As we move forward in the new year, the demand for veterinary services continues at a high level. Keeping our veterinary clinic open to care for our patients during staffing limitations has been our top priority. Our clinic has had an increase in phone and email volume, causing long wait times and limits our ability to answer multiple calls coming in at the same time. We apologize for these frustrations.

Services
There is no substitute for a hands-on examination with a qualified veterinarian that you trust. A yearly complete physical examination is recommended for most pets, but senior pets should be examined every 6 months. Pets age much more quickly than humans and by thorough examinations and preventive care, we can help keep your pet healthy for many years.
Client Care Representatives are more than just receptionists! Though they are the part of the team who book your appointments, they are also the ones that answer your questions and concerns when you call or come in. They help look out for the special, individualized needs of you and your pets. You can always count on the bright, smiling faces of our Client Care team.
Our Patient Care Team loves your animals like their own, because they love animals. They fully support each of our veterinarians and know what each doctor needs, sometimes before they do! They value their work and provide value to the team, so they rarely let the team down. We have had technicians make it into work during blizzards and with the flu when they felt concerned that there wouldn't be enough staff to care for hospitalized patients.

We love using this hospital for our pets, Dr. decker saved one of our pets lives and helped give him a little longer happier life. I really wish it was not so difficult to make an appointment though I can never get through to anyone, it takes me about 2 days of calling at different times before I can get anyone.

We had a medical emergency the other day I gave them a call and they had us come right in no waiting or anything. Unfortunately we had to have our 12 year old baby dog put down and the staff and Dr. Palmer were very compassionate and caring during this extremely difficult decision they were gentle and showed our baby girl the love and respect she deserved. They got her cremation and everything set up for us and made sure to promise us we would get her ashes back

Only been there for vaccines but lately they've been slacking hard on calls and call backs. Tried booking an appointment 3 times. 2 times where trying to reach their phones and no one answered even though I've called multiple times. And 1 time going through their website and filling out their form to call me back. Never got a call or email. Bouta just go to PetSmart or something

I have been using this vet for over a year now. the service and treatment of my dogs has been adequate. They are nice people. However, they don't monitor their prescription call in line. Have made three calls in 10 days and have yet to get a response. In general, they are difficult to get on the phone. Being busy is no excuse. High call volume is no excuse. Please respect the abundant business coming your way by improving; hire more people if need be.

I hate to write this, I really do, but I've never been more hurt by someone I entrusted with the care of my animals. I just took my pup in for her regular physical and was told by the Dr. who examined her teeth that even though there was a lot of tartar, they were likely fine and didn't need any attention. While trimming a dreadlock behind her ear. a couple days later, I accidentally nicked the skin.
It was bad enough to take her in. Problem number 1, when we called to try and get her in as soon as possible, we were told the earliest they could see her was more than a week out. Problem number 2, we took her to my wife's previously preferred vet, who got her in immediately, and let us know.

Wanted to make a special note of thanks to the wonderful staff you employ. on October 21, 2019 we visited with our dear paws child "Hagey". He is old and was showing signs of his age and dementia. Dr. Decker. checked him and threw her care and counsel were decided the humane thing to do was to put Hagey to rest. Dr. Decker not only explained the process but remained by our side, along with the aide.
Your staff showed great care for Hagey and exceptional gentle care for my wife and I. They were just as caring the day we picked up Hagey's remains in a beautiful engraved box. Today we recieved a card from the Arbor society saying that the North Ogden Animal Hospital had made a donation and a tree was planted for Hagey in a National Forest. Such a wonderful agency, please entrust your fur friends to these folks, they care. May God bless you all.

Every doctor, tech, and receptionist at NOAH loves animals and treats both them and their humans with compassion and dignity. I especially like Dr. Stoker and Dr. Decker. They take the time to connect, to answer your questions, and they just take really great care of your fur-babies! I drive 25 minutes to get to NOAH because I don't trust my cats' care to anyone else.
