Posh Wash Dog Wash

Good luck scheduling an appointment here. About a year ago I got my dog in, same day no issue, they did a good job. I have called every other week since, and every time they are booked out at least a month ahead! How does that even make sense? And they don't do walk ins unless you're using the self wash station. This place doesn't seem to want customers, if you ask me. Maybe they are understaffed.

Highly recommended! Clean place you can either wash your dogs yourself with all the supplies included at each station or have them groomed. The staff is always friendly and great with our fur babies.

Have always taken my dog here since he was a puppy and is always, always taken care of. Love their self service stations and staff is always helpful! Highly recommend!

Very happy with his hair cut and bath! Exactly 1 hour and he was done! Really nice people and good price!

Yelp says open till 6pm, I arrived at 5pm and the door was locked. A worker opened the door and said last wash is @ 4:30pm as to give you an hour and a half to wash your dog. As I sit typing this in their parking lot the worker locked up and left in her car @ 5pm. Oh well, guess I'll find another place to wash my dog.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. First and last time going here for grooming services. They made us feel like my dog was an issue and that we are bad owner. I don't think it's necessary to make anyone feel that way when they are coming to you for your services. My dog was not matted or dirty to begin with. Grooming turned out just ok and if they were this rude to me it make me wonder how they treated my dog.

Such great people and dog wash! Bella loved her bath and we loved the facility! Easy to use and they supply everything but the dog! They will clean your pet if you prefer but washing Bella was super easy and thorough, right down to the doggie cologne! We will definitely use them again!

I take my doodle here for self wash between her cuts. The self wash is awesome. They provide you with the shampoos, conditioners, towels and other hygiene specific items. The blow dryers are great and have plenty of velocity for a curly doodle. I have not used their grooming services as my pups never go in a crate and will refuse to. Staff is nice and knowledgeable on what they do. The pups that do come out of there always looks great.

This place is really great for washing your dog. It has a really great Gizmo that allows you to select different types of soap and conditioner. They supply ear pads and all types of brushes as well. Their dryer is very very good and has a infinitely adjustable blowing range. Definitely recommended.

This company has lost my business. I tried them one day using the self wash to bathe two dogs. I was very pleased with the facility and the helpfulness of the employee at the desk. We even talked for a few minutes and I told her I'd be back the next afternoon to bathe my other two. She was very kind and said see you tomorrow as I left. Well, I couldn't get there until 4:30 instead of 4:00 so I only took one dog because their website and sign on the door says last wash is 5:00 and my others each took around 30 minutes.

I was very rudely told by the employee, not the same one as the previous day that I was after the 4:30 cutoff. I looked at my watch as I walked out and it was 4:33. Apparently they don't need business so they will not be getting mine anymore. I will be trying another self wash for my 4 dogs. It's a shame that employees have to treat customers rudely. If they have a strict policy such as that, explaining it politely can happen. And if they have that policy they should update their website and painting on the door.

We did the self serve dog wash and it was nice. 3 types of shampoos to choose from and a conditioner. They also supplied smocks for us, brushes, blow dryer, towels and 2 doggy cologne types (I wasn't a big fan of the sents). The tub was easy to get in and out off and was sturdy for our big dog even when she shook off. We got there early just as they opened and got in right away but noticed as we left just 20 mins later it was full and one person was already waiting. Popular place, will go again!

Great place to bring your dog for a self service dog wash! Location is very clean they provide everything unlimited time for only $20!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. The first time we went we were nearly turned away, why you may ask. well because we brought our children with us. Apparently children and families aren't welcome at this establishment. We thought it might have been an off day for them but we were turned away again for bringing our children with us.

Our children are older, helpful and well behaved. in fact, their manners are better than the managements at this establishment. If going to a dog wash where you get harassed for bringing children is your thing by rude old hags this is the place for you.

I brought my rather anxious dog here for the full service grooming, and they did so great! My dog does not like the groomers and tends to misbehave, but they dealt with his quirks and still smiled about it after. Definitely coming again!

Haven't used them as of yet and MIGHT. We went on sunday to give our puppy a self wash. They told us last wash was at 2:30 when their site, the phone and even door says 3, (1hour before closing). But we were turned away. If its an hour before then last wash would have been at 3. VERY confused by that. Based on this and slight rudeness from the front lady, not sure if I would want to take our two small pups to get groomed there.

Wonderful people. caring and loving to my dog! He is very scared and they have made him feel so safe! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I've know Liz for a long time and she knows her stuff! Thanks so much!

Valuable facility for DIY. You do the labor, they provide everything (tub, shampoo, conditioner, brushes, towels, blow dryer). Avoid the cost of buying pet grooming products and the at-home clean up hassle afterwards. For a third the price of a groomer, Posh Wash is well worth it. And you get quality bonding time with your fur baby.

A wonderful family owned business with great people inside that are extremely helpful and seem to really enjoy what they do. Very nice tubs and stations to give your dog a five star spa day. They had wonderful attention to detail with ear cleaning kits and even cologne. It is very important to support business like this one. Our St. Bernard had a wonderful bath because of the great amenities but we will be coming back because of the people inside. Thank you Posh Wash staff and to the owner you should be extremely proud of the business you have created I know that I am proud to have it in my community.

Self serve wash is quick easy & efficient. It includes air dry station, doggy cologne, eye cleansing supplies, eye protectant/ear cleansing wipes, variety of shampoos, conditioner, sinks to accommodate all pet sizes. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and they provide all services. Prices are reasonable and I have become a regular customer. The parking and location is convenient with easy access.

Every time I go I get the same stall or tub for my husky. I just pop on my earbuds and I go to town! I have nothing negative to say about posh wash and neither does Christmas Grace, well Christmas Grace might not like the place that much but I do LOL

LOVE THIS PLACE for my Sadie! She's a little too heavy when she does her pre-bath protest so it's a DREAM that I can come to a place bath my dog leave the hair and mess behind. They have all the equipment and professional grooming for added convenience. I love that I can have her nails cuts afterwards. A Real Doggie spa! Make sure your pup is well mannered, for the safety of all the other pups and parents giving baths.

A little salami works for getting my girl into the tub all on her own. The staff is very nice and helpful. Each stall is cleaned out after every use. Their towels are clean and soft for our pets faces to be cleaned. Dry towels, ear pads and tear wash to get the "detailed" areas, and an adjustable blow dryer in each stall. Wonderful and peaceful atmosphere for a wonderful dog spa experience!

Worst experience ever. First time visit with two of our dogs. Front office lady was extremely rude and was not helpful in explaining how everything worked at all. The water was ice cold the entire time and the shampoo and conditioner barely came out. Towels were so small. Our dogs were stressed out, cold and didn't even smell good afterwards. Complete waste of money. Save you money, invest in some good shampoo and do it at home. Will not recommend to anyone, nor will we come back.

This place is great- use the self service most of the time but have also used the grooming services and they were friendly and pleasant to work with. Front desk is always cheerful and helpful. No hesitation to recommend-as I have already done so many times.

We've been here probably 10 times over the last year or so with our dog and cat. They are always great, one hour they are done. Drop off at 11am and they are calling within 45 minutes. They do a great job at a fair price. We don't use the wash ur own animals. We pay them to do it and they are great. We love this place!

Love this place. The people that work there are nice and it was really easy to wash my boys by myself. I hate all the mess and clean up after as I have hairy dogs, this made it for a much nicer experience for us all.

Yes, this review is specifically for the grooming service (not the self-wash), which has been great! I've taken my 30lb terrier there twice and it's usually about $50 each time for a groom/bath/nail clip (teeth brushing is extra). They get the grooming done within an hour and it always looks fantastic and the little ribbon they give is an extra added touch! I've previously tried PetSmart's grooming salon prior and they took the ENTIRE day on top of a pretty awful groom for my dog.

Their customer service is wonderful as well. They keep a record of previous grooms so they know if you say you want "the same as last time", what we're referring to. The prices are affordable and I appreciate their promptness with answering the phones and getting something scheduled! I will say the entrance smells a little strongly but it's probably to mask the smell of wet dog! Overall, I would definitely recommend to all pet owners!

Convenient, messy, and fun, Posh Wash is a destination of ours after any long weekend camping in the woods or muddy post-rain trip to the dog park. The staff is friendly, the concept is a great idea, but the self-service wash is over priced. I would recommend it and give 5 stars if it was more like $20 an hour or 'pay by the minute' pricing.

Shame on this absentee owner. I had been using them as a long time customer and my dog was injured by the groomer who never mentioned it to me until I got my dog home. Two visits to the Vet and significant injury. It took over a month for him to heal. Obviously I was mad as hell and insisted on talking to her. It took weeks for us to finally have a conversation and when we did I was civil and told her I was informing her as "You can't fix it if you don't know it is broken" She offered a free grooming and would refund one of my vet bills.

I felt that under the circumstance that was at least reasonable. When I brought my dog it they refused to reimburse the vet bill because I did not bring it in within 3 days. REALLY?. I will never be back. There is a lot of turn over so my I would caution anyone who values the safety of their pet. BUYER BEWARE!
