there, and had to wait twenty minutes for my dog to be ready. That was ok. They brought her out and she had the little bandana they put on the dogs on, so I didn't notice that they didn't put her collar back on. I paid and left. After one block of driving I rolled down the window and hair started flying EVERYWHERE!
It was as if they didn't bother to brush my dog after they trimmed her hair. I immediately called and was told to call back the next day and speak to the owner. When I called back the next day I was told the woman I had spoken with the previous afternoon WAS the owner. When I finally was able to talk to someone that would actually speak with me, they were extremely rude.
I will never take my dog to them again, and encourage you to think very strongly before you take your's. The rudeness, the extreme amount of hair that came off of a dog that doesn't shed, and the fact they never actually mailed the collar back like they said forcing me to purchase a new one (because I refuse to step foot in their business again) made it the worst experience I have ever had with a locally owned business.
